    @Rogers technician came to my home. Showed him my ping issues and told him I've had the issue for 2 weeks. Tells me "forget about the the last 2 weeks, if it doesn't work the next 3 days then contact us" and then did nothing to help my issue. ACTUALY THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

    I could do with 100% less grovelling emails from @Rogers and instead just offer us all REASONABLY PRICED mobile plans. Have you considered this option for customer retention/damage control?

    I, for one, am getting sick & tired of @Rogers going down and we lose EVERYTHING. No tv, no net, no phone. This ignite experience has been ****. I miss the old digital tv & the old school phone connection.

    @Rogers put my # on the list for a call back. Waited over an hour, got the call. Requested to ADD the Sports pkg to my plan, was out on hold (actually MUTE) for 40mins and then she hung up on me!!! Poor service as always #cancel

    @RogersHelps Quick question is it true all ignite line are down i live in haute aboujagane and dont have ignite since friday which is understable because of hurricane but costumer service keep telling me its not rogers problem but nb power
