@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

@Enercare Your website is one of the worst I have encountered. Congratulations! @Rogers now has stiff competition. Cannot log in, then reset password twice and it says "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again." Over and over again.

@RogersHelps I finally got hold of an ignite person. What I would like you to do is send a memo to whomever does your website to adjust it. If an ignite customer asks to chat, it should be an ignite rep they get first... why on earth would I need to speak to a legacy rep first?

@RogersHelps @BetterBe_LEAFIt 100% unacceptable. We pay $180/year to watch our favorite team. Nobody in you blackout region cares about the US or western teams. We all watch TOR, MTL, OTT. The past 4 years I have paid for this service and watched every TOR game. What are you trying to pull this year?
