    @RogersHelps #RogersDoesntHelp I called again and there is a service interruption in my area. I was told to keep my contact info up to date so I could be updated. My cell is with YOU. You have NEVER advised me of an outage. You advise me service is restored 24 hours LATER.

    @HotPopples @RogersHelps it sounds like the entire west end of Toronto is down. You can only imagine the volume of messages they're getting right now. Generally they only have a few people checking. They're doing their best right now. Remember too that they are not the ones who caused the issue too
