@menmcdou_cathy @RogersHelps Rogers customer service stinks🦨. Rogers idea of an "update" is to state that their services are out but will be restored "as soon as possible". As compared to "as late as possible"? 🙄 Rogers Execs must be fired since Rogers service & reliability has not improved. They suck.

@RogersHelps Hello - thanks for the reply. We didn't have a Hydro issue in this immediate area, but understand that it could have happened to Rogers equipment elsewhere. Also - our internet (and therefore, TV services) came back up at 4pm. Sat 5/21 @ 1 pm - Sun 5/22 @ ~4pm.
