Was forced to give @Rogers my credit card number for automatic payments. Their billing system and customer service are like always terrible. So they charged me like $80 with interest because they screwed up over a year ago. Pay or no service. What can you do, #monopoly wins.

My @Rogers internet went down again. Why has this happened once a day since the new year? @Rogers this is happening to everyone in my neighborhood. When will this issue be resolved?

@Rogers It's clearly not an individual problem at this point when everyone's internet goes down at the same time. We recieved one 20% discount on one month which I guess is fitting when the internet doesn't work 20% of the time.
