iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@RogersHelps The validation team informed me she is unqualified to solve the issue and has transferred me to Tech Support. The Tech Support representative is also unable to resolve the problem and has asked me to return to the store. No one is taking ownership of the issue.

HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

What more a customer can do than visiting themselves with identification. Whatever it is, it is ridiculous and I hope @CRTCeng will take some action on it. Report filed
