@RogersHelps hello. Is there an outage in Woodstock Ontario
@RogersHelps no internet in L4W area of mississauga. What's the issue and when will this be resolved?
@Rogers You guys have the worst internet-wifi and I’m tired of calling to get it fixed, and I’m in a contract 🙄😩
@michaelsecom @RogersHelps Mine worked, but generally speaking rogers is garbage. Poor service terrible customer service.
Got another Q, @RogersHelps : No longer receiving CNBC - U.S. programming. Switched to the “World” broadcast sometime between Friday & Monday. Did a carriage agreement expire/change? Just curious. Thanks. (In Ottawa. Ignite customer. Up earlier than most.)
@Rogers NO. Let’s Rephrase - due to Content rights Rogers viewers will see CNBC world. Why didn’t Rogers advise viewers that we would miss 2 weeks? Spoke to Customer service live and chat- both lying about DDOS. #RogersCNBC
@Rogers @Rogers says No CNBC live no Shepard Smith. No notice to viewers just another Rogers customer disservice to their loyal client base. #rogersCNBC
@Rogers Clearly the No1, with no service in the last 24 hours and no ETA of service being restored, so done with @Rogers !!!!
CNBC live has been down for two days @Rogers responded to @FrankSirianni that it is down for duration of the Olympics because of content rights. True or False? #RogersCNBC
So I am now on board with the #FireIanScott movement. The #CRTC's official reply to my complaint is that they do not care and they are allowing @Rogers to do whatever they want. Ian Scott NEEDS TO GO!
