    Unbelievable! @Rogers I’ve been on hold for 1 HOUR 20 minutes. Closed concurrent chat after 30 minutes!!! Is anyone working in customer service @RogersHelps ? Should I hang up and just take #Bell’s deal? My cell is running out of battery. What a waste of time!

    @Rogers how are you going make me wait 1.5 hours to answer my call only to transfer me again and make we wait on hold for over another hour. Just to cancel a service that you can't even give me!

    @RogersHelps is there any Rogers interruption in the area of Sheppard and Meadowvale in Scarborough? Since 7:15-7:30 pm today January 9 2023 no service in my area. As usual with Rogers lately.

    @Rogers I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for home monitoring, but there’s been a wait of 3 hrs every day… Online chat option always keeps me waiting for days … there is no other way to get in touch with you guys to resolve issue with my bill…

    @RogersHelps Three times a day, for three days, I have called just to be left on hold for an hour and a half, and still no answer - I'm moving out of the country and I need to cancel my service, really not sure what to do since I can only cancel through calling

    If I was wanting to become a new @rogers customer, would I be getting faster response from @RogersHelps ? I’ve been a loyal customer for 43 YEARS!!! This might be changing very soon.
