    @Rogers I have been trying for 3 weeks to make changes to my account. Call volume is too high to answer, waited online for a "live agent" who couldn't help me, then I finally got through to a customer solutions and the call disconnects. It is unacceptable client service!

    @JayGenXer @Rogers @Rogers has gone to the shits! My wireless home phone needs to be reset every day in order to make calls. Then the other person complains my voice is gargled!!! Dropped calls on cell and when I call for support I’m on hold for 2 hours then I give up!

    @JayGenXer @Rogers Im wlakinf away form them after multiple years their customer service has gone to **** and they'll pricing is unreasonable

    I'm aware that this is a trivial problem but why is it that @Rogers has men calling me every single day trying to sell me something when I am on the 'do not call' list and repeatedly demand they stop. #Rogers #Telemarketing

    @RogersHelps You can’t get an answer from Roger’s no matter what time of day but they happily take your money for services that are down way to often

    Dealing with @ROGERS is definitely an exercise in frustration! For a company that relies on it's customers in order to survive, @ROGERS seems ok living on life support!
