@RogersHelps Rogers is the worst provider with no customer help or support. They are actually committing fraud on daily bases. I canceled my service and billed for more@the 1 Yr after service cancelled n no one wanna refund or even take my calls. Keep transferring horrible ppl

Almost six years as a @Rogers customer. I've never had a single positive interaction. Different prices and offers in different channels, billing issues, no transparency. Folks, if you need an internet provider, avoid Rogers. Any suggestions to which provider I should switch to?

@RogersHelps Why do you continue to show Emergency Alerts on your online Ignite TV system hours after it was cancelled? There is currently an Amber Alert on which was issued early this AM and then cancelled shortly after. And yet it continues to be shown on your service. Why?
