    @RogersHelps called rogers to change my plan. They shut my tv down to do this and cannot get it back up. Technician came and still down. They broke my service and now cannot fix. Thanks rogers

    Thanks @Rogers... I really appreciate my modem losing sync frequently on such a regular basis, often at peak business hours. Right now, my services are down for an unknown reason for an unknown duration. #CRTC

    @Rogers brutal, early this morning Internet goes down. Without any notice and everyone working from home they decide to do a random system upgrade in my area… 12 hours later there’s no update. Always expecting us to pay crazy fees. Rogers needs to be better.

    @RogersHelps can you please tweet and let us know when service (internet) is up and running in Brampton and surrounding areas? It’s exhausting waiting. It’s been out since 8 am today and I have missed at least a half day of work.
