Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

Sam Glass 👨🍳🇨🇦 (@ChefSamGlass) reportedHey @Rogers @RogersHelps I've sent you a DM and am still awaiting a response. I've wasted almost 2 hours trying to solve a billing issue. I've dealt with 4 agents today already, being passed from one to another. What gives ? #customerservice is terrible.
-
CaiCai (@hi_caicai) reported@RogersHelps I don't see any response, but there's no internet connection, the device's yellow light is flashing continuously, and I can't get through to customer service either
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reportedjfc, Trying to use KooDoo, which wasn't bad before I went over to @rogers. KooDoo just tried to use my date of birth. I never gave them that. Without my consent, they just plucked it off my Driver's Licence. Look like I'm going to be without a phone. Canada!

Jennifer Drader (@jenniferdrader5) reported@RogersHelps @MerileeToo When you call there is no option for email support and the AI cant figure ot out, then just keeps repeating. Then I just selected internet and then get told there are higher then normal call volumes and to call back and then it hangs up

GoldenInAStetson (@Boud34) reportedCould you fix the replay/resume feature on your app? Whenever I return to an episode I was watching, it starts from the beginning instead of picking up where I left off. It’s annoying @discoveryplusCA @Rogers

Token 🏴☠️🖭 (@jnarai) reported@sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.
-
Frederick Smith (@agooddoggyX10) reported@RogersHelps @FernwoodGirl I made the mistake of thinking it was on my end because your website kept saying everything was fine. I followed your AI support suggestions & now can’t even reset a password or access webmail or anything. Need a support # that doesn’t disconnect after 4 hrs of holding

Derek Gould 🇨🇦 (@dgouldca) reportedSales calls on my home phone from @Rogers daily, sometimes several times a day, even though (1) I'm already a customer, and (2) I've asked repeatedly for the calls to stop. Great way to do business.
