    Wow been a @Rogers customer for close to 15yrs and I have never gotten any kind of loyalty deal…until now! 😒one day off, IF I travel somewhere during that time.

    @RogersHelps Not on the West mountain, my parents are seniors and rely on the phone for reaching out, living independently except living in the stone ages. If anything happens while you take your time fixing the problem. I see that you have no problem taking the customers money.

    @RogersHelps ETA was changed from 2 AM from 12. It’s now after 6 AM..and nothing. Outage is now going on 32 hours.

    @RogersHelps Thank you for your reply even if you couldn’t do anything. I know it’s not your fault. I’m just very frustrated with my experience over the last 3 years with Rogers epically for being a loyal customer.

    @RogersHelps No TV no WiFi but there is land line. What's going on? It's getting worse than better. This is the second day. Why not change the modem. Maybe it will fix the problem. Remember I'm using my data.

    @MikeEll07502084 @RogersHelps I just switched from Bell to Rogers on Monday and never for once did my connection go off. My condo just got a deal with Rogers to provide TV & WiFi all included in the condo fees😭 So I am here thinking if I should just keep my Bell and just forget about the condo plan 🥲

    @RogersHelps On the weekends is the worst time. People work during the week and seem to care less then. Not to mention the iPhone preorders you don’t see Bell advertising and not having a functioning site.

    @RogersHelps @LishTeach Any idea when internet will be restored. I am not a Rogers customer but my internet provider uses your fibre. And getting tired of the outages by Rogers. The 9nly thing worse than being a Roger's customer is not being a Roger's customer

    @Lorrainechecha1 @RogersHelps Bolton also still down since 4pm yesterday, this is ridiculous this service has been up and down since the major outage. What are we paying for ? My security cameras also don't work because of this
