@d2thethomas @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Ha! Been there, done that. The store staff will tell you they can’t help you and hand you their phone to use to call the call centre

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers And they try to sell you more **** too. Same with Bell

@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Due to the poor performance of Canada it's very difficult to be 100% Canadian and be competitive. The over regulation and Government tax system the only way to survive never mind being profitable you need outside help. Our own PM doesn't invest in Canada. How can any one else?

  • MikeDelpieroX
    Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported

@Grok Instead of spending $500 million on a contract with Vladimir Guerrero Jr., how many additional call centre agents could @Rogers have hired to help reduce customer service backlogs and improve response times—both annually and over the full duration of the contract?

  • CognizantBeing
    ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I guess we've lowered our standards for good customer service after waiting the length of time you did. That's unacceptable.

@RogersHelps I have requested to be contacted to resolve an issue by email, but you are continuing to try calling a number that is no longer in service. How can I talk to a human without being able to call from a Rogers SIM? Chat is unable to resolve.

@OILanatude @Rogers @telusmobility Yes. And I literally just got a lower-priced deal from them 6 months ago because I was threatening to leave to go to Telus after a series of issues with Rogers that saw me file a complaint with the CCTS. $5 increase 6 months later.

  • Airwave_1_
    Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported

@ChelseaBeach @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Acquiring Shaw put Rogers $26B in debt. To cut costs, they quietly scrapped their "100% Canadian" PR pledge, cut domestic support contracts, and pushed call center roles right back overseas to offshore vendors. PR promises don't survive a $26B debt load.

@JustMeJamie64 @HappyCanadian55 @Rogers And people are like "We should never let verizon into Canada! It'll kill Canadian jobs!"
