    I freakin hate @Rogers . The 2nd tech came to 'fix' my mom's phone monday & said 1st tech plugged the cables in wrong but there was also a problem outside they would fix that day. Still not fixed and they keep trying to upsell me when I call to get it fixed. #rogersfail #rogers

    Hey @RogersHelps 60min later one transfer and one disconnection. Now another 30min hold. All I want is to book a service call. So frustrating.
