@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

@RogersHelps More then half the day without service is unacceptable. Especially given the global situation we're in. I expect @Rogers to be issuing refunds for this. At least a months free service

@RogersHelps "We will continue to provide updates" AKA we will continue to repeat the same thing, without actually saying anything, giving our customers an estimated time of repair, or even letting them know what's causing the issue.
