@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo It's not intermittent. Intermittent means "occurring in irregular intervals" and my signal bar disappeared at 9:00AM EST today and has been very consistent at that. It is not intermittent. This is exactly what your customer service does. Clients aren't idiots 101 Rogers 😐

So the @Rogers outage coincides with the first day I'm eligible to book a vaccine appointment but they need to verify via text before that can happen.... le sigh.

@MarkFrias @Rogers @RogersHelps Mainly because people who dont even use rogers are joining the thousands to complain at rogers while something that every rogers customer should expect to happen at any time any day, but either way it is not even as widespread as they say it is

@RogersHelps Your “latest regular update” was posted 5 hours ago. People/ businesses are suffering and unable to reach Rogers. At least post updates every 15-30 min. Is it not a Priority 1 issue for you @RogersHelps ??
