    @rogers the tech came yesterday and even changed the modem. But I am still having intermittent signals issues. The modem has lost signals 3 times in the last 30 mins. It's been happening for months. Not a good thing especially during exams times.

    I spent over two hours on chat w/ @Rogers trying to switch to a larger shared plan and buy an iPad yesterday. I got switched through at least 5 different customer care reps because of “technical difficulties”. I still don’t have a new plan or an iPad. #helpmehelpyou Rogers!

    @RogersHelps Interesting how a movie charge for $26.00 plus tax just do happened to show on my bill for Apr 19-same day as your outage. I don’t order movies on Rogers. Check my history. You arbitrarily added it. I’m seriously thinking about cancelling Rogers

    @RogersBiz you 100% fail small business! As soon as @bellbusiness has fibre here our company WILL be happily leaving Rogers. Customer loyalty doesn’t exist BECAUSE of Rogers own policy, BYE

    And I know that @Rogers laid off thousands of sales reps to focus on customer service under Joe Natale. But these “customer care” reps were not helpful because they kept switching me to someone else who would make me explain everything again.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers @globeandmail When winning is defined as one sided. A Corp that makes billions and it’s customers pay the highest cell phone charges in the world compared to the service they receive. Is that really something to be proud of
