    Wow been a @Rogers customer for close to 15yrs and I have never gotten any kind of loyalty deal…until now! 😒one day off, IF I travel somewhere during that time.

    HELP! I've now been on simultaneous phone (90 mins) and Live Chat (30 mins) hold with @Rogers, trying to order 2 Ignite TV boxes...been trying for a week (daily calls and live chats with indefinite hold). Truly bordering on the absurd. Why am I still with @Rogers again?!

    @Rogers I’m APPALLED at the back and forth on trying to get an issue straightened out with my senior parents’ account. Meanwhile, they are being overcharged every month. Apparently it’s too much to ask to be transferred to the “Bulk department”.

    @Rogers I have moved from British Columbia (BC) to Ontario. Still on my bill I am charged taxes for BC. I called in twice and requested to speak to management team but call is kept on hold without any response. Very poor customer service experience. Not expected this from Rogers.

    Just to let you know how my Saturday is going: @RogersHelps came to install internet; their tech said it can’t be done and I should go with @Bell_Support instead. So now I’ve been on hold for 2 hours trying to cancel the account that I never got to use. Um, how is this legal?
