    When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

    @Rogers The worst company ever to get internet with. So many outages. If they have to do maintenance, they should atleast have the courtesy to tell the customers a day before so the customer doesn't loose a day's work. Second day in a rowthis pathetic company has an outage again!

    Is it possible for @RogersHelps and @Rogers to be worse? And why is it called RogersHelps when they don’t help? Just a bunch of people saying I’m sorry for your troubles. The trouble with incompetence is that it’s a culture that starts at the top. #Useless

    @sterzo2424 @RogersHelps A technician came yesterday, he added some kind of extender to the back of the modem (nor sure if that's the correct term). I haven't had any further issues...yet. Fingers crossed this actually works

    @RogersHelps We have tried that numerous times and still having issues. You are losing customers in Orangeville because of this. Wightman is moving in as we speak. It's been 6 months of outages and Rogers has been telling us its getting fixed. Nope
