@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

So @Rogers sends me an email saying I may have experienced internet issues in my neighborhood recently. Their solution is to SELL me a higher internet package. Oh SERIOUSLY, Rogers. **** OFF. Fix your equipment.

@RogersHelps @msaxy This is not exactly what I call an update. It is more like you acknowledging that there is a problem with no ETA on the resolution or updates on what you are doing. My client would have fired me already if I provided the same service as you 👎👎😡😡😡
