@Rogers @RogersHelps >1 hour spent on the phone, 75% of it hold time. 3 reps and none willing to help other than opening a ticket. This equipment was returned and I informed Rogers of that over a month ago, told not to worry, yet now I’m sitting here with a much higher bill!

@Rogers @RogersHelps FYI, keeping customers happy is a good way to retain those customers. This customer is definitely not happy and will be cancelling all services this week if it is not resolved and the charges reversed immediately, not on my next bill.

@RogersHelps Tv and internet service cutting out every 5-10 seconds... again. Never had as consistent problems with any other service provider. I'm just curious if the money being saved on horrendous infrastructure is worth the potential customer loss.
