    @RogersHelps This does not help. I am the account holder who visited the store myself with all the identification still, the store executive was telling me that the so called system is saying verification declined without even verifying anything.

    Second month back with @Rogers and I'm already regretting it. Why have I been on hold twice for over 20 mins and can't speak to ANYONE??? So tempted to cancel my contract already.

    @RogersHelps @Wtimbers It's even parts of ottawa that says the internet is online. South Keys area is offline despite your own outage map saying otherwise.
