@Rogers My internet is down again this morning. It was down the day before the outage and it’s been extremely slow most of the time since it came back on after the nation-wide outage. A week’s refund would be a nice apology. #rogersoutage

@shurmanator As a residential customer I agree that $5 or $10 credit is pointless. But as you know, there are real financial losses for retail etc., and the @Rogers Cover-your-***, limited liability clause seems tight.

@RogersHelps I know Rogers is telling people they will be giving everyone a refund for the outage time… but current download speeds are under 15 mbps. That is not the service that I am paying for, so I don’t believe the problem has really been resolved.

@RogersHelps Wish you would fix the tv, ignite tv keeps stuttering constantly, not watchable at all. Plus texts are taking ages if not days to come thru still.
