Already did that twice last night but it seems to be some kind of outage or service issue in my area based on what they told . It could be impacting my speeds even though the wifi just normally disconnects when there's an outage

Natalie Kwok (@ehnkay) reportedSpent an hour on the phone with @RogersHelps over the weekend, re-confirming 20 times that I wouldn’t get charged a $450 fee, only for them to not only charge said fee they said I wouldn’t have to pay, but also got charged an additional $40 DOWNGRADE fee?!! Wtf 🤬
