@Rogers . I cannot believe you let a 20+ year customer go, who literally said they did not want the hassle of switching to Bell, because of one retentions agent who apparently doesn't understand how to speak to an upset client.

  • thakkerjay Jay Thakker (@thakkerjay) reported

@RogersHelps Trying to get a service activated which is a part of my bulk agreement. 15 calls and more than 2 hours wasted but no one from your team is able to assist in getting this accomplished. Worst customer service. Clueless agents who don't know their job. Worst service!

  • toneciaGlode 💥 (@toneciaGlode) reported

LMFAO @Rogers is down AGAIN in my area

  • DuffMacDonald 𝐃𝐮𝐟𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐝 (@DuffMacDonald) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers Went to upgrade my phone to new iPhone and pay using my debit card. I wanted to walk away with my new phone and couldn't. What's up with that Rogers? Horrible service. May not get it now. #iPhone13

@RogersHelps will you pay my late fees since aI cannot log in after three days of you “working to fix this as soon as possible” but it has been three days? I am on holidays and wasting time TRYING to pay my bills!

  • anna_skibinski Ania (@anna_skibinski) reported

@RogersHelps what’s the ETA of service coming back on in Lorne Park area? I got an an email 10 hours ago and no updates. Once again I have a job that I need to do so that I can pay for your services.

  • SenselessEarth Nick (@SenselessEarth) reported

@RogersHelps @rogers Went to return my ignite equipment at a store and they refused to take them. Can you guys make it any more difficult for people? Instead of taking it and dealing with it I was sent away. Terrible company. Don't waste your time with Rogers

  • pabz007 Pablo (@pabz007) reported

@Rogers I’ve been patient for a while but this is ridiculous. I’ve been with 0 internet service all afternoon and this causing major delays for my work again. So please, get it together here Staffieri, that free month has come with a huge cost already.

  • ABC61206989 ABC... (@ABC61206989) reported

@dave1agar @Rogers @RogersHelps Fido charged me FULL price for roaming while offering sporadic, intermittent or NO service whatsoever for the entire week while I was away. I stood my ground and demaned the reversal of ALL roaming charges as Fido failed to provide the promised service. It took hours but I won.

  • KodiLetsPlays IAmTehKodo (@KodiLetsPlays) reported

@RogersHelps Every single day since the outage the other week our internet loses connection, multiple times a day. No amount of router restarting seems to fix it. What is going on?
