@cindylouywg @RogersHelps Normally all texts come from Toronto. I’ve never ever got a text from a location, unless something new. I’d call PP to find out if that person works there. I been with Rogers for years.

My @RogersHelps internet DROPPED AGAIN. 3 tech visits and no resolution. I pay for gigabit internet and I don't have a stable connection at all. I am so beyond frustrated by this. I can't work without internet and Rogers seems to not understand how pressing this is.

@rogers Your customer service is horrendous. I was speaking with an agent for over an hour then she accidentally hung up. She didn’t return my call and now I am currently waiting over an hour just to speak to someone about the same issue over again? Ridiculous.
