    @RogersHelps There are multiple ppl in my family and all of house work in different areas and are experience issues. Doesn’t matter if it’s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We can’t all be having device issues.

    @RogersHelps my daughter’s phone was stolen. I bought the premium device protection plan. I keep getting sent to Chatbots that don’t work, phone lines that keep hanging up on me, or partner websites likewize that don’t actually work. How on earth can I get a human being to help?

    Tried to do an online purchase with my @Rogers Mastercard and they sent me a text security code to complete the sale. Waited and waited. It never came. Used a different form of payment. Nearly 2 hours later Rogers finally texts me the code LOL! Talk about timely - NOT!

    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    WOW @Rogers 1.5 hours on HOLD and I haven't EVEN SPOKEN TO A PERSON! PATHETIC SERVICE !!!

    @RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.
