  @RogersHelps Might be a good idea to tell head office to hire enough customer service reps that your customers can actually get service. 2 and a half hours with no answer is really appalling.

  @RogersHelps appreciate you getting back to me. I apologize for the rude outburst. Really out of character for me. Having said that, I’ll stand by what I said about never dealing with Rogers again. Years and years of loyalty (double digits) and I get treated like dirt at the end.

  Unbelievable! @Rogers I’ve been on hold for 1 HOUR 20 minutes. Closed concurrent chat after 30 minutes!!! Is anyone working in customer service @RogersHelps ? Should I hang up and just take #Bell’s deal? My cell is running out of battery. What a waste of time!

  @RogersHelps is there any Rogers interruption in the area of Sheppard and Meadowvale in Scarborough? Since 7:15-7:30 pm today January 9 2023 no service in my area. As usual with Rogers lately.

  @RogersHelps Yep, I tried. And I was on hold for Anna for half an hour too. Gave up and got the service somewhere else.
