    Wow been a @Rogers customer for close to 15yrs and I have never gotten any kind of loyalty deal…until now! 😒one day off, IF I travel somewhere during that time.

    @FarmsCanada @Rogers We’re lucky - the service came back yesterday, including our landline (which is hooked to the modem). I was told that we’d get an SMS when the service would be back - we never did… found out internet was back randomly, when looking at the light on modem Poor comms from Rogers

    @RogersHelps Merivale is a pretty big outage . I live in Craig Henry . We have power but no internet and cable which is frustrating but I have power . if Power is restored to Merivale , will we have cable . We are in the Craig Henry Knoxdale area . It's great to say working on it

    Rogers outage: @RogersHelps' decision to not communicate is the wrong choice. They may think that by leaving Ottawa Hydro to do all the communicating, that Ottawa Hydro will take all the heat. Wrong. @Rogers, how many customers restored? How are you progressing? Talk to us.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps everyone on my street in Ottawa who are Bell customers have wifi, it is only those of us with Rogers who have no service. Explain? Update?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hi, why I cannot makes outgoing calls outside Toronto? Everytime I dial a number outside Toronto it says call failed same with 1-800 number. What seems to be the problem

    @CRTCeng my internet drops, slows down insanely and is absolutely some of the most expensive in the world. Can you please explain to me why your business model is "protect @Rogers and @Bell from competition and force Canadians to settle for subpar services at high cost" ?

    @AreSea3PO @RogersHelps In Brooklin as well and internet connection just went down for the 2nd time today. This actually started occurring before the power outage and every Rogers customer on our street is having issues. Bell/TeleMAX keeps coming around asking if I want to switch…sounds tempting now.
