    @Rogers what kind of company makes you wait for a half an hour to speak to a supervisor? Also what kind of sales tactics do you use? I was told u was getting a tablet at no cost to me and then get a 360 dollar charge on my next bill. Clearly its lie to the customer to get a sale

    @Rogers why do we pay so much for a service that never works anymore! Internet went out earlier in the morning around 6:30-7 am and still we have no service yet this happens about 4 - 5 times a week for several hours at a time.

    @RogersHelps I'm kinda tired of trouble shooting. Here's the jist of it. Churchill Meadows area in Mississauga. At least once a week internet goes down. Look at all the records of techs having to come to this area. The techs joke about how many calls they have to do in this area.

    So others in @CityBrampton are aware. The internet lines for @Rogers are over capacity and will not be addressed until September. Such quality service you provide, the node is at 86% percent capacity and it doesn’t get fixed for 9 months. You were notified of this in January.
