@RogersHelps My dad died on Jan.8. Called to cancel & close his account. An agent said she cancelled everything. Returned the equipment. His account is still active and being billed. Spoke to 8 agents in the past 48 hrs, nothing done. All lies!!!!

@Rogers i think you sold me a refurbished phone and tried passing it off as new. you don't seem to have a problem overcharging me on my phone bill, why am i still paying 10 a month for a free tablet i got two years ago? why is my balance always the same every month, even if i overpay
