    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @Rogers @bell Have you looked into expanding internet into the N1A 2W2 area code? We are all stuck on subpar internet. The first company that brings high speed services here is sure to get all the people on board. The lockdown has shown us how bad our internet options really are.

    Guess what, I still did! I woke up completely soaked in milk with a crying baby at 2am (because we couldn’t do one last night feed) all because @rogers told me to be patient for 90 minutes straight, but did nothing to help me

    @rogers ignite TV down 10 times today. This after tech doesn't deliver gen2 pod as promised! No service for big dollars😒

    @RogersHelps We signed up for Ignite Internet and TV a week ago. We still are not able to add our 29 flex channels we are paying for. Numerous calls and tickets and no solution. Its “an account issue” so just paying for 29 channels that cant be added?!

    @boejurt @RogersHelps Had the same problem and they ended up charging me over 600 dollars extra and they refuse to credit it back
