    @RogersHelps Cell service not working again, was on for a bit, now not. Text not working. Can't call or text anyone. Fix it. Seniors shouldn't be without connection. All day. Ridiculous

    @RogersHelps Ok I did not realize the severity of the outage. My cell phone has been down all day so far but that was manageable. What is not possible is dispatching a fleet of 40+ trucks without radios or gps due to the outage. I am working blind

    @RogersHelps This is a drastic understatement. 6 hours since this was posted and no updates. Proves how insignificant customer communication is. This has made it so i can't work at all simply because i can't receive a phone call or text to complete dual authentication for work. What a joke
