There goes @Rogers raising rates again! $5 for every mobile line and $7 for internet for the same garbage service, coverage and product. Guess they’ve found a way to get those banned activation and junk fees back. Time to allow competition in Canada @MarkJCarney @fordnation

@RogersHelps Not a small number in SW it is pervasive based on those I’ve spoken with. So the marker on the website calling this a small SE problem is not true.

@Rogers funny how you can disconnect someone at 7:55 than send everyone home at 8 when people are trying to talk to someone and figure their bills out.. Yet sales, and other departments are open till 10 and tech support is 24/7. Sucks shaw got bought out. Shaw was awesome

@RogersHelps Well then direct my comments to the departments that will actually do something! You work there you should know who that would be! The secretary or answering machine or Bot @ 1-888-764-3771 is only the irritating middle-man (person) I doubt they have the ability to fix anything!

Absolutely worst customer service experience with @Rogers @RogersHelps. Moved to a new house a week ago and still have no internet because I’m stuck in a loop of waiting on hold for 2–3 hours daily just to have the line disconnect. Please reach out.

I called to speak to a supervisor, I flat out hung up on when I questioned the fact there were no supervisors on Sunday. I called back, I get an AI, So, @Rogers is across board shut down on Sundays, on top of having false advertising in your stores? @CRTC

@Rogers fix the Shaw internet outages every 30 mins or I will blow my ****** brains out on the CEO's front lawn.

@RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?
