    Iโ€™m so pissed @Rogers I cut the cord, **** them. Iโ€™m only one guy but you can too. My sister lives in Vegas and I am now a proud T-Mobile customer. My cell bill dropped to 24.95USD/month and a free iPhone. I hate supporting USA BUT I HATE ROGERS MORE!

    @RogersHelps @xxxDADDYCOOLxxx Oh please. I've spent over 8 hrs on hold in the last 3 days only to be disconnected BY YOU each time. Now I have to take more time to go to an actual Rogers physical store to cancel my account. Canada's tech oligarchy sucks.

    @RogersHelps when I asked the rep about a return box he said if it doesnโ€™t come with the phone to reach out to customer care lol

    @RogersHelps On hold now 1:40 minutes that is one hour and a half much more than proper customer service. 2 weeks! I got cut off twice yesterday.

    @alejomelgar21 Its sad to see the 660 Newsradio like that.. I had no idea they'd been shut down, called the traffic line to leave a tip for them that afternoon..went to voicemail..left a message..then turned on the channel to hear nothing but dead air. @Rogers made a huge error closing a much needed station down.

    @RogersHelps What is causing all of these service disruptions?? I am paying almost $300 a month, my bill keeps going up but the service keeps going downhill. Very frustrating and disruptive.
