    Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

    @RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

    @drcarl_vancouvr @Rogers The level of “customer service” from the majority of 🇨🇦companies is awful. If a customer’s call was truly important to them they would have more people empowered to solve issues vs a department to retain angry clients. Sorry you’ve had to deal with this & best with a new company.

    @Rogers just wasted 30 mins on chat with technical support about my wifi dropping to be condescended and offer to pay more $$ with no help for my actual problem. Given a phone number for a manager and all circuits are busy!! #notgoodenough

    @RogersHelps The intermittent issues have started again, this is getting to a point where you aren’t leaving me with any choice but to move out. I have been with Rogers for almost 5 years ; the service in the last 3 months has been unbelievably poor, please assist
