    @RogersHelps A large number of Canadians are working from home, relying fully on their wireless service for their jobs. A service interruption for this length of time is unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps it's not an intermittent issue. Clearly 1000s of people have had no voice or data service for 6+ hours. Are your higher ups going to give you an update anytime soon or do the big bossed just expect to not have to be transparent with customers.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Is there any update on the resolve for this outage. I have tried the chat feature however no agent is picking up. Been over 4 HRS when original estimate was 2-3. Working from home is tough with no phone or internet (Fortunately I have satellite as a back up but super slow)

    @RogersHelps I love the same automatic reply from rogers... they clearly don't care that people are without service. If they did actually care it would of been up and running by now. Worst company ever!
