As a @Rogers customer, all the information I’ve found out about the outage and future compensation has been through social media and news reports. Haven’t gotten any direct communication via email or text. @RogersHelps

Yeah @Rogers … just got your stupid email. Stop harassing us and just discount us $20 on our bills. We couldn’t dial 9-1-1… you said it yourself. You can’t be trusted. That’s the only way to start earning it back.

@Rogers @RogersHelps how's the compensation going to work? I just got my bill for August with no adjustments to it. I have two phones and internet. The phones without service for 2 days and internet for more. Am I getting a credit for each service or just a blanket credit?

@Bob_Allan1 @AboutRogers @Rogers I had Rogers Legacy, went to Ignite and back to Legacy in 15 days. Having Bell home Phone on their legacy LAN allows you phone to work even in an electrical outage.👍 The legacy doesn't allow home phone to work in an outage at all. WIFI runs the home phone on Ignite. 👎
