@Rogers I'm a new customer within the last 3 months. I'm happy with my service. STOP CALLING ME AND ASKING TO ADD MORE. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. I've asked several times to be taken OFF your list and to STOP contacting me about it. Tonight's the third call in 3 days. HARASSMENT.

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over

@RogersHelps even after raising the complaint & following up with ur team endlessly, I’m forced to pay $160 bill for service which was way unstable & network. I will pay my outstanding bill & port out my number. It seems that Rogers doesn’t care about loyalty & repeat business.

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

@RogersHelps anyone watching the Blue Jays game on Sportsnet 4K station #507 have issues with the sound cutting out? I find this happens frequently on 4K stations on Rogers cable.

@RogersHelps How long is the technical support line take?! I’ve been holding almost two hours!

@RogersHelps yes I do. I'm still on hold. I set up a second mobile service on my account. I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.
