    The regular and standard router change did not help. When the problem is in the underlying infra how can a modem change solve the issue. Get better engineers @Rogers and compensate me for using lte data throughout the day for meetings. 😡

    @RogersHelps I understand blackouts. What I'm saying is the PVR guide always says Blackout for viewers in Ottawa when a Sens game is actually on. Yet it lists Toronto games as on when they are blacked out. The guide is Toronto-centric and this needs to be fixed.

    @RogersHelps What are you doing to help curb unwanted scam/spam phone calls to your mobile customers? In the last 24 hours I’ve received at least 10 calls. Please assume I have already tried whatever suggestions you may have. I want to know what YOU are doing about it?
