@PnPCBC I’ll still be filing a lawsuit. My elderly father in law is on his deathbed and we were unable to call out or pay for fuel or food during the outage yesterday. So be ready @Rogers as I’ll be looking for a new service provider.

  • SweetKirabella Kirsten Kirsch (@SweetKirabella) reported

Sure grateful I didn’t have a medical emergency yesterday (or today as I still am missing half my service and running completely on data.) @RogersHelps are you gonna compensate for the 2 days (approx $300) of work I’m missing?

  • mistah_tej T (@mistah_tej) reported

@RogersHelps @Ianbins What's the cause of the outage?

  • AntigoniSelena Antigoni Selena (@AntigoniSelena) reported

Hey @Rogers for your massive **** up i hope you’re giving your clients some compensation. Almost 24hours without service is unacceptable

  • BaystreetBrian BaystreetBrianOTC💯😎 (@BaystreetBrian) reported

We require at least 24 hrs notice before any allowed service interruption. @Rogers will be required to pay 1 day’s usage(or more) based on the 30 day billing average. Thank you, that is all.

  • mars_in Martin (@mars_in) reported

@RogersHelps Not in Markham. Service is still gone after 28 hrs…

  • bemerry05 Beth M (@bemerry05) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Honestly I’d be happy if you just fixed it correctly because it’s still not working to its full extent the way it was supposed to and a credit yeah there better be a credit and it better be more than one day maybe you could give us a free CraveTV for a freaking month

  • alpinetechguy Geoff Linn (@alpinetechguy) reported

@RogersHelps “were hero’s and we fixed it” isn’t going to cut it this time. You single-handedly shut down more than 25% of the Internet traffic in this country. You shut down businesses, you put peoples lives in peril, The word “prorated discount“ is not what you should say 1/2

  • JasonMakerd Jason มาเกิด (@JasonMakerd) reported

I'm betting the only compensation @Rogers is going to offer us is a solid "go **** yourself" and "we aren't waiving late payment fees"

  • dilksmania Dilks (@dilksmania) reported

Might be time to consider a National Holiday for the yearly event of @rogers going down across #Canada. Unfortunately, would be on a random day each year and with absolutely no notice given. Would truly be a day of NO celebration! #rogersoutage
