    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    @RogersHelps this is garbage. i been a loyal nhl live customer. and i can't pay monthly fr a shortened possible cancelled nhl season??? that's unacceptable. lookin elsewhere fr games now.

    @rogershelps I'm getting a notice saying that I have 7 days to return the equipment (Rogers IgniteTV) before I get charged for it. The device is already returned. The problem is that the Canada Post tracking code in the email is the wrong one. How do I fix?

    @RogersHelps I did. Conveniently it’s just a third broken iPhone in a row. @AppleSupport should really work on quality control. It’s not the Rogers network according to Rogers. Just every #iphone is broken out of the box. I’d rather hang myself with my lightning cable than be with Rogers.

    Got msg from @RogersHelps to contact them - but, got same message! Wow!! Customer Service is really slipping!! Cannot even buy something now - but, I guess when you are already a customer, they think they have you for life!! See all the sales - good luck getting anything!!

    @BoombasticJC @Rogers Holy **** I don’t even know but I called and talked to another agent and she did the restart and testing on her side and gave me no problems... she found out the problem and sent a service tech the next day.. Katherine must have been having a bad day.. pissed me off anyway

    @Rogers no help or discount during a pandemic when even the hydro companies can help out even a little, Rogers can’t do anything except overcharge people for there services, there needs to be more protections for consumers with the price big companies charge for things like tv
