I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

@RogersHelps - Been 2 months since I got a new iPhone 12promax from Rogers. As per the Rogers website, I was supposed to get a 1-year free subscription of Apple TV. It has not worked since the day I got the phone. Case Number: C165003581. Would appreciate it if someone to help?!

@Rogers Well it shouldn’t show I’m getting 5G Service with upload and download speeds that slow. I’m clearly not getting 5G. That is like 4G or LTE speeds. I just picked up the phone yesterday iPhone 12 Pro.
