    @RogersHelps It’s no longer contradicting because it’s clear that what I was told was an area issue is in fact not. I was given wrong information yesterday and now have to wait until the end of day for the tech to arrive even though this should be treated as priority.

    @RogersHelps that bloody internet outage made me reset TV’s, smart devices and more. In fact my rca cable to Tivoli was shorted. I expect a refund on my time. I charge 26.75 which is my poor wage, so I need a credit.

    @Canucks @Rogers I'm going to celebrate this team being the biggest joke of the league, retools don't work on bad teams. Thanks for ruining this franchise in an attempt to make playoffs. Hopefully, they will fall flat again and everyone against trades like this can say we told u so #canucks

    Surprise surprise, @Rogers internet is down again. Why am I paying insane amounts of money for a service that they aren’t providing?! Oh and I hafta jump thru hoops to get a credit back for the “at least 48 hours of outage and there’s nothing they can do about the timeframe”?! 🤬

    @RogersHelps Been 8 hours since I called… still no internet. Good thing I’m also paying insane amounts of money for data. 🙄 Funny your CSR asked how I found her service when she couldn’t resolve my issue. 🤬

    @RogersHelps is so bad I have to switch ISP providers and I'M NOT EVEN A ROGERS CUSTOMER! I love @TekSavvyBuzz but they rely on Rogers and I can't deal with this unstable Internet anymore. At least today Rogers admitted there was an issue. That usually takes 3 days.

    No more stream tonight, because @Rogers is screwing me again. Upload won't go up high enough for me to do anything without lagging, and the support wouldn't tell me what was wrong - just that they need to send a tech. If there was literally ANYONE else offering service here...🤬
