    @RogersHelps I just checked my download speed and it’s at 84 Mbps… prior to the outage My download speed was close to 550 Mbps. Signal is also weak upstairs. When should we get the same speed back?

    @RogersHelps Its been 7 days and my service (call/text/data) is still not working since the outage. I am told by your customer service that my services will be restored within 24 - 48hrs! I don't know what clock you follow! PLEASE HELP

    @Rogers : Craig, we screwed up but we fixed out outage in 1 to 3 days! @Bell : Oh, you're Satilitte Dish can't get a consistent Internet speed and continues to not work after a Wind Storm? Too bad, deal with it for a Month and maybe even LONGER

    @RogersHelps @Rogers my service is still extremely slow! My emails take 5 minutes to load up. It takes at least 5-10 to refresh my emails. My texts don’t go through. This system has not been fixed!! I’ve called tech support they can’t fix it. #rogersoutage #Rogers

    @RogersHelps Sorry but 5 days of service is a slap in the face and it's twice now. Like getting a terrible meal you can't eat and the waitress saying I'll take 10% off your meal. Joke. They are making millions and have surely flourished due to the pandemic as we the customer suffered.
