    @RogersHelps Really disappointed with Rogers. Got an accessories financing reward email. No one at Rogers knows how to apply this reward. Already spent around 5 hours talking to reps at backend support and in-store. Let me know if not possible and I will leave Rogers.

    @CJancelewicz @RogersHelps I get spam calls on my landline starting at 7 am. I never answer. On my cell phone I can turn on “silence unknown callers” so that numbers not in my contact list go right to my voicemail. The phone never rings.

    @RogersHelps Appreciate it but the complaint is concerning the rolling brownouts we’ve had for years. Usually the internet would quickly drop at 11pm but now it’s a free for all. No matter the tech, the answer is “i don’t see the issue”. Not something that’s a quick fix unfortunately 🙃
