@RogersHelps I signed up to receive a notification when internet was restored, but it says it will only notify me during business hours. Why would an automated notification only happen during business hours? Will they stop trying to fix my internet at the end of the work day?

@RogersHelps Making your customers hold for up to an hour at ANY GIVEN TIME to speak with Customer Service. It’s going to be another hour to report my case is not resolved and needs to be reopened. DO BETTER LIKE YOU COMMITTED TO!!

@Rogers wtf is going on with the internet ?!?Been out since yesterday evening and all day today??? This is ridiculous, I've never seen a company have more outages than rogers and Canada pays an arm and a leg compared to other countries around the world when it comes to internet

@Rogers @RogersHelps My MIL with Alzheimers who relies on calling her family for help 30x a day has been without a landline since Thursday morning. Earliest service call was for Saturday 2pm to 4pm and then it was cancelled. Hmmm @Bell was on my UNPLOWED street on a call.
