@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@RogersHelps another day of bullshit outages from @rogers. Out 5 times in two hours from 930am this morning. And it’s now dropped twice since 130pm. I’m so done with this horseshit. I’m paying for this service and they have ZERO regard for customers. 2 weeks and counting.

@Rogers The girl at the Rogers store I went to said she never saw such insanity and that I should call retention and they would surely help me. Retention’s exact words for me were “we dont compensate for time lost.” Gee THANKS. loyal customer for 23 yrs and thats what I’m told?

@FoxLayng @RogersHelps That is an issue with your device. The mobile providers do not determine what gets sent. Your device chooses whether or not to send as MMS

What's happening with you @Rogers? I'm am facing issue with home internet. I don't trust that you have invested dollars in improvement of the network. Please let us know what are you up to? #rogersnetwork

@RogersHelps Sms is working fine. The issue is that all texts are sent as mms chats by default regardless of sending to individuals or groups, whether short or long with images or not. I then have to manually switch to sms when the Rogers network drops out.

@RogersHelps I am curios about your math. Three phone lines and internet for a monthly bill of in excess of $350 a month and your service credit for the outage is only $5.15. You promised 5 days credit...that is approx. $58
