  @RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

  @RogersHelps The internet got fixed Tuesday afternoon. Monday I got notice that the issue I had reported was closed as resolved, 2 days after it was closed & not resolved. Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.

  @RogersHelps The app kept buffering or freezing for most the game. And it wasn't my internet (BW and latency were fine) or the Smart TV I have the app on. All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.

  It's hilarious that @Rogers is a communications company. The communication between departments within the company is abysmal. I'm so sick of their bs for someone who's been a client of theirs for over 20 years. They treat their loyal, never missed a payment customers like ****

  @RogersHelps I noticed that you keep saying sorry to customers for not honouring your services. It doesn't make any sense because a customer cannot say sorry for not paying your bills, even if the quality of services is poor. Unfortunately, there is no incentive for that.

  @RogersBiz @Rogers Been a rogers client for 8 years. I want to transfer my line from a corporate to a personal line. My call keeps getting transferred from 1 department to the other. I have a baby to take care. Please dont make it hard and hard for me. PATHETIC SERVICE

  @RogersHelps currently 84 minutes into a call with internet down in my area not just my residence. Wants to charge me a fee to have a tech come out? Huh? It's at least the block (others on block no internet). St Albert, AB. No insight, no solutions, just eat up my time.
