@RogersHelps Good morning, Appreciate that Saturday storm in eastern Ontario was bad and would have caused Rogers problems. But, now on our 3rd day with no internet service in Kanata. Need to know when I will have internet back so I can do my job. Any estimate? Hours, days, weeks?

@RogersHelps without service since the storm, haven’t seen one Rogers truck in our area. Pay a pretty penny each money for cable and wifi for what? Ridiculous. Now it is effecting my work today as I have no wifi to log in.

@RogersHelps The fact that I had to take this to Twitter for you guys to even investigate says a lot. Basically @Rogers will not provide true customer service unless it's taken to a public platform. Before Twitter, I had spent many hrs on phone with you guys and nothing was done.
