I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If I’m not home will they come and fix a box of which I am just giving them a courtesy notification and do not need someone to attend my home and it’s not attached to my acct.
