    @RogersHelps your insignificant credit of 3$! is a slap in the face! I expected better of you! As a customer with Fido this was the final straw, I canceled 2 other lines and ported to bell I'm working on my last line now a 12 year service with Fido / Rogers is over!

    @RogersHelps So uh… what happened? An outage this big should have a cause, no? So what was it? What made your service go down and hold the country’s money hostage for over 12 hours? We deserve answers as it’s been almost 72 hours.

    @SusanaDee @vote4robgill @Rogers How do you compensate the people who didn't know their loved one was dying in hospital that day, or the person injured who couldn't call 911, or the people who lost income with the net down, or crucial banking transactions that couldn't transpire, how do you put a price on that?
