@RogersHelps now says they can't fit us in today despite that it was their fault. I'm wondering if those Bell commercials are accurate about them coming to fix problems the same day.... Just sayin

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps I agree. You should hold Teksavvy accountable for your loss, they are your service provider. Let them duke it out with Rogers. They have a service agreement with them so let them figure it out, it’s not your fault.

@RogersHelps I got a worst response from your customer service. Because of this outage I have to use my cellular data for work and you guys are going to compensate one day credit based on my home internet bill. I am planning to switch to Bell after being with you for 12 yrs.

@dwancherry @RogersHelps 4 hours yesterday trying to reverse what Rogers did to my 90 year old FIL. He wanted his bill reduced so they sent him Ignite pkg. We go down, doesn’t hook to his hearing aids, his streamer or his phone and if he loses power , no phone. Criminal

@AndreCleroux @JimJohannsson @RogersHelps Andre, my issue is with your third party provider (rogers) Teksavvy is treating me the way I wish the big three would. They are charging prices that people around the world ask why? The excuse will fly, in the end are all a PR job to justify billions in profits and tax breaks

@AndreCleroux @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps You’re intentionally confusing your customer’s about who is responsible for their service and pricing. You know the CRTC held wholesale rates at 2016 levels yet launched a campaign to scare folks into thinking their prices are going up. That’s just a bit dishonest, no?
