@BrianG416 @Rogers And worst of all, Rogers had provided commercial software for running the 911 phone system and other critical govt phone systems…and that failed. So even if your neighbour with a landline tried to call 911, that (depending on location) failed.

On hold for over an hour with @Rogers just to cancel my internet that hasn't worked for FOUR months, is this really the only way?? What a trash company. Once this is over with I'm literally never touching their services again

@Rogers @RogersHelps worst customer service experience. We have been without internet in Ottawa since Monday. I work from home and need reliable internet to do my job. Looking forward to switching providers since Rogers isn't up to the task.

Well, Rogers TV service continues to suck! the audio dropouts have worsened to the point of making it unwatchable. @Rogers @RogersHelps Thank goodness Bell almost has their fibre work done

@RogersHelps Phone is awesome. Love it ... but there's this network it runs on and every now and then it just disappears. Happened twice now. Very frustrating.

Internet has gone down for the 3rd day in a row. Support says: "engineers are fixing it." We work from home and have MSc thesis and a certification due today. Your "we will do better" TV ads are enraging. Stop advertising platitudes and fix this. @RogersHelps #rogers @Rogers

Been a @RogersBiz customer for 11 years. My bill almost tripled because my term finished. Don’t look at my invoices since it’s the exact same amount every month BUT customer relations telling me well too bad you have to pay your bill and not giving a **** is a huge issue for me
