Kyle (@sparksfly2000) reported from Galway-Cavendish and Harvey, Ontario@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Kelly DeRidder, MP (@KellyDeRidderMP) reportedMy colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.

La Jefa (@MzDaviis) reported@Rogers if you stop laying off your employees then maybe your customer service would be better waiting to talk to someone for an hour and 29 mins is OUTRAGEOUS - for a call that last 10min To make it worst the person was rude! A bunch of YAHOOS!! Get it together!

Matt Cundill | Voiceover 🎙️ | Podcast Wizard 🎤 (@MattCundill) reported@RogersHelps Here’s what happened… Rogers service person: “You have 30 days to return the equipment” Me: “It has been sent. I can get to your courier provider in 4 days.” Next Day another call: “You owe us $1000 for the equipment you haven’t returned.” Day after That: “When are you paying us for the equipment you haven’t returned?” Day after that: “We haven’t received the equipment, can you arrange payment?” While Driving to return the Equipment: “If you don’t return the equipment we will charge you” None of your people could access notes on the file from the previous call. Now bye.
