-
Kenzie Allen π΅ (@cerena) reported@Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
-
Audrey (@Audra1978) reported@RogersHelps what's the point of making it compulsory for customers to call in to cancel services and then making them wait on the line for two hours to speak to someone. You lay off tons of employees then provide abysmal services.

Canadian Rositta π¨π¦ (@wheresrosinow) reported@Rogers after daily phone calls since July 2,numerous tech visits the problem is still active. Internet cuts in and out yet your monthly bill manages to arrive. I'm at wits end ready to throw everything in the trash & call Bell.
-
KilconaVC (@KilconaVC) reported@RogersHelps Iβve rebooted my router about 100 times in the past few months. These kind of issues I expected in the advent of wireless services. Not in the present day. Prior to your takeover of Shaw I had to reboot my router almost never.

-
Curtis Tomiuk (@TomiukCurtis) reported@golfismental @Rogers Iβm on hold now and they have no idea wtf is going on. I donβt even think they understand what Iβm trying to tell them.
-
Jeffrey Brinson, Ed.D. π (@JeffreyBrinson) reported@MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers So I got disconnected (seems convenient) and called back. To get through, I called the new product line. Picked up right away. Of course they couldnβt handle my request so Iβm back in the cue. 28 minutes. So 2 hours so far to get a resolution.

Fleur (@Fleur8029) reported@Deepea6 @SLICKBLOWFISH @Rogers Damn! if they do that to mean, I will go without internet and cable. Shaw Cable was good but this monstracity sucks.
-
Zara Smiles (@ZaraL) reported@Stevest48366771 @REWoman @Rogers Both Rogers and Bell is down for me now. At least at bell I got a customer service representative trying to fix it. 2 hours on hold with Rogers for an automated voice to tell me to call back later.

CD (@Denos1118) reportedBeing in hold for over 2.5 hours to just get a shipping label to return a cable box not working @Rogers @RogersHelps is ridiculous and unexceptable and I'm still on hold. But to add a service gets you straight through.
