Pauly C (@PaulCarriere77) reported from Korah, Ontario@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

Laela Mirelle (@djlaela) reported@RogersHelps This is the WORST NETWORK!! Absolute garbage
-
Nubia And You (@NubiaAndYou) reported@RogersHelps All payments go through. This is not the challenge. It’s the problem which is why I want to speak to someone and you want me to talk to AI.

erich heinz rigonan (@h_n_z) reported@ClaytonYates17 @BenLypka @Rogers Why is it anyone else’s responsibility to help pivot out of a dying medium?
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

Peter J. Kampe IV (@plkampe) reported@HoneyboyWilson6 @Rogers I NEVER had a relationship with @Rogers
-
Chinook 💨 (@northernchinook) reported@RogersHelps Rogers hung up on me literally 6x. Abysmal customer service.
-
Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reportedSo… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.
-
Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported@Rogers I was even considering getting a Rogers Mastercard, but after this experience and the way this issue has been handled, I’m definitely reconsidering that decision. I’ll also be switching to another network provider because I no longer feel comfortable using Rogers.

Phat Tony™ 🥩 (@bushcrafter79) reported@GunGnome @resolutepest @Rogers Same with Bell in Ontario. Garbage reception, internet won't work but 5 cars of LTE or 5G
