Coinciding with the launch of Roger’s Satellite, now we regularly and sporadically see “SOS” where our bars should be. What gives?

More than 20 drops a day and slower than dial-up at times. When I was finally able to cancel on August 3rd, the same day they sent me a Revenge Bill of $250
