    @Rogers once more we changes our service but you dont update the billing-well you add the new service but dont delete the older services till a month later-so now x2 billing and we the customer have to analyze bills to see what happened! Wonder how many others just pay! So wrong!

    You fixed my email Sunday by Tuesday it wasn't working again, Bell is in my building as we speak, loved ya but leaving ya...very soon. Don't ask me to dm you,did that already...epic fail and please don't call me for new products until you fix what I already pay for. #RogersHelps

    @Rogers I've been on hold via phone & live chat for nearly 1hr again today. I am calling you AGAIN to remove my 2017 ex from my internet account, which still hasn't happened without errors. Can I bill you back for the 8+ hours I've spent on this already??😫 why is this so hard

    @Rogers for 3 months I have tried to resolve an issue. I have spent hours on hold, hung on, transferred endlessly and nobody cares. 20 plus years and treated like garbage.

    @Captain_Shot72 @RogersHelps Wouldn't it be nice if we actually got the level of service we actually pay for? Almost $400 a month to sit on hold for 20 minutes, and deal with a foreign call center. This is getting outrageous. If I got platinum service, I wouldn't ***** about the bill.
