    @Rogers @RogersHelps - hello claiming “False Charge”, then shutting down is peak “arrogance”. I called d helpline again, opted for a callback - callback was promised in around 1 hr it came back after almost “2 hrs 20 minutes”. Where is governance?

    @RogersHelps is there an issue with the MyRogers (Shaw) app and the MyRogers together with Shaw website? When I try to access either the app or the website nothing loads.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers can you please send a tech to fix the damn lines you rent to @AltimaTel they have requested 3 repairs from your guys and it's been rejected each time. My latency is 400-700, it takes 5 mins for Google to load. Please work with them when they call for a tech!!

    @l3v1at4an @Prxodiigy @Rogers Rogers was hacked in March and customer information stolen, now being used by scammers pretending to be your bank. I wonder if it was an inside job?

    @RogersHelps Wow I can’t even get through to the mobility part cause they are experiencing lots of falls. This is getting to be a joke already. 2 days in a row I’ve tried calling them for help.

    @RogersHelps Yes still without service. It says our accounts are suspended, but our bill is paid
