    @RogersHelps How about automatically refunding customers when your systems are down? You know it happened, yet you do nothing. I shouldn't have to be on hold for an hour to request a credit.

    @RogersBiz Been trying to get a hold of business technical support. After three tries And being on hold forever. Get someone, give all my info and get disconnected and not get a call back. Now on hold again. Have a case number to an unresolved issue that was said to be fixed.
