    @RogersHelps Some customers is the understatement of the year. There does need to be better notification of issues. And active ETA for restoration of service. I'd rather be pissed upfront saying all morning update at noon vs checking every 15-20 mins

    @RogersHelps In moments like these I regret getting rid of the old landline. And why not post something on your website? Why make customers hunt for info? I mean when you use the outage tool on your site it says there is no issue. What a joke.

    @Rogers @anis_farooqui .. our @RogersHelps account only JUST acknowledged there was an issue publicly in the last 1/2 hour, while this main account still has not, 7+ hours into this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and might provide semi-regular updates.
