@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@Rogers @RogersHelps nearly 48 hrs after your 2nd major disruption, we still don’t have working wifi, no Netflix, phone apps not working, glitches everywhere. Rogers is the most unreliable, useless company I have ever paid for a service. Pay you $500 a month of for nothing.

@vote4robgill @Rogers I believe that Rogers customers should be credited with one full week of service. So much for the users. I just hope that all of the shareholders are equally up with this offer. One full week please.

Why didn't @Rogers send an emergency text(s) when services went down? Why don't they sell SIM cards from other service providers to use during an emergency like what travellers can buy on airplanes? Is it unsafe to buy these from @amazon and not your service provider?

Throughout all of the @CBCNews reporting I've seen about the @Rogers outage, I haven't seen one mention of the tens of millions in public money Rogers took through the CEWS while increasing dividends and stock buybacks. How is that not in the public interest? #cdnpoli

@DossierCom @Rogers No, in 1995 you had dial-up, this was the 1980s. Also, this happens often, which Cloudflare just experienced a few weeks back and took out a huge chunk of the Internet. Bad firmware that breaks the ability to roll back, requiring manual intervention per router.

@RogersHelps @Rogers welp waited 3 hours for live support chat cause can't upload files. And of course "reboot your router" by the time I rebooted and came back chat had ended. Guess I'm waiting another 3 hours....awesome. 195k files to upload for a US based client by Monday.

So @Rogers services go down countrywide within a handful of days following a merger deal with Shaw being publicly known? Coincidence? I think not. Obviously people don't want Rogers to buyout Shae. Then a deeper deal gets cut to undermine Canadian sentiment and opinions.
