    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @RogersHelps @Rogers network issues in my neighborhood AGAIN! been complaining about it for over a year and nothing has improved. Constantly calling in and complaining, services crews sent out often but nothing changes. Just frustrating. What the hell are we paying for

    @RogersHelps internet service keeps going down in the north end of Brantford. It’s been out for 15-20 minutes at a time multiple times every day this week. What is being done to fix this and what is the process for getting credit for lost service time. (Cont)

    @RogersHelps My internet has been down since 4 am. I woke up at 9:30am and it still down. I have tried unplugging and replugging the router and it's still not working. I live in the Scarborough area.
