Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

I have called more than once and one is supposed to be sent and nothing. I have tried calling and the line gets d/c or you're never open. HELP!

So many children live in poverty because of it. I earned minimum wage from @Rogers . Yes, that is what they pay thier customer service workers, and the best you can get is a 10-cent raise.

Surprisingly my wife and neighbors who are all on Rogers have no issues at all! Its my business phone and I lost 12 hours of work without satisfactory explanation. Thanks

Greg Stevenson (@GregPhstevenson) reported@Rogers and @RogersHelps must have the most useless customer service app and website of a very mediocre Canadian telecom service. Simple customer service requests cannot be done on either. Wonder if they care to respond and fix.
