    @nicklozon @Rogers Ya, that is the same thing. Still not acceptable. I have opened multiple lines of communication with them and I will continue to pester them until this is resolved. I can't work when they can't maintain a network.

    I like how a month after issuing a $13 credit due to a 3 day internet outage back in July, @Rogers has decided to- without prompt- take it upon themselves to raise our monthly bill by $6. The last increase was in March... before that, September. A 16% increase in a single year.

    @RogersHelps when is internet service going to be restored in Scarborough? My internet has been out for almost 4 hours now. Doesn’t look like you’re making any progress toward offering reliable service, but you’re making it really easy for Bell to grow their customer base.

    @Rogers Also, now that you have removed our ability to watch shows on Rogers any place TV. For some reason our BILL did NOT decreased after We lost this feature? How can you remove service promised in previous contacts we signed up for. Then not provide them and NOT reduce month bill?

    @Rogers I don't understand how you aren't grasping this. There is a widespread @Rogers outage that includes #ldnont right now. Please explain how reporting the widespread Rogers outage can be addressed by @startca? Explain like I am in Kindergarten, because it doesn't make sense.
