    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? Itโ€™s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    Called multiple times, and still they say I have to pay even if I am not receiving any service or this internet speed of 2Mbps. I am stuck with @Rogers as I have an iPhone in plan!!!!!! I want to just return my phone & move to another provider.. #rogers #rogersoutage

    @Jessicam6946 Tell me about it. The problem started Monday. I called @Rogers yesterday and an escalation ticket to send an engineer out was issued, only to find out today nothing was done, and they issued a Priority Escalation Ticket. I have me a Blue Jays wildcard game I want to see, damn it!

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™m having issues W/ my PVR. I canโ€™t get closed captioning on any of my recordings. I have to go into on demand to watch them. This hasnโ€™t been an issue before. Any ideas?
