@Rogers I thought everything was supposed to be back up and now my tv is blacked out? Menus and apps work for a bit before also blacking out. You guys should be handing out a free month for every customer because we pay way too much for this nonsense to be happening.

@Rob16921 @RogersHelps Our internet/cable provider was Spectrum. We had such old cables they would not keep signal. I had one tech tell me it was a solar flair outage. One told me it was humidity, one told me the company didn't give a crap. Bottom line they do not invest to ensure service.
