@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

@Rogers There's something wrong with your support. Your call back didn't work, then I spent 50min on hold only to be transferred and put on hold for another hour with no end in sight. Am I in a queue? How long am I supposed to wait?

@RogersHelps Honestly, if you guys would review your policy around troubleshooting it would be a good start. Some new homes have Ethernet runs and switches. Especially smart homes. That rep’s attitude is enabled by an ‘I don’t have to give a crap about you’ policy with a narrow view.
