Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.

And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?

Graham Haigh (@GrahamHaigh) reported@RogersHelps Oh thank goodness. Iโm a Rogers/Shaw internet customer. Was on the phone with a rep about a month ago. Weโd agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.
