    @AboutRogers @Rogers It was all day from 2am until 8pm...I think rogers owes it customers a free month of service. Seeing as we pay so much and they couldn't uphold the service. Why should the big companies get off with it. I don't care about the technicals. You failed as a company

    Hey @rogers just trying to help. Did @RogersHelps suggest you unplug it, wait for 30 seconds and plug it back in? Have you replaced the power cable? Are you using the HDMI cable you got with the box?

    So I just read an article saying @Rogers cell service is returning to normal but I'm going on hour 20 of no service. Hey @RogersHelps will we all be prorated a day on our bills? As my 4 year old says "that's a great idea!". 👍
