    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    Update 🚨Somehow my internet no longer work. After dealing with tech support, right after hanging up the phone internet goes out. Kinda suspicious IMO. I believe a technician will need to come out , but I don’t understand why as right before there were no issues. @RogersHelps

    @dbhoops_ @Rogers If you call them, they should give you a discount for not getting the full service you are paying and if the issue is their fault. The threat to leave will only work if you have been a customer for a while. Good luck.

    @RogersHelps I called 888-ROGERS1, they tried some remote diagnosis but weren't able to get it reconnected. Service call has been booked for Tues. I can DM if you think there's more you can do to restore connection today.

    Hey @RogersHelps our home internet in Guelph is down (postal code N1G 2T2). Have rebooted cable modem several times, with no success so far. Can you please have network techs investigate and resolve ASAP please. Thanks.
