@Rogers I was paying over $140 per month for my wireless services, it’s the most I have ever had to pay, I was expecting premium, almost seamless service - but nope! Had issues all through the 2 years I’ve been with you, switched carriers after my contact was up. Never again.

@RogersHelps @mvannie My Rogers internet also went out in Kitchener. (Orange flashing light on modem) unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

@RogersHelps 2 calls in, both time promised a callback from fraud and nothing. I saw personal info online for another client whos account was on my logon and I assume my login information was changed to him based on the automatic emails I've seen and I'm locked out. great privacy

Having problems with my phone so I contacted @Rogers. I'm told I need to be transferred to a specialist so I waited for 5 minutes. Specialist asked me if I restarted my phone. When I said I had they told me they needed to transfer me to a cell phone specialist. Seriously???

@RogersHelps #Mansplaining that I need to "fix" my modem when I called because you switched my plans on me and downgraded my internet is so 1990 don't you think?
