K. Schmidt (@marlowcam8) reported from Kingsclear, New Brunswick@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps even after raising the complaint & following up with ur team endlessly, I’m forced to pay $160 bill for service which was way unstable & network. I will pay my outstanding bill & port out my number. It seems that Rogers doesn’t care about loyalty & repeat business.
-
Karina (@Rinafong) reported@RogersHelps There was an outage in my area earlier but status says resolved. I tried rebooting but it’s still not back up
-
Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported@RogersHelps Don't be patronizing to me, no it wasn't the end of the day nor was the issue with the chat box exclusive to me. We all know Rogers fired 12000 people and now whatever service is being offered is crap.
-
Kats (@TheNutterDrawer) reported@RogersHelps No I’m not waiting on hold when I’ve waited for 2 hours and both people I spoke to had trouble even verifying the account. One told me they could only speak to the account holder, which I am. But they mispronounced my name and then thought I was a different person.
-
Paul Walsh (@Paul__Walsh) reported@ScammerDefence @TELUS @Rogers That doesn’t actually happen and even if it did, the damage is already done. Threat based security for phishing will never be good enough. It’s time to pivot to zero trust for URLs.
-
Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported@RogersHelps Yes but would like confirmation that the SIM card issue is affecting many. Based on other reports I would say yes.
-
The Toilet Trader 💙 (@SWSniper07) reported@RogersHelps All you do is push people to an online chat bot why don't you actually call me with a human being so we can figure it out sending me to chat bots with zero customer service proves my point in court
-
Arthur Zhou (@Arthur632563042) reported@RogersHelps I am using an iPhone 17 Pro Max. PLS read all my comments and Apple and Reddit posts. The issue with Apple iOS 26.4.2 and carrier version 69.1 is that the hotspot has problems, and devices connected to the hotspot cannot use any DNS.
-
Tracy 🇨🇦 (@TisforTracy) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers I feel sorry for all the fans. It’s like MLSE is purposely trying to fail as spectacularly as they can.
-
Matt DeLuco (@MattDeLuco) reported@Rogers $80 to add an Apple Watch to my plan is beyond unreasonable. Do you incur some cost to add the watch, like some kind of technical licensing to add devices to the network, or are you just gouging customers?
