@RogersHelps thanks for sending me my monthly bill. #stillwaiting in the supposed #discoubt you said would be automatically applied after your error shuttered our economy and left millions without access to emergency services.

  • tjconnorstweets
TJ Connors (@tjconnorstweets) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

Is your service down in Winnipeg, @RogersHelps? Or is this just because my perfectly good phone is due to be renwed in a couple weeks....?

  • producersuzan
Suzan Goritz Tétrault (@producersuzan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@Rogers @RogersHelps I’m really wanting those AirPods Pro. But what’s the deal that I can’t order online? I can’t go into a store right now. And I’m on chat and they can’t help me.

  • GaiaResearchMB
Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@soilecologyUMan @Bell_MTS @Rogers When communication with employees depends on cell service it's frustrating. We pay much more than other jurisdictions for lesser service. At least it's the weekend now!

Bill Regan (@williamuregan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @chatrmobile don't tell me to call or email customer service I've already sent in a request , 68 years old & seniors should know what's it like at your companies, don't pick up sticks at me for your 48 hours & zero balance bs

Hi @RogersHelps - I had to add a couple of data packages last month but want to ensure they are cancelled. Self service text messages said I needed to contact you. Help!

  • stuart_walter

Don’t you love it when “customer service” reps argue with you? Thanks, @RogersHelps. Not only did you waste my evening but you’re doing nothing to try and help.

  • WillyBWilliams3
WillyB (@WillyBWilliams3) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@Rogers correct me if I'm wrong but did you say a discount would be automatically applied to my bill? #stillwaiting But I'll do you one better and not pay while you continue to make up excuses for the outages that shuttered our economy & left millions without emergency services

  • gfliverpool9966

@RogersHelps Your customer service to make a down payment on my phone is the worst experience I have ever seen. Talk about misdirection and misinformation. 3 Rogers places and getting major runaround.

@RogersHelps Thanks - no service interruptions but down to E in south part of Winnipeg. I’ve noticed this before - a few hours of E/3G before working back up to LTE.

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • love2read78
    aimeeL (@love2read78) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I called the customers service for my local paper and it was answered in the Philippines. Every company that has actual humans answering calls, gets directed to a foreign country. Otherwise you get a computer.

  • geoffreyfalk
    Geoffrey Trueman Falk (@geoffreyfalk) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers CRTC is a total "Old Boys' Club," controlled by ex-telecom industry executives. They are there to help their buddies and their stock portfolios, not consumers. That is why Canadians pay 3-4x more for cell phone and Internet service than consumers in the US.

  • Sky__16__
    Ds (@Sky__16__) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.

  • ColtraneB37457
    ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?

  • trishmilley
    Trish M (@trishmilley) reported

I PAY FOR ROGERS PHONE AND INTERNET AND I WANT HELP. I DONT WANT TO WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR 1.45 HRS. WHERE ARE YOU @ROGERSHELPS @RogersHelps

  • NotElonEither
    GrumpyOldMan (@NotElonEither) reported

@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?

  • 1fallandallf1
    Everyman/woman (@1fallandallf1) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.

  • RKBalsara
    R K Balsara (@RKBalsara) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Some of the best technical support folks in the world today are from India. Check out Zoho support or Microsoft 365 support. Try Bell or Rogers, they are a nightmare.

  • chester43998848
    Breeze (@chester43998848) reported

@Ady_Co @RogersHelps Forget Roger's, they're useless. I have Starlink here in Windsor. I can take it anywhere! It's never been down. More expensive, but you get what you paid for!

  • DennisWelsh
    Dennis Welsh (@DennisWelsh) reported

We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!
