@Rogers Although my internet service is up, there are still routing issues. I can't reach services on the Cogeco network, on the Hostgator network and parts of the Microsoft network, just to name a few. A complete blunder on Rogers' part.

@_danielnieto @ruffoloj @Rogers Ditto. I was 'up' yesterday. It was effing expensive because my data isn't cheap on the backup, but I was up. But CRA was saying 2-factor not working and no interact meant my redundant system didn't keep me fully 'up.' The gov't has some 'splainin' to do.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers How stupid are you? The fact that you can’t even dial 911 for an emergency is not acceptable. The fact that it crippled interac and online banking transactions for small businesses is not acceptable. Give your head a shake

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers Oh, there is a push for CRTC inquiry on the 911 issue, as they would have broken a condition of license (or whatever it’s called for telecom). That part is likely a breach of the Telcom Act.

@RogersHelps My dad is 81,he is at home isolating with COVID. He is very sick and lives alone. Still no landline, ( can’t call 911 ) no internet, no cable . I have no landline, no internet, no cable. Health & safety is at risk for my dad. HELP. Tweet back please. 9am Saturday
