My senior mother was charged bogus roaming fees, has called several times, only to be told you have high call volumes and to call back and the agent via chat wasn't helpful at all. I went from a gouging $200/mth rogers contract to a $40/cell phone and $200/yr TV service. Just calculate those savings! You can do it too!!
