You know what ain't great? When your @Rogers Ignite internet fails completely as you try to work from home, and a child tries to do school online too, and they put you in a queue to fix it a week later. @RogersHelps, you're killing me. Killing me.

@Rogers worst customer service. How do they do business? Called to inquire about internet package offered to my condo (new deal included in maintenance). First sales person transfers me to the next, who transfers me to next told the 3rd Rep nope no more transfers. I'm done!

@RogersHelps Tv service down. This is why I do not put all my services with one supplier. If I did I could not notify you as all Rogers services are down, tv, internet and phone. At least I only have tv with rogers, I still have internet and phone service. #frustrating
