๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ (@BradenScheck) reported@RogersHelps Yes, I was using the app and only got error messages. I got the modem set up finally after nearly 3hrs, 1hr hold yesterday, and multiple days trying. Your support member was amazing though once I got through. I spend a lot on your services, hire more people.

D Crocker (@denncrocker) reported@RogersHelps Telling a customer one thing and then adding to the cost of a bill is not a good business practice. A long time customer that you are willing to lose may work for you but if doesn't work for me

HockeyBusiness (@HockeyBusiness) reportedRemember when Rogers offered buyouts to half their staff? Well, now, when Rogers customers call in to speak to support, you now get AI ASSISTANTS! Not even live agents! If it was an hour of frustration on the phone before, it's 10 times worse! UNACCEPTABLE! @Rogers

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

Ryan (@metalmex21) reported@RogersHelps having tons of issues with the Jays Winning Innings. I have been a customer for 30 years. This is frustrating.
-
Free & Fair (@CanadaMate) reported@RogersHelps Even the regular CX service reps deal in a much better way than this call from OOP Never thought in my wildest dream such a poor service from OOP Terrible !!

Lt (Retired LAPD) Frank Columbo ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐จ๐ฆ (@jsam10983741) reported@RhonaRaskin @RogersHelps @Shawhelp I feel your pain. Iโve had cell issues for some time. Itโs not my phone but Rogerโs. Text messages are delayed and/or I donโt receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

Dan (@DanMac2014) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Iโm with @Rogers, great service but all Canadian phone companies are just too expensive- yup, Canadians are definitely getting ripped off in comparison
