    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Due to the poor performance of Canada it's very difficult to be 100% Canadian and be competitive. The over regulation and Government tax system the only way to survive never mind being profitable you need outside help. Our own PM doesn't invest in Canada. How can any one else?

    @LindsayDunnTV @Rogers is awful

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers People who think the service will be better if it within our borders are delusional. The access to and for information won't be any different as everything is case by case. The fact that you are paying so much for internet, cable and cell phones is robbery.

    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays Wow! That is a terrible ROI. You would have been fired already Norm.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers customer service is one of the worst.

  • JagangUS
    Jagang (@JagangUS) reported

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The problem is not only the lengthy 90 minute “support” calls - but that your issue will not be properly resolved and you will need to repeat the process three or four times. You are lucky that you got an ‘agent’ that could speak english - I got one that could not spell.

  • sweet_tooth19

    @JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?

    Sue Sproule (@SprouleSue) reported

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers AirCanada tried this in the early 2000's for the AirCanada Website Technical support services We trained them the quality of the service was really bad but they were extrêmely polite, With customers complaints high they brought it back to Canadian Call Centers
