Ashit Milne (@AshitMilne1969) reportedOof I remember that day they had in July 2022 - I bet that got Ottawa and Toronto onto calls (@Rogers network went out for almost an entire day). Single points of failure are dangerous.

Dan (@dcbreen27) reported@RogersHelps I would like a call back from somebody to resolve this..I’m not going to use an app..if Rogers can’t take the time to call me then I will cancel ALL my services and go with a provider who actually cares about customer service.

Tony🐶🏒 (@TonyAnjam) reported@Rogers $110 Pro Install add-on. Lol. The dude highjacked my Xplore fibre and just re-provisioned it on the network. I'm a former cable guy and had my Cat6 already setup and just needed buddy to provision and leave. Also salesman said no fee. Robbers, I mean Rogers at it again

Hollie Pollard (@hollie__pollard) reportedI worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the convulsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.

Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.
