    . @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service of any company I’ve ever worked with. Not just any Canadian telecom company - any company. Ever. How are they still in business?

    I don’t know but I’m literally physical SICK of Rogers. You call and wait for 2 hours and all the person can’t help you, “escalate the issue” and makes an empty promise for a callback. Just answer the phone one last time, all I want to do is cancel my Internet @Rogers 😾😩

    TERRIBLE service with @RogersHelps this week! My elderly grandparents were over charged on their account and we cannot reach anyone on phone or chat for the last few days! I’ve been on hold for a total of 6 hours plus in the last 3 days!!

    @RogersHelps typical service. Changed my plan and of course the bill is incorrect. On hold on the phone the bot said is for 3 hours. That’s past my bedtime. How can I take three hours out of my day tomorrow to call and deal? fix it right the first time. Should of changed to bell

    @Rogers for Canada's largest communications company YOUR communication sucks ! Already spent 3 hours on the phone for you to royally screw up my account. Went to a Rogers Store for them to tell me they can't do anything and now have been waiting ANOTHER 3 hours for a call back!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers we're into the second week of my entire neighbourhood's home internet turning on and off at random times. Please fix this. I work from home and soon my child will have virtual school. This needs to get fixed and permanently. Thank you.

    @Rogers Are you gonna do something about your internet service? 3 days in a row now I've been struggling with connectivity issues due to outages in my area. Either you pay my phone bill for having to work off my hotspot or come take your modem back. This is redic.

    @RogersHelps i have been wrongly charged twice for a tv service that i don’t even have. Called rogers’ customer service twice and no help. Ridiculously, i am charged $125 for nothing. Is this bow you do business @Rogers ??
