@Rogers hey how many tickets do I have to have being actively “fixed” before something is actually done? Internet drops 4-5 times per hour! And I keep getting told “we’re working on it”. Might be time to switch providers for more reliable service!

I want to know what yall going to do to compensate me for being without internet for a week and i paid for that sh*t plus lost days of work and money!? Who's having a Fabulous Monday? Mine bites the bannouche. I've had the worst time staying connected to the internet for most of last week and all of the weekend and less than 2 hours after the @Rogers tech left, no internet. Again. Anyone got Teksavvy's #?

@Rogers @RogersHelps I have spent 12-15 hours on hold this weekend & today and still have no wifi. I know what the issue is because one of your techs made a mistake and NO ONE WILL HELP. This company is incompetent. Worst service and worst experience ever. I’m done with Rogers!
