@RogersHelps Thank you. Re link & portal this is a sign-in & authorizing an app. REALLY BAD. Last thing anyone needs is another app: -that doesn't work unless it is give full control & permissions into your system; & -this 'smells' you are hiding. What's your the cut of personal data sale?

Hey @Rogers - you might consider looking into fixing the bug in your @Sportsnet app for Smart TVs that shuts the app down every time the program changes. (i.e. when @hockeynight starts at 6:30 PM EST, it shuts down and I have to restart the app) #Annoying #Rogers 🙄😤😠

@Rogers our condo was told we had to convert to IGNITE wireless and now the whole building is unable to enjoy tv! #ignitetv sucks and your support team is useless. Great way to start the year….NOT!

Steer clear of @RogersHelps #ignite internet, bc u won’t be able to watch out an entire Netflix series, seamlessly wfh w/out hotspotting ur phone or enjoy a weekend bc they have to send technicians who spend hours only for them to send another on Sunday bc it still doesnt work

Hey @RogersHelps my internet is down again. I tried calling technical support and the response I got was they can’t look at my account at the moment due to maintenance and I should call back in about 4 hours. Your reliability and customer service has done nothing but go downhill.
