    @RogersHelps this is ridiculous my new SIM card hasn’t been activated or 10 hours now and they deactivated my old one too and chat agents keep saying it’s outage. How long would take you to fix outage I can’t work !!!!

    @Rogers I have reached customer service multiple times. They transfer to technical support and then no one answers the call. Very frustrating!

    @RogersHelps I almost feel like waiting it out just to see how long they will ******* over for. Maybe start taking bets. Do i hear 8 weeks? 12 weeks? Theyve already started charging me for the phone, even though they dont have any LOL

    @Rogers why is it that my internet drops like 5 times a day? The internet has dropped twice in not even the past 20 minutes. Even when getting a technician to “help” nothing changes! This is unbelievable
