@RogersHelps You owe everyone affected by the outage a reimbursement for what happened. This is not just a simple inconvenience, this could have been an emergency situation with the elderly that could have resulted in really bad stuff since no communication is possible.

@RogersHelps Thank you. The frustration is having to set aside MY time during the week to sort this out. The only thing I did to contribute to the original problem was change my internet package. 🙄
