    @Rogers @Rogers your customer service is poor. I have been calling for a few days, with the same response, that you are overwhelmed with calls….I went into the kiosk. They gave me a different number to call. They said the couldn’t help me. Very frustrating overwhelming.😮‍💨

    @RogersHelps Hi, we’ve been without Wi-Fi since this morning, and it has now been several hours without service. Could you please confirm the current status of the outage in my area and provide an estimated time for when service will be restored? Davenport and Dufferin area

    @RogersHelps I've been on the phone almost 2 hours. Your service is absolutely terrible. This is unacceptable! You treat your customers like crap! I was calling with a question, but now I'm waiting on the phone so that I can cancel my service!

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Funny, I asked that question 8 weeks ago and got roasted for it. We have a job shortage in Canada, but Rogers has customer service all over the world and not here. Hmmmm.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!
