@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps It's not a billing issue. One person told me my set up fee was definitely waived and one person told me that wasn't true and I'd have to call when I was billed and waive it retroactively. This was within 5 minutes of each other!!

@RogersHelps Putting the onus on the customer to track and ensure they get the deal they were promised is infuriating. You made me an offer in writing, I said yes, and not a single thing has been right since then. Hours wasted trying to fix this and it’s only been 2 days!!

@Rogers I expect that I should not have to pay for services until this is fixed. It is not satisfactory that I should have to pay for services that do not work. If you look into my account you will see that this is not the only issue I have had with your services this week 3/3
