Poppins 🇨🇦 (@Poppins1971) reported@RogersHelps @suresh__cp When several people say they are in Ottawa are having issues, maybe it’s not our problem, but a Roger’s issue. Yes, I have restated my modem. No, it didn’t help. Thank you.

Chemical Holly🍀 🇨🇦🇬🇧 🇺🇸 (@ChemicalHolly) reported@islgalwrites @Rogers we were told that a tech would take a couple of weeks (with no service), so my IT-Tech son diagnosed the problem, told the dude on the phone that he was qualified, to just give him the passwords and he'd fix it himself. HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

Naresh Ajwani 🇨🇦 (@NareshAjwani2) reported@RogersHelps A customer should not have to act as a bridge between your customer care and business teams. The constant back-and-forth feels like being treated as a football rather than a valued customer.
