@Sid4peeps1 @WhySoPanda @RogersHelps BGL is what makes the company’s servers visible to the rest of the internet. EVERYTHING goes through those. essentially the update caused an event that removed them from the internet. Same thing happened Facebook last year. It does happen, but every service should be independent

@AboutRogers @Rogers @Rogers Rebate? Thanks for 2 days of free non-service! Millions w/o 911 & other important services b/c you chose profits over testing. You didn't "let us down" - you f'd up! You put lives at risk & can't be trusted to fix this w/o oversight. Your monopoly should be dissolved.
