    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @Rogers I'll add @DAZN_CA and @TD_Canada - not willing to correct problems they created at their end. I tried to work with them to sort and in the end had to drop both. Really disappointed with customer services at both orgs. this week.

    @RogersHelps should be named @RogersDoesntHelp for all the help they actually provide and techs that never actually show. Been trying to convince husband to switch to ANYTHING else for years. Hell 2 tin cans and string is better than this (non) service #DialUpWouldBeFaster

    @RogersHelps Starting yesterday, my internet connection started dropping every few minutes. It’s only for 5-10 seconds at a time, but it drops me from Zoom calls etc. Watching Ignite TV is constantly interrupted. It was fine Sun-Thurs. What’s the best way to get help for this?

    @telusmobility you've made a long time loyal customer very angry. First you jack up your US/INTL Roaming Charges w/out notice and then despite me calling in and your agent agreeing to remove them, they still appear on my bill. Are you trying to be like @Bell & @Rogers ?
