@YourLoneStar @RogersHelps @Rogers We have had the same issue since switching to Rogers ignite - every time a tech comes out they give us a new modem.. Rogers CS can’t seem to understand what we’re trying to tell them when explaining the situation.. super frustrating. Had to buy a new baby monitor too 😒

@RogersHelps been down since 1am. Not finding much information about eta or what to expect, only apologies and reboot instructions. I know this stuff happens, but the lack of transparency is way more frustrating then the actual outage. Please share more info!
