@Rogers Mr. Staffieri - corporate tax laws are less complicated than navigating what it takes to fix a broken phone screen, even though I've been paying insurance on that phone for years. Help.

To recap my exceptional service with @Rogers: - my pvr was becoming unresponsive as happens with their Nextbox PVRs. This will be the 3rd or 4th I've replaced in the last year or so - after talking to a very nice CS agent I declined to have him ship me a new pvr instead choosing

@RogersHelps when I’m having on-going technical service issues and Anna can’t help, it’s extremely frustrating to listen to repeated messages telling me to use Anna. Just get me a human already!

@RogersHelps Been waiting for a callback for two hours. When I get the call back, the girl puts me on hold says she’ll be back and never comes back. What kind of customer service is this? Totally unacceptable

@Rogers I have been on hold for 2 hours trying to upgrade my internet. Everytime I call I'm put into this customer service line. I can't believe how poorly existing customers are treated. Now I'm looking to contact rogers just to cancel my services.

Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

I asked Kevin at @RogersHelps three times about the phone plan that was available for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and I never got an answer. I'd avoid signing up for @Rogers if you don't have to.

@RogersHelps Sooner rather than later would be wise, because customers will start getting rather annoyed. If your identification system is pretty solid, the customer will get rather irritable in short order if their phone keeps ringing throughout the day with Likely Fraud, Spam, etc.

@jen_beleafer @RogersHelps Our household is having issues with Rogers tv and internet on a daily basis which is just ridiculous for what you pay for. Definitely looking into switching to Bell. Rogers had more than enough time to make things right for our family. Feeling disgusted.
