@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

2/10 Back in July we upgraded our @rogers phones to unlimited data as my wife uses them for her businesses no problem to upgrade and no talk of us having to pay off what was owed on the phones

@RogersHelps Everything went down at 9:26am AGAIN, Internet, TV Service. Riverside South Ottawa, K1X 1E1. I’m in high tech, incredibly busy working from home during COVID. When can we expect service to return. Both Internet AND TV hard to live without given the circumstances
