@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@Rogers Did you delete radio station WUFO, the only way to get NPR in Toronto? Great, and this after you deleted 2 classical music channels. Seems you just don't like me. Maybe providing service for specialty interests ought to be part of your mission. I'm paying Rogers A LOT!
