    @allkindsXO @RogersHelps Yes. I finally gave up last night after the chat system booted me out when I was 3 in the queue. Woke up this morning still not fixed. So 12 hours and not a hope in hell getting help from Rogers.

    @RogersHelps I’ve tried resolving this through support multiple times but was refused a refund. I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

    @RogersHelps On march 7th i called in and changed my plan however rogers failed to push it through. After over a month and several call everything got settled, the bill for every service i have should be 266 after tax. The bill I received was 330. This is completely unacceptable

    @RogersHelps I understand that and I did try all of this while I was travelling. What I’m asking is that it’s not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.

    @RogersHelps No you've done it all year. Every single truck race is on TV 24hrs late. Its your job to connect with them and fix it

    @RogersHelps I was all night. It was still on SOS this morning but after a restart it finally connected. I have data and calling functions restored. Not sure why it wouldn’t connect last night even thought repeatedly going through the suggested trouble shooting from the AI chatbot.

    Hey @Rogers. Been a customer for a week and already regretting it. How does one speak to someone who can help me? You either can't transfer my call, I wait an hour, or you hang up on me.

    @BrianReid597401 @Rogers Sorry Brian you really don’t. Matthews decides wear he wants to go and he won’t pick a bad team so that team is a playoff team 100% guaranteed therefore you are getting a late pick.Rielly isn’t worth a first round pick but he should still go.
