    @RogersHelps it is hard enough teaching right now, add to it that my internet keeps going down. Reboot my router, it is back up for 1 min. I can’t teach my students like that, and I hate to think of how much of my phone data I am using to try and chat with them in a google meet.

    yo @RogersHelps i have almost $100 of installation fees on my bill this month when i installed EVERYTHING myself with no agent help. i was also not told anything about the potentiality of this happening. i want these fees removed as i will not be paying

    @RogersHelps Internet issue again and same response for the CS team. Area issue which has not been fixed for 4 months now. What will it take to fix the issue permanently by Rogers?
