@Rogers the one company that allows customer service agents, yes 2, to yell at customers and then hang up on customer. And after that the 3rd time, they don't offer to compensate you or anything, not they say "hey I know your bill is almost paid, but we're gonna threaten

@Rogers When Rogers pays me than i'll do your job for you. Ive been reporting this issue for the past 4 years. It's the only superstore in the area. Fix the issue and don't blame the building as your competitors phones work well in there.

Frustrated beyond belief by @Rogers Let this be a warning, if you can find another provider, do so or you’ll be spending hours on the phone fixing their problems. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager refused to take my call 🤡 @RogersHelps is a useless line. Good luck!

@RogersHelps @Rogers bedroom apartment. But hey that doesn't matter. There's an excuse for that. Oh and when the net went out last fall and said I'd be "compensated" but never was?. That's okay. I'll be sending you guys bills when the quality isn't as advertised. I'll invoice you
