@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps My ignite tv has been unwatchable since my services came back early Saturday morning. Channels don’t load, othersfreezes, loses audio goes black. How long am I supposed to put up with this? Can’t get through to support? Am I just supposed to wait till it starts working someday?

@CityNewsTO Also price! @Bell and @Rogers are so expensive! Look at the internet providers fee in the other G7 countries. We are the worst in terms of service and we are the most expensive one. Embarrassing.

@RogersHelps You forced my 83 year old mother to ignite. No choice you said. Now with all these recent outages no phone! Can’t use her fall alert, buzz the caregivers in the condo building. It’s dangerous! Solution?
