    Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

    @RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Having issues with your MyRogers App. For the last few months I cannot see my usage information with my cell phones. Tried deleting and reinstalling the MyRogers app. Still happens. Called tech support and they could not help me. Please help :)

    @DominiqueOzelie @RogersHelps @Rogers I had to move my business bc landlord is selling building. Rogers was not available at my new location so I had to switch to bell (over $300 more per month for less service than rogers) and my early termination of my 3 yr contract I ended up settling at a $900 penalty! So pissed

    @Rogers should consider more than just carrying Apple and Samsung ****. There are many other great products out there like Xioami. Talk about a monopoly.
