    I just had the worst customer service call ever with @Rogers @RogersHelps, the rep was not listening to my questions, providing me with half the information that created circular conversations. This is unacceptable based on the money we are charged for services.

    Hi , @PatForanCTVNews . I need your help! Rogers @RogersHelps had promised me a new bill of $59.88 for 12 months for cable/internet. They have since charged me $105.08, and even though they acknowledge what I've been promised and agreed to they refuse to honour the price. Help!

    @RogersHelps most ridiculous experience ever with Rogers. I changed my plan at beginning of the month from$134 a month to $73 a month and was told that I will receive credit. But never got credit and I was on phone with 3 reps for about 1.5 hrs and no resolution
