Serbian Lady D (@VojvotkinjaSRB) reported@Rogers 2 hours on the phone with people who have issues speaking English! Oh I am canceling. I am so pissed that I don't want anything to do with you anymore! Serve Indians with your crap service! We Canadians deserve better and I chose to spend my money elsewhere!

Greg Stevenson (@GregPhstevenson) reported@AkquireMike @Rogers @CRTCeng You are not the only one they have done this too. Poorest service quality and security in Canada. I spent 6 hours online fixing with Rogers with minimum resolution.
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps Why would I give Rogers another chance? You didn't have any interest when I was a customer so why would I even remotely entertain coming back to you now?

Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

29Cloverdale (@1295QueenVic) reported@hollyanndoan @Rogers @peternowak Also hiring only Indian customer service and buying sports teams and media outlets it can’t afford
-
Trawets Namknom (@TheBareAssLodge) reported@mrsunshinebaby Fcken @Rogers recorded that **** so I only got the last half of the 3rd on a different channel.. Pisses me off

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps The email on file doesn’t work and I requested to be sent to my new email and no one has bothered to do something so simple as send a label to my new email. This is a lesson to Roger’s for cutting its Canadian customer service and contracting out to 3rd world countries.

gggladiator (@gggladiator1) reported@EdmontonOilers @Rogers @RogersPlace Game three was an embarrassment. I lost count of how many turnovers there were or how many other blatant errors the oilers made.

Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@RogersHelps Thanks to a wonderful tech that we finally got through to fixed the problem quickly. The aggravation of spending hours on hold to talk to someone however really soured my experience. A simple set up shouldn’t have taken hours with added frustration.
