@mortalkombatski @Rogers 1) it’s an essential service. Being unable to make phone calls could directly impact my hypothetical business. 2) my internet has been shite for 8 months with no resolution. So I’m full in on this beef.

So, @RogersHelps, I expect to see a credit on my account for this full day outage for all three numbers on my account. I shouldn't have to pay for your screw-up.

@CBCAlerts “Canada-Wide” JOKE! They only offer service to only a small portion of Newfoundland and Labrador. @rogers is not a viable option for wireless if you want to use your cell phone off the Avalon peninsula.

@RogersHelps It was not an intermittent issue. Coming from CTO, this is very disappointing.

@CP24 @Rogers @Fidomobile This absolutely a pile of crap; this “professionals” forgot the simplest of all software network/maintenance. Use a test sever and a few local units before implementing it to the whole network. Will you consider the financial implant small businesses will have

@FrontRowBrad @komgryphkru @RogersHelps I am sorry .. I lived in 3 countries before coming to canada. I paid not even 10% of what I am paying here and have never gone through an outage like this. Infact i never had an outage on wireless out of canada ever. This is just rediculus !!!

@AboutRogers @Rogers Stop stressing the word "intermittent" repeatedly in your public statements on this outage. My phone and everyone I know had their phones stop working completely the entire day.

@RogersHelps @Rogers So, am I getting a credit for being without service the entire day and not being able to do my job as I work from home? I literally had to take my entire day tech, and therefore lost $300 from my paycheque. So are you guys replacing that, or?
