    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    @RogersHelps @k_mclean More of the same “hey customer can you do more of our jobs for us.” Maybe instead ask all your AI tools to only contact customer who OPT in And share that list with other departments- FYI The entire Customer Retention group is a measure of your lack of quality & customer care

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers Recently had a house fire. Wanted to tranfer internet and cable from the one that burnt to a rental property. Literally 2hrs on the phone. Like i didn't have enough **** to deal with.

    @RogersHelps My current home Wi-Fi service is really poor - it's using a wireless SIM card modem. Before I completely cancel my plan, I’d like to try switching to a regular, wired home modem to see if the connection improves. Is it possible to swap my hardware to a traditional modem setup?

    @RogersHelps @JG_GizmoJones My husband has been on hold for several hours. This morning. This afternoon. And he’s on currently. We’ve had no service since 3:00am this morning, and we’ve only been back with @Rogers less than a month.
