    @Rogers I don’t care how many support calls you get… there is no excuse for this long of a call queue. Hire someone to pickup the phone #rogers #customersupport #switchtobell It’s like you know I’m calling to cancel… I was about to come back to Rogers… Yes - I’m still on hold. Even the live chat agent handed me off to the same call queue.

    @Rogers what happened to your customer service? 20 year customer here and I cant reach anyone for help, you hang up saying youre busy and every chat disconnects. How am I supposed to get help? Ombudsman info please

    jfc, Trying to use KooDoo, which wasn't bad before I went over to @rogers. KooDoo just tried to use my date of birth. I never gave them that. Without my consent, they just plucked it off my Driver's Licence. Look like I'm going to be without a phone. Canada!

    @Rogers It will eventually go back to normal on its own but it'll be down the whole day. And this happens weekly. Sometimes more than once. Been doing this for about a year now. I went with them because I got a good deal but I can see why they charge less. Their service is awful.

    @GunGnome @resolutepest @Rogers Same in Ontario with Bell. 5 bars of LTE or 5G and not reception or internet. No service middle of town and even within sight of a cell tower. Not all the time but alot of the time

    Did you know that your calls get cut with @Rogers support when they go over 5 hours long? Going on 9 hours with @Rogers support over the last 2 days.

    @RogersHelps I didn’t have 4 hours to wait on hold- and no one showed up last time they were scheduled to the power was out to our home- and the wifi wasn’t working - it didn’t even appear as network so I was back to using my cell data… the power was restored, internet eventually reset
