    @Rogers @RogersHelps I’ll be honest. Rogers Ignite I’d absolutely the worst and most unreliable service you have ever rolled out. Just a terrible all-around experience.

    @mrmikeMTL @Rogers Returned a Samsung to T-Mobile. Addressed problems once but employee was dismissive. 1 week later, got a full refund, paid for a new phone but will not have the 14 days to change my mind. Using the insurance meant getting a refurbished phone when I just paid for a new phone.
