    @androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

    .@RogersHelps you should be suggesting your ignite customers allow devices (MAC addresses). Someone who can get into a network likely can / is spoofing their MAC address. I mean who is suggesting they blacklist each unauthorized device is a backwards solution

    Anybody experiencing problems with #visualvoicemail for iPhone with @Rogers ? I have an open ticket I have been told that #Rogers is aware of the situation and that I am not the only one. It has been a while and NO solution. How good is #voicemail when the message doesn’t show?

    @RogersHelps is there an email address where I can submit my billing issues? I tried calling customer service but I was transferred twice and then the call disconnected. Today I have been on hold for about an hour. Chat isn't working either. My bill has a lot of errors!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Rogers @RogersHelps - looks like your subsidiary does not want to pay the customers bill due. What an amazing service be your subsidiary. Don't ever wish to refund the customers due amount.

    2 mths after agreeing to price for phones @rogers customer services response: I do apology that you were given the wrong information on the offer. Tells me to go back to Rogers store to sort it out.14 Years a customer and they are going to lose me over $15/month.

    @Rogers I have your ignite service. It works ok most of the time. It goes out almost once a day though. I was wondering if you could notify me when it will be down so that I won't waste my time with the cable or internet. Just asking.

    @RogersHelps - Y'all sent me an email after I canceled, offering to make things right and to expect a call. Disappointed to never have received a call a month later.
