    @Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

    @RogersHelps this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. sporting events & network shows. last night I tried to watch Vancouver Canucks vs Vegas Golden Knights on SportsNet Pacific (SNP) while out. also Edm v Utah on SN1 not possible do I now have to pay more to watch shows away from home?

    @Rogers @pozpiggy86 @RogersHelps I’ve spent over 130 minutes on calls across 3 days and spoke to 6 different agents about a $460 charge I never used. No resolution, just getting transferred and hung up on. Can someone actually fix this?

    @RogersHelps I disconnected my tv from my wifi network and reconnected it. The signal is apparently better according to my app from Rogers so we'll see if this issue stops happening. It has happened a few times during baseball games in 4K!

    @RogersHelps after coming your technician your garbage internet service still not working. Enough is enough now if not working will throw your router on road .

    @RogersHelps thank you, I rebooted my phone twice and it eventually went away. I'm located in the Fraser Valley in BC, close-ish to the border, however this isn't a problem I've had before.
