When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

@Rogers Do u encourage customer support associates to chat with multiple customers simultaneously? When response to my simple questions on chat was delayed I inquired. The associate replied saying that she was working on another customer’s query.

@RogersHelps Sorry but dm messages don’t do anything other than cover up your incompetence. I’m now 12 hours into a simple changeover. Now I’m returning older boxes they said would work, lying to me for your profit. @Rogers needs new leadership in customer service.

@RogersHelps Why? What would you be able to do that others you control can’t? Nov 12 =67 min. on phone; 13th=45 min.;14th=27min.; 15th=2 min. and still waiting for 90 min. for callback! Over 140 minutes on phone and hold with ZERO progress. That’s how bad @Rogers really is. #ZeroHelp
