@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

@ambermac @RogersHelps Mine connects and drops frequently. I tried to turn on Wifi Calling and it tells me to call Rogers. Too bad, that feature would have let me get around some of this nightmare.

The fact that I had to school a @Rogers employee on their own company AFTER being on hold for 30+ minutes is ridiculous to me but hey; they said if I call back when the problem is resolved I will get my credit so im holding them to it

So I knew Rogers was out at 1am before they even knew? Took a while for them to finally admit they had "some" issues. Understatement of the year. Really messed a lot of people up today. #rogersoutage @Rogers
