    @RogersHelps hi it says the outage won’t be restored until dec 25 1am. Is there way to expedite this and what if they don’t meet the ETA and it’s still down tomorrow for Christmas. That honestly would be the final straw for me and I would cancel immediately

    @RogersHelps “Due to hydro outages”… what about all of the places that have had hydro back all day? We didn’t learn anything from the last long term outage did we.

    @Rogers Internet and tv service is the worst. For 2 days both services drop every 5 to 20 seconds. You claim power outages. I am in Mississauga. We have no power issues. You have serious issues. Refunds to come right

    @Rogers what was backup plan for the expected power outage ? We are experincing the outage for last 7 hours and with no home phone and internet! This is frustrating . @Rogers please fix this ongoing issue.

    @RogersHelps Usage of Rogers Wireless data shouldn't be counted on the days our Home Internet is down. Because it is not our fault that Rogers is down. Think about it and take action. I had use almost 0 percent of my wireless data and now used 90% in one day.
