@RogersHelps Not scroll to the bottom of the page under terms and conditions under full details?!!! Don’t you think something that major should be the first thing a customer sees?!

@TorontoStar Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!

@RogersHelps This is a business hour. Yesterday I called during business hours. The day before I called during business hours. I have no choice but to cancel my @Rogers internet because you have no staff to talk to customers?

@RogersHelps Multiple people tell me they call and it goes straight to voicemail when others call the same time and it gets through. Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill

@RogersHelps 2 of 2. Bell Mobility is courting me. They gave me a price lower than yours, I called back and told CS this and they said they would "send it to Customer Services". I have not heard back from Rogers at all. Disappointing since we have been customers for over 20 yrs

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
