@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

@Rogers I have been facing issue of unknown long distance from a long time. I am tired of paying 1 dollar per minute. There is no warning when a international call is made. What kind of loot is this. Most of people I know are facing this issue.

@RogersHelps I had to fight with the app for over 30 minutes before the app stopped crashing. I restarted both my device & the app. Didn’t fix the issue at the time.

I'm trying to cancel my Rogers service because of too many outages in a 30 day span. Can't even talk to an loyalty agent to cancel or find out why. It's been over an hour. Exhausting. At least my Bell internet is working. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps This issue still remains unresolved. Nobody, not one person, can help us understand when we should expect a refund for a phone that was returned to you. Your own staff have acknowledged they have received the phone. An in person to your store produced no results @cbcgopublic
