I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

@Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

@RogersHelps I believe @Rogers had taken "slow and steady wins the race" too seriously I have high speed internet plan but rogers is giving 1/10 of the internet speed i'm paying for.

Hey @RogersHelps, our internet and TV have been down since 8:30am. Kids have been their data to hotspot their online school today. Where can I send the bill if they go over their data allotment? We pay very high rates for no service when we need it most.

@RogersHelps @EnochPang That’s a pretty vague statement for service that dropped 7 hours ago. This is wide spread in the GTA based on outage maps. Some insight into issues and service recovery would be appreciated. Thanks
