@RogersHelps People don’t want a robot response. I’ve been with Rogers 23 years, I’ve never had any issues until today. Hey...I get that things happen, but give us updates and estimated fix times; not a robot.

@680NEWS It has been over 16 hours OF NO SERVICE @Rogers is not doing a darn thing. They are a DISGRACEFUL company that do not care for their customers, only MONEY. Bet you they will not compensate any customer?
