    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

    @RogersHelps why is HSPA totally useless now? My phone frequently drops to HSPA and data service is basically unuseable. Happens on all my devices.

    @RogersHelps I used to do that a lot, but ALWAYS got the templated response that you guys looked into it and there is no issue. Totally useless.

    I ******* hate @Rogers. Only company that somehow fails at building a system to disarm an alarm system. This is literally the worst designed process and they spent 13¢ on a app that barely works.
