    @rogershelps Hey Rogers, you know that ppl who are trying to bank/cra etc using two factor authentication that sends a text to your phone, haven't been able to login to do their banking, taxes etc, ALL DAY. Even now CRA, National bank can't get the verification code sent! 940pm

    @RogersHelps I think as a responsible company you should have immediately given updates to your customers . Thousands of people depend on your services for there lively hood and emergency issues . Time to give back to your customers who have supported you all these years ! #giveback

    @RogersHelps Better give out a financial compensation for the outage today, myself and many others at my job rely on phone service to do our job and thus could not work for 6 hours today. Unless our missed time and $ is valued, we will be changing providers
