    @RogersHelps @Rogers I have an issue that can’t be resolved online or by an AI assistant. I need to talk to a human. I’ve called five times and every time I’m given a message that due to “extremely high call volumes” you are unable to take my call. What am I supposed to do here?

    @RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers After Rogers Home phone got bought out and gutted by Primus I left them. The writing was on the wall as they couldn't compete on coverage with Telus in BC and their prices kept increasing for mediocre service.
