    @RogersHelps Is there any update & explanation on the cause along with an ETA on resolution? Both my work cell phone (which is also my 'desk phone') & personal phones have been down all day. A major outage like this requires regular updates & better info on the cause & an ETA to resolution.

    @RogersHelps Everyone in Canada is experiencing issues with mobile service. No signal at all. Rogers It’s not some people, it is EVERYONE. What’s going on? As paying customers, I think we just need more information to understand what’s happening.

    @rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps +1... also they should consider some of the coin traders using two factor authentication with their cell phones which doesnt work!!!

    @RogersHelps I'm going to say that this a cyber ransom attack and Rogers/Fido is screwed for the next few days. Reasons: countrywide outage, so software based. Normal updates are rolled out in batches, not the whole system at once. Taking longer than 12hrs means they don't know how to fix
