@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers I realize you are sickeningly foreign but the fact that podcasts are an larger overall medium then radio doesnt have **** all to do with this you spastic goof. Spending money on THESE podcasters to announce a schedule for the raptors is retarded, they have 0 audience overlap.

@RogersHelps No problems now, but for a full day I couldn’t access my accounts, and couldn’t send for 2 days. Your email servers servingVictoria weren’t working. Your website said nothing was wrong&your AI system didn’t know anything & led me to actions that locked me out entirely.

@helpme1976 @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They just go from one bad service provider to another sadly.

@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down all afternoon, and I’ve been on hold for 1.5 HOURS trying to get support. This is completely unacceptable. How long are customers supposed to wait just to speak to someone? I need this fixed ASAP.

@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers When Rogers shut down the radio stations in Vancouver and Calgary, it meant a large number of people lost their jobs. If podcasts are the way going forward, then why didn’t they just start a bunch of podcasts instead and employ those people that they left unemployed?

So… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.

@JustMeJamie64 @SecondGuerilla @Rogers Isn’t the cdn cell phone cartels one of the issues with the tariffs and trade agreements. I’d rather be annexed than deal with a country that just sent 10s of 1000s of men to invade Spain.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.

@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?
