    Update: I was told by, lol, Rogershelps, that after 5 days no refunds are possible, regardless of all the issues and buggy connections. I showed an email i sent to snnow 4 days after requesting full refund and cancel. No replies with 2 follow ups until cpl days ago, Refunded!

    @RogersHelps This is unreal. I guess i will just watch it on my phone. Please dm me. I paid for the year and no one replies to support emails about cancelling service. How can it be assumed that all your customers will watch anything LIVE only? Only time it works using Chromecast.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Something of this scale and magnitude should NEVER happen. Restaurants, banks, concerts, airlines, jobs etc. all affected. Whatever “compensation” you come up with will surely be inadequate. I hope regulators punish you severely and smart consumers find other providers.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers This is the second major outage in a year! We are not interest in $5 discount. Alot of small business lost their full daily revenue. You need share the problem, who caused it and what post-mortem measurements (i.e upgrade equipements or a team leader) to gain the TRUST back.

    @Rogers log into my trading account & sell shares before taking a loss 📵 etransfer between my 2 bank accounts for paying bills📵 make calls to any customer service as a back up📵 couldn't do my work from home job either📵 Compensate EACH of us for EACH of these losses...

    @MiriamDorightly @RogersHelps The entire internet isn't down. Just their cellular network. Their corporate offices run on landlines and WiFi networks not cellular networks.

    @RogersHelps I want a $150 credit. $50 for each of the phones I pay for that have been down. I lost a day's work, so nothing less. I have a fourth phone with Bell that is fine and will switch my phones and internet to them if I don't get it.

    @maVAuHaSepAbu21 @RogersHelps @Rogers I've also never heard of any job that requires "LTE" since that's only network data speed. Outages happen and is going to happen they were down 30 hours not 30 days lmao

    @Mark_Johnson75 @pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps Who the hell needs a $1000 smart phone? Mine was $150 and yesterday was my day off where I had the time to go shopping. Plus I also needed to buy gas to get to the store which I couldn't get because of the outage
