@RogersHelps @Rogers Wow, five whole days? I doubt you will ever be able to restore our confidence. You lost my confidence during the April 2021 outage, which was also attributed to an upgrade gone wrong.

  • Robibey Robert Ibey (@Robibey) reported

5 days after @Rogers proved how bad an idea it is to put all your connections in 1 bundle, @TELUS says: "Get Amazon Prime membership on us with exclusive shopping and entertainment perks when you bundle Optik TV + Internet, from $148/mo. Plus order online today to save" DOH!

  • JackJaybee Jack Borenstein (@JackJaybee) reported

Not a good past several days for @Rogers corporation that started July 8 with massive outage across Canada of their various electronic services re tv, internet, phone, laptop, E-INTERAC etc. for over 24 hours to today's appx noon time firing of @BlueJays manager #CharlieMontoyo.

  • JaswinderDevgan Jaswinder S Devgan (@JaswinderDevgan) reported

@RogersHelps That would be still not enough. Not enough for those who had to stress out to go to office since there was no internet, for those who vouched on emergency services and faced challenges. All subjected to just 5 days of service. It should be 3 months of free service at least.
