    Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

    @RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

    @AMGraphix @Rogers Best way to get a deal is to put in a cancel order and then they call you back with an offer. Otherwise you need to repeatedly contact them until they give you a deal. Best way for that is through live chat in the app or Facebook messenger.

    They are scamming retirees like my mother and this is completely unfair! I am demanding an explanation of this ridiculous error and a complete refund. @Rogers is about to lose a +20 years loyal customer because of their idiocy and negligence.

    This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! @Rogers suddenly charged my mother, who is a retiree, 10 times higher than her usual billing cost! They made so many changes that my mother NEVER agree/consent to nor were COMMUNICATED about!
