Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

@leerathje @Rogers It doesn't mean coverage will improve in Tofino itself where we actually live. Here Rogers service is still weak. I switched from Rogers after dealing with it when I first moved here.

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps sportsnet now still total garbage, stuttering every 2-3 minutes I already cancelled my subscription but I thought I'd let you know in case you want to help your remaining customers

@RogersHelps @brentjmcd Any live program will pause after a few minutes for a few seconds when I stream the Sportsnet app whether on my iPhone or Android. The same phones have no problem streaming Netflix, etc. I think not enough data is buffered by the Sportsnet app at the start of streaming.

somewhat due to the congestion that @RogersHelps notified me of the other night in relation to the node. So it looks like the fix until the node is split is to buy a second connection to the house. I have a few phone calls to make in the AM but hopefully it gets sorted soon. 3/3
