    @RogersBiz #customerretention why am I (existing customer) getting a call offering tv internet and home phone for less than half of what I am paying.

    @sterzo2424 @RogersHelps I have no home phone since Sunday and my tv and internet go off and on at times. Two technicians said it is an area outage and Rogers is working on it but they don't know how long it will take to repair.

    @RogersHelps by far the worst Internet service provider. So much down time. Contact you guys regarding internet being slow or down like 10 times this year. Just wait till bell fibe comes to my area.

    @RogersHelps You all have been saying this since September and the issue isn't resolved. You're charging us for things we don't even have. Waited for 45mins to talk to someone, who hung up.
