    Day 3 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

    @Rogers I'm okay keeping this in the public eye, can't imagine why you're not. I spoke to a call centre in Moncton this AM, was advised a same day service call was likely as we reside in mid-town Toronto. Was also told an area problem didn't exist. Lucky us! Alas nobody has shown.

    @RogersHelps no one called me back for an update with my escalation. They promised 5-7 business days.. its almost 3 wks.. customer care is not true to their promises! This is upsetting.
