@RogersHelps I went through a string of being on chat support for hours every week, I know what to do. Apparently I have to reset all my network connections (cell, wifi) every time I miss a call to see if I get a voicemail. Absolute garbage.

@rogers internet isn't working for 4 hours for 3rd straight day. Now one of the agents will take a look at my account and will tell me that there's a ticket open for the issue and we'll let you know the outcome of the investigation. What should I do in-between because you'll
