@Calgaryman1 @Rogers Hahaha I'm definitely considering it. The customer service today was awful.

@Mayathabee @RogersHelps Sit on hold for an hour. That’s @Rogers “customer service”

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers called me earlier today, I’m an ex customer. It was an Indian guy. He said he’d like to offer me half of what I was paying for my cellphone bill then asked me how much I paid. I replied,no, I don’t care and don’t call me back. 😒

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Never talked to any in Africa before but many other countries. I don't think there's any that aren't overseas anymore. Even many banks

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They all have their call center agents out of the country to save money but I wonder how much they save when customers leave because of the bad experience

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers It’s the same reason fast food is all Indians miss. It’s because the customer base is terrible, the money vs with what you have to deal with isn’t worth it, no kid wants to do deal with that. The government brings in foreigners who are living in **** holes

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Funny, I asked that question 8 weeks ago and got roasted for it. We have a job shortage in Canada, but Rogers has customer service all over the world and not here. Hmmmm.

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays One bad season isn’t a career … too much pressure all on him after trading away too much last season. He’ll be better next year.

@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays I don't think he intended to be so bad at the plate. His defence has been impeccable. Can't take that away from him.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.
