    @JustifiablyDee Wonder what compensation @Rogers will do for us now.Last wk. I had 2 fight just to reverse a 1 day late charge worth $2. Paid it on time but it was processed a day late. They wer willing to lose a customer paying monthly over $2. Only until I went on Twitter that they reversed it

    @RogersHelps Dear Rogers, Expect a call asking for reimbursement on my bill for services not rendered. Normally, I say "stuff happens" but when I find an extra charge of $2 because my payment arrived late (although made 3 days earlier) I say too bad! Sorry for being petty but you started it.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Who’s gonna cover the financial loss of people whose jobs rely on their phones?! Will @Rogers ever compensate its customers for this huge inconvenience?! If I pay my bill 1 day late, I gotta pay late payment fee! Are they gonna give credit for +12 hours of no service?!!!!!

    @Rogers @jessicalangill1 Unable to call the fido customer service and chatbot is stupid not real customer service. Very worst from 9 AM I lost the network on my mobile..

    @RogersHelps @Rogers what is happening with this outage? There are many thousands of small businesses that pay you for service to operate and you can’t give updates?! Not a statement till many hours later. What are you going to do for all those who have not been able to work?
