I feel bad for customer facing staff at @Rogers, @RogersHelps.. It's not their fault that their employer screwed up. But they all have to face the wrath of nasty customers. Folks, try to be kind to these workers, they had nothing to do with the Rogers failure yesterday.

@Rogers I can only suggest one thing that might restore a little faith. ANY AND ALL data overage charges should be waived for EVERY Rogers customer for the entire month of July. The fact people are even receiving Data Usage Alerts today is a real kick in the teeth. #FixThis

Can @Bell please focus more on the people up north? I'm with them for phone service and it sucks. Please bring more up to the Northern part of the GTA. @Rogers goes down atleast once a month.

@RogersHelps I understand things happen but the way this was handled was pathetic. How does such a large organization not know the basics of good customer service? I suppose it's the result of a oligopoly here in Canada. Customer service just not a priority.
