    @RogersHelps Hi Eric. I spoke with two different Technical Support reps and both told me they could not help me because I wasn’t a customer. I have already been on hold for 2.5 hours, I am not calling back to wait on hold again. If someone can contact me, I will speak to them.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    The amount of times I keep calling @Rogers just to downgrade is ridiculous… @RogersHelps either answer the call, or I’m canceling my service

    Hey @Rogers @Sportsnet how dare you shutter Fan 960 out of nowhere! 960 was my and thousands of others main source of local sports content. Your national coverage is **** at anything but blue jays and Leafs 🖕🖕🖕. @NHLFlames you ok with this???
