Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

@RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

@RogersBiz frustrated with customer service. I pre ordered iPhone 13 pro max and received iPhone 13 pro! Customer relations told me to return phone and re order. Total nonsense as I was 16th in line and should’ve have received 13 pro max. now it’s on back order! A total screw up!

Hey @RogersHelps I have purchased NHL Live. For my postal code, the website listed the habs leafs game tonight as available, but it is saying I'm blacked out. It's also blacked out on regular cable TV. These two things can't both be true. Please help me get the game
