    @RogersHelps Service was never out I didn’t receive one of the cable boxes also the technician didn’t want to work to install the internet modem in the living room said he can’t do it really disappointing lost money and time

    .@RogersHelps @rogerstv WHY are you troubleshooting a signal issue in Ajax North during the day when people are working from home. Have had my internet go down about 4 times already this morning. @mayor_collier pls let Rogers know to notify us before this type of work. So Basic!

    @Rogers still no service... Almost 8 hours. So much work lost and so little reliability on their service. 3rd time in the last 3 weeks. Increased prices, reduced services. Maybe time to leave for lower price somewhere else. Such a rip off!

    @RogersHelps Just got HUNG Up on by support after an hour on the phone with support because I literally only signed up because I got an instagram online exclusive for Disney+ for 6 months and now magically it doesn’t exist and my plan is ineligible?!? 😡😡

    @RogersHelps was without power for two weeks, called Rogers for a credit, thought it would be fast and easy..NOT! Why? I know I am not the only one, pay my bills on time, Dear Rogers shame on you, a loyal good paying customer..not impressed with process.
