    @andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully if it's that significant you should set up a fail over connection with a second non Roger's ISP. When is been left up to me decision wise I've always done that though companies don't like to budget for it & often just accept that they'll lose a day every year or so

    @Joyhenderson78 @RogersHelps FYI your home was unprotected during the outage. You should drop Rogers Smart Home Security (which your paying through the nose for) and get Ring

Incompetence is not a good business model. You will not have my business next month, and I will not be paying July’s bill.

    @RogersHelps Things STILL are not functioning properly!! Intermittent service is affecting E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G (incl. things like Google, Play store, Galaxy Store, apps, etc. etc. PLUS it forced use of data and what about those who DON'T have data plan at all (ie: seniors, due to cost!)!😡
