    @Rogers Ya your company doesn't put your customers first. You claim to care but when offering a credit will turn around and make some payment up and add it to the customers bill and say it was to adjust why we gave you a credit. Worst customer service and company.

    @RogersHelps No internet at my house from Friday night and Rogers staff is meep telling me “BACK OFFICE IS WORKING ON IT” its been 48 hours, a tech company can’t solve an issue, it must be a joke…. Right…,

    @RogersHelps @marlowcam8 Can you guys look into it anyway? Even though you lost a customer? Audio constantly cuts out, it will randomly kick you out of the app and stop the stream. Happens every single game. Last year too.

    @RogersHelps it’s not enough that you record my calls and have a permanent record of my voice (as if some imposter is going to phone in to fix my cable). I was shocked that the tech asked me to do a video call in my home. CREEPY and unnecessary
