@RogersHelps How does one reach a human that can help with a purchased subscription that won’t log in correctly? Lots of time spent on hold. Not getting anywhere, everyone says to talk to someone else.

@RogersHelps Two hours of shaky internet connection today. The internet in general has been very unstable the past few months. Any chance you can address it? Making it hard to work from home and attend online classes!

@RogersHelps I have no cable, it is why I signed up for NHL Live. Perhaps mistakenly. Is there a way for me to cancel my subscription and get a refund?

@RogersHelps I'm with TekSavvy, so no point but I will continue to Tweet at you until you correct the issue in my area. This closing the ticket without showing up stuff is getting pretty old.
