    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @RogersHelps But since your team hadn't given me the tracking, & purolator didn't tag my door...I had NO IDEA. This upgrade experience has been the worst I've ever had, and I'm actually considering buyers remorse and canceling Rogers. I can pay too much for too little anywhere. Change my mind

    @pozpiggy86 @CRTCeng @Rogers That's ok. All good. Happens. :) Yes There is also another complaint with them & there's an open tariff file on it (Rogers tried to sneak it in a tariff file of all things, which is not the appropriate forum for it).

    @RogersHelps It’s for ignite, home phone and internet. Everyone I talked to said they have never seen anything like this and send it off to a manager. Keep getting promises that it will be resolved and then receive a collections letter a few weeks later stating my account is overdue.

    @fanCRTCProfling I have proof that @Rogers claimed to @CRTCeng that they monitor usage in a 96 hour window and if you're deemed "high usage" on unlimited, they throttle you and blame it on #COVID. In reality, this is a bald faced lie. Rogers over-sold their network... AGAIN!

    @pozpiggy86 @Rogers @CRTCeng Yup. They claim it's all due to covid. Their network was be in shambles to have to do this. People I know called to complain, they pretended it didn't exist and upsold them instead to a faster unlimited tier that comes with a higher cap before the throttle kicks in.

    @RogersHelps Hi, our Rogers internet service is down again. Checked the service status page, our city/neighborhood isn't shown. It's been down for more than 5 minutes. It isn't the wifi, as the ethernet connection is also down.

    Been trying to cancel @Rogers for the last two months. Every time there is a new excuse. And now dealing with an *** customer service person.

    @fanCRTCProfling @CRTCeng @Rogers My bad... I realized that after the post. I called the CRTC today. Apparently, it's been "assigned" to someone for 2 months now, and they haven't even looked at it yet. Meanwhile, I have been throttled by rogers EVERY SINGLE DAY since JULY.

    @fanCRTCProfling @CRTCeng @Rogers No... I already filed a complaint with the CRTC, and you have IGNORED it since my provider responded on SEPTEMBER 24! How about you actually get off your *** and do your damn job like my tax dollars pay you for instead of IGNORING complaints from customers?
