    @RogersHelps @Ashok_Kd Sure am glad I’m not on the big hike I planned to do using my phone for emergency navigation. How about you pony up with a real explanation? I know it’s bad for you to admit you have been hacked but unfortunately we all pay for this service and deserve the truth, RIGHT NOW

    @Rogers utterly disgusted. No service. Left stranded while trying to pick up wife and kids. Had to stop at a timmies to connect to the free bell wifi in order to get directions and wifi call the wife to inform her of the delay and situation. No eta, no remorse.
