    @RogersHelps When will Rogers finally fix the poor quality issue when casting Ignite TV from a browser or the Ignite TV app to a "Chromecast with Google TV device"? It's been an issue for months!

    @RogersHelps Hello, so I ended up calling back again & there was no updates. Not a great first impression for a client coming from a Competitive client of yours. No manager call back. Even though it was documented. Katie whom I spoke to today had to cancel & redo my order just to get a date

    I don’t have the time to argue semantics with their employee who is trained to talk in circles until I give up, but if the @CRTCeng actually wants to help Canadians, they should look into this scam. @Rogers

    @Rogers I preordered my iPhone as soon as they became available and I apparently might not get it on time for this weekends promos? Super frustrating, please help. Can the promos be extended if that’s the case?
