@RogersHelps @Rogers I have spent the last two days trying to cancel my Ignite Services. It has been impossible whenever I ask to cancel my acct from your Customer Reps I have to be transferred because they can not handle Ignite Accounts and then I am put on hold!!! Get it done!

@Ricard0Rodrig0 @Rogers Any update on this? I’ve been having the same issue with Visual Voicemail on @Rogers not showing up for days at a time, if at all. Except when I let them know of the problem weeks ago, they told me it was my phone and not their problem!

@RogersBiz this company of Rogers I've been telling them now for three weeks that there's an issue with a cell tower they do not want to get off their backside and out of that hellhole of Toronto to come look at the power and diagnose the problem
