    @BKerdman Had a lengthy DM chat with @Rogers that evening about compensation. They insisted that as much as they wanted to help they could not. I responded that i was very disappointed and if they really wanted to help they would. A token $30-40 would have been nice but they don't care.

    @RogersHelps so if we go over data by 0.001 GB we get charged for a whole GB. You make customers loose full day of service and we get a measly $2 credit what a joke

    @RogersHelps A credit on 1 days worth of service does not equate to the loss revenue due to the outtage. Not acceptable

    @RogersHelps Okay, so what are you doing for all the hospital workers who rely on your network for communication? How are you going to credit those patients that didnt get the full quality of care because MLA’s and specialists who use the rogers network ?

    @RogersHelps Am I correct to assume the credit looks after our entire account. There are 3 of us on our Rogers plan. Account is in my wife’s name (Nancy Mungar) & our daughter (Peyton) is also on the plan for a total of three phones - which were all not working on Monday 20th. Please clarify.
