Hey @Rogers get your **** in order and communicate with your customers. I get it if it takes a while to fix there's nothing that can be done to speed it up. But ******* communicate because now important things that rely on phone service are ****** up and nobody is being updated.

I sure am happy that as a Canadian citizen I spend more than double, sometimes triple the price for phone service than Americans monthly, just for the service to entirely drop for a day with no signs of coming back! Good work, @Rogers . This is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps When it comes to charge and fees you are always on time, you don't even waste one second. But it has been more than 12 hours, no network, we are suffering, and you just say sorry. Thats it, I'm done with Rogers, I'll find another provider.
