@RogersHelps @DebTood Not ‘should you’.. it is ‘we are’ and people have done everything before contacting you! Don’t just copy paste templates and give an honest answer that when will the service be up. And an outage is there which means ‘troubleshooting’ won’t help. Get that internet issue fixed!

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps after your reps have told many different neighbours on many different calls, that the now 27 hr wifi issue in our area is @TorontoHydro related, we called Hydro. Guess what?? They said there are no issues in our area and they aren’t working on anything
