@RogersHelps How long does my network have to be down before I find another provider? No support, no reply, not even in dms. Company should keep payers informed on why their paying for a service that doesn't work.

@snNOWsucks has anyone received any kind of helpful customer service from @RogersHelps. I have tried multiple times with nothing more than “reinstall”. I get zero correspondence from any of my complaint emails. I’m taking their ignoring as no chance of ever getting a refund
