@Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

@RogersHelps It’s been about sixteen hours without your service working at all — all of Canadian residents are experiencing an outage and it is NOT being fixed quickly, as with my case. Disappointed we pay for a service that stops working entirely, especially for EMERGENCY situations.

@rogers this is not an intermittent disruption - SMS and data have been down completely since at least 1am. Phone occasionally works. Your lack of communication is inexcusable. Please provide regular accurate status updates including estimated time of fix.
