    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @RogersHelps maybe, maybe, if you want to abuse customers with your Roam Like Home charges, have CLEAR and EXPLICIT instructions on how to avoid scam charges. @fordnation The icing on the cake, their services went down during the call 🙄

    @Rogers the service this afternoon has been abysmal. Over 2 hours getting bounced around between online and phone support to help my elderly mother with an account ownership transfer. At the end of the call, we were told to call back in 3 days to initiate the process again. 😡

    @meghaanhollis @Rogers I'm lucky it's not phone service too this time because my home wifi AND my phone are Fido which uses Rogers , cell phone plan ends in November and imma be RUNNING to the nearest cell phone provider that doesn't use Rogers, what a joke

    @Bell_Support FIVE CALLS HAVE NOT FIXED OUR ISSUE. How many more do I have to make? As bad as @Rogers is, I'm getting tempted to switch. To get help tonight, it's an hour wait. I already spoke to them today and yesterday and day before... @Bell

    Sick of draining my phone data just because @Rogers can't get their **** together, internet has been down all day south end Barrie with no communications from them. Huge outage southern Ontario and has yet to be addressed, can't wait to change providers.

    Anyone one on the @rogers cellular network got their rebate yet? TWO billing cycles for us with out it showing up.

    I have received shockingly bad customer support from @Rogers over the last 2 days. After calling to ask a routine billing question about my family plan I was offered a promotion to save $30 per month. I accepted only to find out later that I would actually pay $5 more each month!

    @RogersHelps @Daniel_T_Hobson If it is not the experience you want, why have you been subjecting millions of Canadians to go through this time and time and time again?! For over 2 decades and it is as bad as or worse! At this point, we call full on BS on this extraordinary claim.
