    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps That’s nice Jorge but what are you doing about it for those of us that have down ALL day??? Also, when you start issuing credits, keep a small portion to buy a thesaurus... this is the furthest thing from intermittent...

    @Moollah @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Please communicate with your customers - you're eager to always send us all forms of marketing, your eagerness should extend to keeping us in the loop and ETA for fix. A whole day without service and counting. Generic message on website is not enough.
