@Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

I was conversing with someone from @RogersHelps 3 weeks ago when this was happening and all they could tell me was submit a complaint to the Anti-Fraud website. While the conglomerate of Bell, Rogers and Telus (Rogers is my provider), gouges Canadians everyday with their prices..

@rogers when is the service coming back up in Strathroy, it’s hard to run a business with no access to internet. It’s been out all day, even yesterday it was spotty service. Better be back for the Canada game tonight

Never in my life have I been disrespected like I was tonight by a so called manager working for @Rogers. And all I wanted to do was find out why a random person was authorized on our account and why a promotion we asked to get hasn't taken affect now. So disgusted right now!!

@RogersHelps @Rogers no internet here in Ajax ON and no methods of trying to restart it on my end seems to be working. Please investigate the network outage.
