  @AboutRogers @Rogers The cookie-cutter apologies are nice but are you going to compensate all of us for yesterday? And not just 1/30th of a month's service, but actually compensate us for a lost business/personal/etc day which has far deeper impact than the $4 credit or whatever you're considering?

  @AboutRogers @Rogers You should compensate the entire month's wireless charges for all of your customers. The speed with which Rogers dealt with this yesterday as well as their lack of communication and blaming other companies was incredibly poor. @RogersHelps

  @RogersHelps another day another outage this time internet. I think this is it for us customers for 20 years time to change kids can’t do school we can’t work for a second day and no compensation #failure
