@StefanM411 @RogersHelps I just spoke with them and there is an issue in my area. Seems like it’s been that way since the big outage.

  • churchill_don Don Churchill (@churchill_don) reported

@RogersHelps is there a network issue? My ignite biz keeps dropping connections. Takes@longer each time to reconnect

  • ClimateDuncan Duncan Noble (@ClimateDuncan) reported

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps We had a similar problem with our TekSavvy DSL service on a line owned by Bell. It turned out to be a wiring problem in our house. There was an old telephone line wired to the demarcation point that was shorting intermittently. Have any techs actually come to your residence yet?

  • OkanaganMitch Mitch Galloway (@OkanaganMitch) reported

@Patrick_ORourke @Rogers poor network change mgmt. & incident mgmt. procedures failed them. @telus consistently ranks #1 in network performance due in part to robust change & incident management and a relentless focus on the customer experience. That's not "something that could happen to anyone."

  • jaypatel4445 Jay Patel (@jaypatel4445) reported

@RogersHelps and they gave me another offer so I said okay anyways I don’t want to have 500$ cancellation charges so I said please sign me up and they did and they told me to check with rogers billing to cancel the charges.

  • toneciaGlode 💥 (@toneciaGlode) reported

  • coraliew Coralie Waschkowski (@coraliew) reported

@RogersHelps will you pay my late fees since aI cannot log in after three days of you “working to fix this as soon as possible” but it has been three days? I am on holidays and wasting time TRYING to pay my bills!

  • SnktGandhi Sanket Gandhi (@SnktGandhi) reported

@RogersHelps my internet is down again, it was down yesterday too, every day it goes down during working hours. I am losing pay and Rogers is losing my trust and respect.

  • victorbruzzone Victor Bruzzone (@victorbruzzone) reported

Just got a call from @Rogers that opened with an apology for the recent outage. Oh, maybe they want to give me an extra bill credit for being so loyal? Nope, just want to sell me internet and TV, LOL

  • Bryson_M bryson (@Bryson_M) reported

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Overloaded cable networks are a real issue and the regulatory imbalance rendering fibre inaccessible exacerbâtes the issues. If you have unreliable cable in the peak hours, a DSL connection would likely solve your problems.
