I hate bad connections in games and I equally hate @Rogers for providing the worse internet in Canada, charging the most and just having a ****** monopoly on our country.

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Since it's intermittent I would check all the connections, make sure the router is in a good position and not dusty. Do you have any clue based on when it goes down, my dog one time dug into the wire in the backyard, does rebooting make any difference .. good luck,

i am switching to bell, @Rogers you’ve lost a very valuable customer. period. what’s the point in being loyal to a company that doesn’t give a rats *** about customer satisfaction. 🤢🤢

Despite the outage issues that occurred recently, at least @RogersHelps still treats their customers with dignity and respect, and works with the customer to resolve issues, and doesn't treat them like second-class citizens. Unlike *some* service providers that need not be named.

@Rogers why are you having 3rd party contractors now calling bothering people at home during the day to go over & try to offer them something additional to charge them for in packages/phone service. I couldn’t get the woman caller to understand I’m not interested & stop calling.

@RogersHelps My wife actually spoke to someone this morning. They insisted that the issue wasn't in our area and it must be an issue at our house. Neither one of us was home all morning and when I went home at lunch everything was magically working. Imagine that!
