    @RogersHelps I have been trying to reach someone for days now. I finally get someone otp and of course she hangs up. To say I’m irritated and frustrated is an understatement. I would like some assistance with my internet billing issues. Why is it so hard?

    @RogersHelps I was locked out of my email account on Sunday and waited on the phone for over 4 hours to get someone to fix it. I woke up this morning to find that I am locked out again! I sent a DM to @RogersHelps over 2 hours ago. I’m still waiting!

    @RogersHelps @jwestlake74 No its down. My internet and TV are both out. This is getting ridiculous. I already switched my cell phone from rogers during the last outage.

    @RogersHelps internet and TV are out. At night it appears that you also throttle the internet down bc its extremely slow on comparison tonthe daytime use. This is getting ridiculous. We pay enough for this service, it should at least be dependable.

    WiFi not working all morning, I called and was transferred many times, they told me it seems that my account doesn't exist, then they accidentally disconnected the call. Calling the billing number just gets a busy signal. I'm on hold again, 2.5 hours now. @RogersHelps @Rogers DM.

    When you call @RogersHelps to fix the issue, the Rogers agent asks you to provide them a password - which is not temporary because you cannot change the password immediately after. WHAT? What kind of security is this? What is going on? Are they serious?

    I need to tell them that no, I don't want a different deal at a slightly lower price. I want to cancel. Cheaper @Rogers TV won't unsell my house and keep in Ontario, sorry. they transfer me to the special department. I have paid whatever cryptic price this step required

    @Rogers for the money you charge you have way too many service outages! Service has been down for hours and hours. YOU SUCK @RogersHelps this is ironic as Rogers doesn’t help at all. @RogersMediaPR
