    @RogersHelps yesterday I had no phone service. Why did that happen when it was supposed to be resolved in last outage we would be switched to back up carrier. Again kind of hard to trust a company that does the amount of backpedaling that keeps happening. So wasn’t true. Didn’t happen.

    Address this issue in a timely matter because it's an "IT" issue, does all of our money not pay for enough IT people? This is completely unacceptable service and you will never be getting my service again once I am able to switch to another company. @Rogers your a laughing stock

    @RogersHelps 230 pm & still waiting for service!! Like what's the approx time ffs. If it's not gonna be up and running today tell people stop saying won't be much longer...say it's gonna be another 3 days or a week til you 🤡 can figure it out
