@RogersHelps @Rogers You are a terrible tech company! Should be sent back to the late 1990s so that you can learn how to set up your back up routers properly...

@RogersHelps So what was it? Spill it, Rogers. At this point shame shouldn’t be an issue.

@RogersHelps The design of the network is the issue. Not maintenance. Heads should roll over this one. The loss of 911 service should not be tolerated. We are paying among the highest prices for telecom service in the world and this is what we get. Amazing isn't it.

@RogersHelps I am close to Day 4 starting with no internet. How can you claim that there are only intermittent issues when it's been fully down. That's false and misleading #rogersoutage #CRTCeng

@RogersHelps What an asinine joke! Last nightmare they credited my account for ...$1.75 which outage cost me over $250. Then when you're a day late they threaten you and charge late charges 🙄

@petermorin123 @Rogers Unfortunately, there is a high probability that this is the truth.I had a peer experience this at a major retailer recently… sadly they went down because their maintenance/ upgrade exposed a bug.

@RogersHelps Day 3 - some unusual internet behaviour on landline based internet e.g., some websites don’t load on Rogers Ignite Internet but do so over my cellular (other provider). Additional, Rogers Ignite TV sound Drops. @Rogers This is essentially a 3+ Day outage issue (spotty service)!
