    @HalosOfAmber @haydenjack @RogersHelps My web cams went down at 2-2:30 when I woke up at 5:30 the internet was down. At 7 for up to feed my Goldens it was still down. Went to the basement restarted modem and routers. It came back on. I’ve had this happen after it’s been down before. I’m in Guelph.

    @RogersHelps lost HD CBC for leafs hockey in guelph ON. Was ok when it started. Went back and black screen. All other channels ok and yes did restart box. Now watching in non HD. Please check this service.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Thanks Rogers for shutting off my internet early despite paying till end of month. Thank goodness we are changing providers next week. Never go with Rogers. Ever. Changing phones and internet. Done.

    @Bell_Support Was on hold 54 minutes... they forgot about me. Had to hang up. No callback... not like they didn't have my number! Called again. Another 25 minutes and am paying MORE than I started with. Next call is too @Rogers. Signed a loyal customer of many years.

    ANALYSIS: @Rogers @TELUS and @Bell will never listen and the CRTC is weak, so just head to @FreedomMobile and get a LOT more bag for your buck. CRTC ruled that 1 GB/$30 is minimum for Canada. Not good enough.

    @RogersHelps home phone not working. Tried to reset but everytime Ds flashes, lights up, us flashes, lights up, online flashes, all go dark and whole process repeats on loop. I'd call for help but....

    @RogersHelps I contacted TSN helps & they informed me that it is a design flaw. And they are working on it. Should anyone else come across this issue & say something to you. Though it appears to only have the bell options u can scroll down to others as well. Thank you for taking time to help

    This is very frustrating. All services went down in the storm and they have not come back up. So no phone or internet or tv. THAT my friends is why u should never have all your services with one company. @RogersHelps #rogers #rogershelps

    Venting frustration with @RogersHelps ..just chatted online with Rogers as my promo is ending..instead of extending, was offered a promo where I would pay an extra ~$35/mnth...very disappointed..seems Rogers doesn’t mind losing a loyal long-standing customer..real sad 😔
