    @RogersHelps at this point i am being forced to switched. i dont know what else i can do. i work from home and having such a spotty connection is effecting my work. and being forced to wait this long is unacceptable. this is proof we need way more competition in canada for better service

    @Rogers your customer support is so awful. I’d rather not have a phone at all than have to continually deal with calling into your horrendous call centre. I’m getting a hard time trying to UPGRADE my phone at the end of my contract.

    @Rogers They tell me they cannot remove my e-mail from third-party accounts because they would have to get the fraudsters' permission. In what world is that right? I think I'm going to do a #privacy complaint and a #CASL complaint since they are refusing to remove my #data

    @RogersHelps I have been on a customer service call to move between business grade to residential customer for more than 2 hrs now. I am practically listening to your music for two hours. The customer service has been kicking me around from one to another for the last two hours.

    just found out that even if you are a long term customer with @Rogers @RogersHelps you will only get new customer offers on phones and they won't help. Thanks yall. Great customer service. Time to get the exact same offers from another company with better customer service
