@RogersHelps Chatted with Roger rep on DM but of no gain. Standard reply after spending 15 mins what you gave me "outage in the area and working on resolving with no ETA". Are you guys really working on the problem?

@RogersHelps Well, I certainly expect you'll pick up the mobile data tab if I exceed my Rogers mobile data limit. I have to resort to use LTE only because of your own outage.

@RogersHelps The dude won't listen and barely acknowledges anything. It's a house both basement and main floor (separate accounts) are experiencing the same terrible internet service. It likely won't help since he is only changing lines for downstairs
