Well, my mum is hella upset and unable to use her new phone thanks to T.J. at the Simcoe @Rogers location. I'm furious that she was treated so rudely & that I couldn't be there. He made up rules & wouldn't let me help/confirm info over the phone.

@rogers internet is down. We pay every month in full but you don’t give us internet in full every month. 3-4 times I have to restart my modem. That brings back internet but today it’s not working!!

This is unrelated to previous tweets, but my @Rogers bill is $250 a month for home internet and my cell phone, and **** MONOPOLIES.
