    @RogersHelps was escalated to a different department with no time given when an answer is going to be provided . Just a recommendation to check back in 48 hours . I am sure no one looked at my case .Zero customer service at Rogers . That's what you get .And lots of dropped calls .

    @RogersHelps I've been a loyal customer of Rogers for more than a decade. But a simple account ownership transfer required 2 chats and 4 calls to fix! Additional 2 hrs wait to talk to a supervisor who was least interested in my experience. Wow...just unbelievable!

    @RogersHelps since apparently thats the twitter account for support. I waited 30mins for chat support and was "disconnected". Absolutely horrible service.

    @Rogers disappointed in your customer service. Upgraded plan and ordered new phone last week. Told new phone would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Call this morning to find out is backorder. No communication of the back ordered. Perhaps it is time to look at alternatives
