    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I was wondering if anyone is reporting problems with their wifi pods. Mine have been offline all morning in Mississauga. Router is working fine, just can’t connect pods and have tried reset many times.

    @RogersHelps The technician visited my house twice. We spoke over the phone & in person. He said the problem has to be fixed by the maintenance team. Did maintenance team fix the problem? I have given 2 numbers to Rogers & the technician had no problems in reaching me.
