    @Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

    @Rogers @meganistephens Mine is still out. And I tried turning the phone off. Still no service.

  • tahanmartins tahan (@tahanmartins) reported

    @ahudani @Rogers @rogers The strange thing is that when my device shows full connection (all bars) there is 0 data. When it's down to low connection (1-2 bars) the data works.

  • nvjibvl n b (@nvjibvl) reported

    @RogersHelps we get a service credit only for the equivalent time service was done. But we missed work calls, virtual doctors appointments, meetings, and no data

  • d3signTO Three Design (@d3signTO) reported

    @rogers my email was hacked and some people fell for the scam. Anyone else experience this? This all happened after the network went back up.

  • ICEDIAMONDZ Angie (@ICEDIAMONDZ) reported

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps I still have no service 🤬

  • TheRealDaitcher Daniel Ghita (@TheRealDaitcher) reported

    @wesbos @RogersHelps Nah man been trying all day, just gives me no service no matter what carrier I try to manually select. Almost as if I've been shadow banned or something.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

    @TheRealDaitcher @wesbos @RogersHelps Wouldn't be surprised if they started cracking down on 'indefinite' roaming

  • ArkhamSmoke Arkham Smoke (@ArkhamSmoke) reported

    Really? @Rogers "The company says a credit equivalent to Monday's wireless service fee will be applied to a future bill." Your entire network **** the bed, and you want to offer your standard formula? Dividing MSF by 30 and adjusting the amount?

  • VernFaulkner Vern Faulkner (@VernFaulkner) reported

    @RogersHelps It's 19:51 ADT, and still nothing. You guys got a timeline for a return to service? I am on the road ... so you know, a cell kinda helps do things.

  • timstringer Tim Stringer (@timstringer) reported

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps The compensation that Rogers is providing doesn’t acknowledge the seriousness of this outage. I strongly encourage Rogers to reconsider the offer of compensation and provide at least 14 days of free service (better yet, a month).
