    A @Rogers technician came to "fix" my cable internet today. So while he was here he cut all the "bell" phonelines. Now my front door buzzer doesn't work. I can't buzz in my nurses for cancer care anymore. I genuinely didn't think I could hate rogers more than I did before. Wow.

    @RogersHelps Canโ€™t get through on the telephone. I donโ€™t have an hour or more to sit on hold. Rogers has the worst customer service in the business. In fact, there literally is no Customer Service.

    @RogersHelps @SNCTrader Constant issues trying to connect. Multiple times calling today only to be disconnected because they had too many callers. Makes you think what the heck is going on!

    @RogersHelps Thatโ€™s fair and I did call but I was on hold. For the cost of service + my needs itโ€™s not performing. I never had any issues with cable until the galaxy boxes were introduced and now this happens. Maybe wifi signal for cable isnโ€™t the way to go
