@RogersHelps My call was dropped, I was transferred to 5 different departments, was told multiple times that this was a customer care issue, told to pay the full amount again, and now, I swear, I will get legal aid to take Rogers to small claims. No one knows where my 654$ went.

@RogersHelps The dude won't listen and barely acknowledges anything. It's a house both basement and main floor (separate accounts) are experiencing the same terrible internet service. It likely won't help since he is only changing lines for downstairs

@Rogers been with the company for 16 years. Have held up 3 wireless devices until recently and recently the iPhone 13 on account has no network access most times. Sometimes only phone calls. 2 phones and 2 Simcards later nothing. What's going on??

@RogersHelps No one can tell me why I was told one thing, and then another. Like, this is why people hate big phone companies, you guys are so disconnected from the general public. Like, one of the agents had his mic beside a fan, I had to hang up and find another one.
