@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

@rogers again fail to be consistent in pricing - I need to warn people. Internet & Cable currently cost us $149. Some loyalty bonuses are ending & 2 people quoted 171, a 3rd more senior person quoted 176 as final price 1 hour later. Rogers - Clearly not trustworthy -Beware!

@CIK_Telecom worst customer service. Out of internet for two days now. @CIK_Telecom Sent third party @RogersBiz tech who can not solve the problem cause there are some squirrels in the box & whose supervisor is on holiday and then supervisor’s supervisor is on holiday too.

@RogersHelps Rogers is d worst of all networks in Canada. It's outrageous tht whn u come dwn frm 300 Mbps to 75 Mbps, network connectivity is d worst of it's kind. whn u call d customer care, u are put on hold for hours. We just don't have the time to change to some other network.

@Sportsnet650 I don't recall this many issues on a recurring basis with #TSN1040. @Rogers... pump some more bloody money into #SN650 so these problems stop happening.

@RogersHelps I need to reroute a port to a different internal port on my Ignite box thing. Proper, full port forwarding. I'm worried because it seems your box does not support this very common and basic feature of practically all routers ever made. Please advise.

@Rogers @Rogers had to pay $445.21 to avoid a hit on my credit history. None of your agents provided any helpful information and were contradicting each other. have proper processes in place for customers. Never would be using Rogers again and convinced my neighbors to switch as well.
