@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

@RogersHelps Over 4.5 hr ago I called tech support and signed up for a call back. Still no call ? Early in the day I exchanged a def pvr for a new one at a local Rogers store and was told all I had to do was plug it in

@RogersHelps hello, for about a week we have had service interruptions with our internet. My wife works from home and this is impacting her job. Is there a known reason why this might be happening? Our neighbour says theirs is going out too. Phone number on account is 5195880694
