    @RogersHelps Well just so you know, you are failing at that. You can't empower us if we can't even get a signal. Phone service in rural Manitoba is getting worse. You are providing us with less, and charging more for it.

    @RogersHelps They haven't got back to me yet. I've been googling and it seems to be a common issue, with most people returning the handset for a new one without the issue. But I'd hate to have to setup my phone again...

    @rogers thanks for not changing my plan when I told you to, instead you charge me an extra $200 because my phone did an update over night and caused it to go over on data. Maybe hire people who actually understand English in your customer service.
