John Loewen (@logitechor) reported from Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

Raymond Cheaib (@RaymondCheaib) reported@Rogers I have never dealt with such horrible customer support. I have been trying to move my son's internet services from for the past two weeks and have been unable to get through at all times and through all of your channels. Even went to your store. This is ridiculous!!

Stephen Jackman (@SteveJackman) reportedHow in the world did the @CRTCeng allow @Rogers to buy Shaw??? You’re supposed to protect Canadians it’s your only mandate. The service quality is down the shitter in BC on Rogers(Shaw) Internet. Frequent volume changes on upstream and downstream signals. Automated AI support bots that don’t do **** for anyone. There had to be some back room bribes to allow this farcical deal go through.
-
Barca (@BarcaRaptors) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers How is a customer service rep supposed to know the answer that you should be asking from corporate. Unreasonable thing to do to someone who doesn’t even have the authority or accurate information

🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps The sad part s that your support model changed and has gone completely backwards. On hold for hours, with CSR for hours, on hold 45 mind, xfer twice. The call dropped 3 times! He called me back twice and not the 3rd time. So 3.5 hours wasted. Again! Please help me!
-
Cookie Gigan (@cookiegigan) reported@iCruiseify @RogersHelps @Rogers I guess 1 out of 2 isn’t bad. I hope you can get the 2nd resolved.
-
Kenneth Chau (@mr_kenchau) reported@LindsayDunnTV @Rogers is awful

pXnEmerica (@pXnEmerica) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.

Chevy Guy (@chevy__guy) reported@Rogers i’ve been trying your customer service line for three days. Only to be told that you were too busy to answer my call to try again later.
-
Kartz (@Lord_Kartz) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I have called in the past, support would say, “This is <name> from Rogers in <Canadian city>.” In some cases, it was true. Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.

Breeze (@chester43998848) reported@Ady_Co @RogersHelps Forget Roger's, they're useless. I have Starlink here in Windsor. I can take it anywhere! It's never been down. More expensive, but you get what you paid for!
