    @Rogers why is it so hard to get an esim? Go to your store, wait 20 min for manager to tell me bad batch. Online, wait 2 weeks and still have to go back to store. Why can't you just send me the QR code after I purchase online?

    @Rogers why do you still have a maximum capacity of 6 people in your stores? As far as I know this policy is outdated. Waiting in the cold doesn’t make me warm up to your services that I’m cancelling anyway because my wifi has never worked properly. Happy I changed to @Starlink

    @Rogers second consecutive day the service disruption has happened exactly when everyone would start their work. Your customer support representative could not even apologise and provide me a solution instead, inform the service will be fixed by the eod. Which is poor and bad

    @Rogers is the worst telecommunications company of all time. **** is constantly going down and they never have an explanation. If I have to use another vacation day because your **** doesn’t work I am going to lose my mind.
