@Partiallyfrozen @RogersHelps It took me 2 months of phone calls, 8 booked appointments, 2 appointments where someone actually showed up, and one really good technician on that last appt. In the end I got a great technician who fixed my issue but it took WAY too long to get it fixed.

@Rogers is BY FAR one of the worst companies to deal with as a customer! They are just difficult and most CS reps don't even seem interested to help. Managers included! @RogersHelps use to be helpful but now they're also just the same as their phone CS.

@RogersHelps you have the worst service of any provider. I go through the same bs again and again. Working from home with Rogers internet means I need to make up time in the evening and weekends when the internet is back up and running. Thanks for nothing Rogers.
