EscaL8R (@EscaL8R) reported@Rogers this is unacceptable. For months we’ve tried to fix my elderly parents’ bill after forcing them to upgrade their TV pkg. Now it’s doubled, you force us online to dispute charges when they have no internet, and you’re kicking me off the phone for “high volume.” #caregiving

Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@PabloEsHOEbar @RogersHelps @Rogers They came out about three years ago, climbed to pole, said, "yep, that needs to be replaced". of course, they never did. More than 20 drops a day and slower than dial-up at times. When I was finally able to cancel on August 3rd, the same day they sent me a Revenge Bill of $250

B Wags (@Truewags) reported@Rogers what’s the deal with your automated services being down? I try and call and get disconnected every time. Higher call volume blah blah blah….and then CLICK! Someone better get back to me.

@HolyDegenerate (@RandySaretzky) reported@RogersHelps I cancel a phone from my ex wife, and you’re still charging me. Absolutely horrendous

Rina Alexis ♏♋♏ (@Rinah75) reported@ImpatienTourist @Rogers Didn't get me anywhere and i spend hours and hours on hold with them. @Rogers has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CANADA. I'll be switching carriers in December when my contract ends!

_.damien5 (@damienvermande5) reported@RogersHelps the ETA for the fix on the outage keeps getting pushed back, how can I know someone is actively resolving the issue?!?!?

Nikki (@NicoletteFuller) reportedabsolutely HATE dealing with @Rogers. We went on our trip and had our plans changed around so we wouldn't have a huge phone bill... The sales associate lied to us about what we were getting. Came home to a $500+ bill. Have had the runaround like crazy; the store won't deal with us. Online people couldn't help... had to talk to a phone rep who said they would correct the mistake and only took $60 off the bill... had a normal month of not being anywhere, and STILL my bill is astronomical. I'm so sick and tired of cellphone company reps giving smooth talk, yet the second they screw up and you try to get your money back, you have to jump through fire, talk to 5 different people who say they can't do anything, and still get screwed over. I need a decent Canadian cellphone provider service that isn't going to give us the runaround.
