    @Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

    @RogersHelps It’s a Rogers connection issue coming into my house. The tech came said he would come back… never made notes never told anyone he had to come back so now here I am again trying to get someone to my house. When my bill comes I won’t be paying for ANY days I couldn’t work.

    @chthonic_79 @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers If your cable service was down it was probably the cable company not TekSavvy. I used them for years with no complaint. You are legally due a credit for any outage over 24 hours.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers It’s Tuesday morning. Still no service. Still unable to change a modem attached to my account by your technician in error. This happened Thursday. How sad and pathetic.

    Not @Rogers @RogersHelps saying they’ll automatically be crediting accounts as a result of the outage on June 8th, but my August bill was just generated and there isn’t any credit… And people wonder why there’s a 2hr+ wait for customer care? I swear these ppl incompetent asf 🥴

    @Rogers you guys are out of this world, mistake after mistake just to buy a phone from you, fraud case with delivery, new phone taken by a fake id, and when i report it to you, you tell me someone will call me in 24 hrs, then you cut off my cell service? This is unreal!

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers I'm currently on Chatr, Years ago I was on Fido 04-08, no problems till Rogers bought them out, and than started having billing issues, bill was paid, but phone kept getting cut off despite being paid. Talk about ****** Service and ****** Company, Corporate Greed at It's Finest.
