Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

@RogersHelps @Rogers My internet was down the whole morning and I was traveling. It's still down. Even the network is off. I couldn't connect with my family overseas because of the mobile internet being down. I connect with them through whatsapp and it was an emergency.
