@RogersHelps Looks like we got thru to the web chat system. All three buildings just south of the 401 on islington is down right now. You guys should update your coverage map. That minimize support calls.

@TekSavvyNetwork This is bogus. #Guelph has been out since 1pm today and your network map shows nothing. I get that it's a @RogersHelps issue but it doesn't matter. Update your outage map properly. And provide regular stays updates. Or something. Anything is better than this deafening silence.
