@Rogers very poor service I don’t even get what I am paying for. I spent 1.75 hours on call with support had to explain same thing to 4 different agents and now I am given 72 hours resolution time.

@RogersHelps internet has been down for over half hour. I am in full time school online and I was in middle of my class and lost service. I’ve been having issues off and on for a couple months now and it’s just been getting worse. I am honestly considering moving my services!

@RogersHelps was escalated to a different department with no time given when an answer is going to be provided . Just a recommendation to check back in 48 hours . I am sure no one looked at my case .Zero customer service at Rogers . That's what you get .And lots of dropped calls .

@Rogers so unbelievably disappointed with your system and service. Apparently WiFi calling in airplane mode still forces roaming charges which makes no sense from a technology standpoint. And of course no one is listening. #TELECOMMcrooks
