    @Rogers 28mins and counting on hold with Rogers. Not sure why I give this company business. Not the most reliable network. Last year they system compromised. I lost internet for days. I should call round for better service

    @RogersHelps I am a very patient customer. But since December 20-ish, the service has been very spotty and then now tonight we are missing an event on tv that is taking place 2 hours away from my City. What gives? This is a lot. A whole lot. At this point there should be a rebate

    @RogersHelps if you have an option DONT ever get this service. My account was opened in 15 min. But the agents are incompetent, Susan was on chat, Asnan on phone transferred incorrect and wasted an entire day.

    @RogersBiz hi i am new in Canada and just experienced one of the worst service from a telco operator. I have been waiting for more than 3hours to cancel my TV subscription from my package. 3 Hours for nothing I hang up the line insane! I should cancel everything including mobiles

    @RogersHelps Ridiculous service my elderly mother lost cable on Saturday. customer service said it was her problem. Paid nearly 300 dollars for tv repair home call and it was in fact a Rogers problem. Don't tech speak to the elderly. BTW next time area problem be honest
