    My courier package from @Rogers was undeliverable because someone there put an incomplete address. After half an hour of escalating to his boss, customer service says there’s nothing they can do about it, and suggested I call Purolator to sort it out myself. #badcustomerservice

    @rogershelps You didn’t help. Now after half an hour on a call with you, I will have to sit on hold with the courier company to fix your mistake, which no one will take responsibility for.

    @otosalex @Rogers Had TechSavvy for 2 yrs (who use Rogers) & there were multiple times I couldn’t stream to Twitch for 1-2 weeks periods (no other connection/speed issues). Tried everything they asked, insisted it wasn’t them. Switched to Bell Fibe, haven’t had a problem since (2+ years now). :)
