Kyle (@sparksfly2000) reported from Galway-Cavendish and Harvey, Ontario@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reportedI've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.
-
t. (@picklesandpear) reported@RogersHelps The issue is not the sim, the issue is the network, this is day 7 with TERRIBLE NETWORK wherever I go! Your support team is NO HELP i am at my limit with your company
-
chris (@whiteboywork) reported@zachnhso @Rogers Atlast they replied to you I been complaining for a week about it with out a peep 3 times on the phone wit support to be put on hold for 1 hour to than having the call dropped
-
🦅🐙 (@corruptedloln) reported@ghostwolfman @RogersHelps Truly insane, I feel bad for the employees (or AI) who are clearly just following their corporate scripts.
-
Digitech (@digitech777) reported@Rogers your customer service wait time sucks 😒
-
ghostwolfman (@ghostwolfman) reported@RogersHelps Ya that is brilliant people are without internet and your solution is for them to go to the internet to see what is happening? Did everyone there stop brain development in kindergarten?
-
CynicalSam (@iLappedLatifi) reported@Rogers is a mega corporation that will fire thousands employees for a bad quarter, but somehow #BlueJays manager John Schneider negotiated a deal that clearly isn’t based on performance or results. Gotta hand it to him and his agent, nice job
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reportedDoes the right hand know what the left hand is doing @Rogers. Tech support transfers me to customer care and they tell me tech support has to deal with the issue of a credit for lost service. After being on hold for an hour and then they want me to call back!
-
A 19 Year Old On Twit (@YearOldOnTwit) reported@AngryPossum69 @Rogers Really the only way I’d financially support Rogers is by going to Jays games, but that’s more out of the love of the team not them. My family switched to Bell years ago, not even morally just cause their product sucks. Monopolies lead to bad products for everyone.
-
SaintHavoc🇺🇦 (@LYF38) reported@RogersHelps @Bratt_world Or even more reason to just find free streams online and not to have to pay for gouged monopoly pricing that delivers a bad product for sake of maximizing profit
