@Rogers Rogers is still 500MB slower than bells top internet service and extremely unreliable it took them over 6 months to get my internet speed somewhere in the ballpark of what I was paying for which is 1GHz Download Speed not to mention ball offers 1GHz upload speed as well @Rogers

@pawrapid @RogersHelps So I saw three vans working outside my building, asked what the issue was - one of the construction sites at yonge & alexander or yonge & grosvenor cut into something they shouldn’t have. They said they were working on it - but if you’re having problems in the village, that’s why

Hey @Rogers I’m really not a fan of having no internet during a pandemic because of a screw up on your end. We work and learn entirely at home. 2 days for a “quick fix” is unacceptable. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps all day your service has been the antithesis of usable. I spent all morning adjusting my network settings just to connect to receive text messages and now boom the network just disappeared AGAIN!

@amanda80523920 @Rogers I am having the same problem. Seems like an influx of people reporting the same issue - data and cell service is not working. i tried resetting my phone as well as the network settings. @RogersHelps dont downplay the outage again and pretend that nothing is down for 6 hours.

@RogersHelps for some reason the internet is not letting my Xbox one s use ip6 connection only ip4 and I don't know fix it because when I game online it keeps doing connection lost online when gaming
