2/2 @RogersHelps Irony is that I wanted to save someone else' time by reschedule an appointment or got mine wasted. I am a prospective customer and now seriously reconsidering my options. Overreacting? Maybe. But if this is a taste of what I am going to get in future, NO THANKS!

careful ordering smart home monitoring outside of the city ( collingwood ) no support, no tech, no cust. service and they just dont care. wasted 9 hrs and $500.00 waiting ,total incompetence and they just can't support what they sell @RogersBiz disgusted!unresolved! @Rogers

@RogersHelps My sent MMS are being received from random numbers and I can't receive any myself. Calls weren't connecting this morning. Tried with 2 recipient networks and 2 phones with my SIM so all signs point to Rogers. L7M. Please help!
