  • AbsolutSurgen Michael Chorney (@AbsolutSurgen) reported

@RogersHelps Your tech just deliberately disconnected my internet to "fix something else" -- told me it "would only be down for a half hour or so". Doesn't help at the beginning of the work day.

  • Sandi_Mc Sandi (@Sandi_Mc) reported

@Rogers I know Rogers is telling people they will be giving everyone a refund for the outage time… but current download speeds are under 15 mbps. That is not the service that I am paying for, so I don’t believe the problem has really been resolved.

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@MarkMah98975156 @Rogers If you're still having the same issue with ignite tv call Rogers. They can fix it - fixed mine overnight finally! Hopefully it stays working. You'll be on hold for an hour but its worth it.

  • OttawaPete Pete Patterson, Spatial Cadet, 𝑥R Dev (@OttawaPete) reported

@jpmacnab @Rogers I got this at noon on *thursday* when everything was working fine. "Restoration efforts are underway There is a service interruption in your area. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble using your TV, internet and home phone services. "

@RogersHelps going into Day 5 of paying for internet service but not receiving said service...is it going to be a full week or no service out in Oshawa?

  • Gatorlite_1 Dave Lahey (@Gatorlite_1) reported

Watching a CTV news report on the @Rogers outage from last Friday. It was interrupted as for the THIRD time since last Friday our internet went out. OK it was only for a few minutes but what happened last Friday has not been fully corrected.
