  • logitechor John Loewen (@logitechor) reported from Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario

@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

  • shmick Steverino (@shmick) reported

Under advice from @fordnation, @RogersHelps is keeping all packets 2M apart from each other and not allowing calls between different municipal regions unless those calls are to an essential service like candlestick makers or manufacturers of beer koozies

  • alykhan uɐɥʞʎl∀ (@alykhan) reported

@RogersHelps “SOME?” LOL… I don’t know anyone on Fido who can make a call right now. Ironically switched to ShawMobile and haven’t had any problems.

@RogersHelps If anyone on Rogers is somewhat tech savvy, try changing your routers DNS to CLOUDFLARE or Google or OpenDNS. When I had Rogers, and they had issues, most times it was their DNS servers, and having a different DNS address, I could still access the web.

@RogersHelps We pay a fortune for your services. Are you reimbursing everyone for no service?

  • LtBergstrum LtBergstrum (@LtBergstrum) reported

@RogersHelps Can we please get some sort of update on what’s even going on? This is starting to get ridiculous, service down Nation wide and all you can say is “sorry, we’re working hard to restore services” give us some answers, a timeline? I mean that’s the least you could do..
