    @zander_law @MrBell04 @RogersHelps Don't put too much faith in their customer service. I was getting the same error when trying to watch on my Sportsnet TV and phone app. After logging in via the website, I am now watching it on my computer.

    @Rogers So will there be balckout restrictions for games on TSN that are out of market for the season? We didn’t have this issue with NHL Live previously and if I am going to be black for any games I need to know how I can go about canceling for a refund.

    The incompetence shown by @Rogers support, & that they say there is no support phone # for the sportsnet now is the reason i left Rogers long ago. @Rogers has the worst customer service! Im furious the @nhl made me get this package through them. Never had an issue with NHLlive b4

    @Rogers I have been trying to cancel my smart home service for two weeks. The wait on hold is estimated to be 2 hours and 49 min. I finally got through last week and was told they couldn't cancel. This is ridiculous! I have spent over 8 hours on hold over the past two weeks!

    4 nights without power and we’re doing alright. The little is pissed about the internet outage (your data is still hot garbage 4 days in @Rogers - like fully out most of the time 😡🗑) but that’s the biggest drama over here.
