Hey, @Bell_Aliant. Beyond disappointed with your customer service. I’ve been assured 3 times the mistakes YOU made with my account this month would be resolved. They. Have. Not. Perhaps time to switch to @Rogers.

@RogersHelps hi there! Am watching the Jays but the tv keeps pixelating. Is it me or you? I’ve reset the box and it didn’t help 😢

Sooooo….. more on this, the info that I could find indicates a @Rogers tech support worker in Morocco earns $500-$700 U.S. per month, more if they have more specialized skills- Does Rogers have difficulty finding Canadians to do this work?

@Rogers NEWSFLASH: I’ve contacted them NUMEROUS times over the years … and am always mistakenly (or intentionally) deferred to my Cable TV provider to help with YOUR substandard service. Also, by the time I receive an email response that might actually help the program will have ended.

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers I just left them after 30 years. Wasted too much of my time trying to fix multiple issues.

@TheTorontoSun @Btowie21 "Voluntary buyouts" are often a face-saving precursor to mass layoffs. Any @Rogers employee who turns down the buyout is playing with fire.

@RogersHelps Well yes but I live in a house with other people. It’s be nice to be able to leave and go to work and have the app work on Apple TV. I could also go to a bar and watch the game. You know but I pay for a service that included the xfinity app which isn’t very good.

@Rogers your customer service and support is already ******. What are you going to do with 10,000 less than employees? You guys don't know how to run a business. Ted left you a gold mine. You're ******* it

I worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the convulsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.
