@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

@Rogers I can’t reach anyone at Rogers… you used to have wonderful service but now there is honestly no way to reach a human being even after 20 years of being a customer- but hey, if I worked for you and needed to return equipment, there’s an option for how I should do that

@jsam10983741 Oh wait. @Rogers will pretend to help you. It is called @RogersHelps. Good luck. Might get thru by the 3rd day.

@RogersHelps The fact they are busy I can understand, but they knew the issue so even after they disconnected me they could still have fixed it but clearly chose not to

@RogersHelps This was solved today by the Rogers team - and with awesome service. I would suggest a greater number of tech reps between 9pm and midnight - I spent 2.5 hrs waiting and got nothing.

@RogersHelps Rogers should be broken up. They are terrible at providing service and dealing with issues. They overcharged me for a service and when I open a dispute form they reject it immediately. Even though i follow the steps given over the phone. Worst organization

Part 2 of 4 - The next day, he arrived but said he didn’t have the required installation kit and would escalate the issue. Four days later, I still have no internet, no update, and no installation date. @Rogers

@Rogers You need to stop charging people a month ahead for service they haven't even used yet, it's stupid.

Same. Opened a chat window. 50th in the queue. Took an hour to get to No. 4. Then the window said "Your chat session has ended." @Rogers @RogersHelps (Rogers doesn't help)

@RogersHelps It would be nice if as a company you would more than "understand" and rather provide customer service
