You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.

    @RogersHelps It doesn't matter what the issue is. It's an embarrassment that you would EVER have a customer or potential customer wait on hold longer than 10 minutes. That is a corporate choice.

    @RogersHelps is there anyway to get help? Called the store and can’t help set up tv and home phone… telephone to Roger’s has hung up on us because they are too busy for 5 days straight.. how can this be this hard?
