@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

After so many years, the best @Rogers can do to fix their intermittant internet issues on our street is to force me to upgrade to their new-new(?) Ignite service, and pay more. I guess they want to get rid of me. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

@rogers @RogersHelps 2/2 I asked for pricing information and before I agreed to it, I'm being upgraded and paying more for a service before I actually agreed to the upgrade. Is this how you do business? I would like to be contacted by customer service please.

@LeahBoBeah6 @Rogers I've worried about this. What do you do if it goes down. Do you just post on Google classroom that your wifi is down and you will be back as soon as possible? I don't have enough data to do it from my phone and its too cold to sit outside a Timmies
