Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

@RogersHelps 1.Since Jan. 20th, our tv & internet have been continuously dropping. A tech came out yesterday, and now we have no tv or internet. You credited me $13 for my issues since Friday. This is ridiculous. Your tech said its the outside connector box.

@RogersBiz The worst mobility service I have ever found. I am regretting now that I switched to Rogers from another best and customer valued carrier service. They are freaking charging me extra money for the services I have never used and they charged me extra 160$ for their ****

@startca @Rogers @RogersHelps I can but I don't see the point...I spent the morning on the phone with technical support who told me there is nothing Start can do until tomorrow morning. It was a Rogers technician that disconnected my internet.
