    @RogersHelps @Rogers I've been waiting for 2 days to get my internet, ignite TV and home phone set up at my new home and all I'm told is to keep waiting. I need internet at home for work. Someone needs to take ownership of this problem and fix it ASAP.

    After 90 minutes on the phone supervisor “Joshua” tells me someone will call me within 7 business days to let me know if my case has been resolved. To be clear... the only thing I’m asking for is to upgrade my existing service package. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Once again @Rogers cant offer you an actual upgrade only a plan change so they charge you more for weak ass service
