@RogersHelps What I’m not hearing, or seeing my inbox, is any kind of apology or credit offer for your customers? So you are indicating that the 3 Rogers cellular accounts in my household will NOT be reimbursed in anyway for the day long outage?

@Rogers @ConcernedCana10 Thank God Im on Freedom. But I tell ya, if that merger goes through, I'm going back to Virgin. That will be the last and only choice. Rogers sucks, they've always sucked. They don't give a **** about their customers. They never have. I will never be a Rogers customer again.

@Rogers @aredlight1 Crediting a day's worth of service doesn't nearly make up for the stress, inconvenience, millions of hours of lost productivity & imperilling access to vaccinations, reaching emergency services & online classrooms. The dollar value of this damage is far higher. #Classactionsuit?

@RhonaRaskin @Rogers @RogersHelps I switched from Rogers to Telus last year after 18ish-yrs. They all suck except Telus sucks in more areas in BC than the rest.

@globebusiness @globeandmail So @Rogers has plenty of money to reimburse their 10,000,000 clients who were out of service for a whole day. Glad they made money, while so many self employed could not conduct their business.

@Rogers @RogersHelps @tylerse79707296 Yes, the service was down all day. I was very worried.

@browninfosecguy @Rogers Don't laugh...at a former place of work, one of locations in Lower Sackville had a serious issue with mice chewing on the CAT5 cables. Our vendor replaced at least a dozen lines to the POS terminals, phones, & workstations.

@Rogers as someone who has worked on critical IT projects, I have questions for rogers: Did you not adequately test SW before going live? Did you not have a backout plan? Do you not have a DRP in place? Cannot understand who you had major outage if you had all the above.

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Debrich16 Day 13 with next to no internet or TV. Numerous calls, chats, 2 tech visits, now $45 of additional data charges on my cell. But at least Bell has service. #IgniteBundleBust
