@Rogers the amount of TV glitches your stupid box has is ridiculous 🙄 worst part is you barely get aby channels ontop of their lagging service 🫤

  • pdbuick Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported

@Rogers It is frustrating to have so many Internet issues. They ALL have frequent outages. I had my Internet and cell go out for a day or more with Blue and switched to Red and the next year had the same thing. The smaller carriers depend on the big ones, so poof as well.

  • raizelharjo rai (@raizelharjo) reported

@RogersHelps hey! is there an internet outage in the west end of Toronto? our wifi is out and hasn’t turned back on despite us resetting the modem a few times

  • gmg1968 │Greg│³ (@gmg1968) reported

@RogersHelps Third party vendor but the only channels affected are three Sportsnet channels East, Ontario and SN1 carrying the #BlueJays game are experiencing the problem, the two SN channels with hockey, the TSN channels and every other channel I've tried are streaming just fine.

Oh **** @JustinTrudeau and the corrupt Canadian government allowed @rogers to buy Shaw. Now you have less choice and the corporations have more monopoly. Disgusting.

  • UnitedNfld2175 Geoff (@UnitedNfld2175) reported

Not to impressed to get an email saying @Rogers & @shaw are now one company.I left Rogers back in 2006 because of the **** service & aggrrvation I had when I was with them. When i went elsewhere I got better service from cell phone to satellite. Not the news i need

  • kgoggins Kim Goggins (@kgoggins) reported

Once again in the phone with @RogersHelps Service is terrible. Won’t give me the deal I signed up for for my new iPhone despite me having my contract that says I get the deal. Time to switch to Bell.

  • shemroque Sheryll Roque (@shemroque) reported

@Rogers I have an email from Rogers proving that I have an overpayment in my account when I terminated my contract in Dec. I called customer service to follow up and my refund balance just magically disappeared from your books. Will you be able to trace which pocket that went to?

  • JoeColangelo7 Joe Colangelo (@JoeColangelo7) reported

@Trinity50436567 @RogersHelps Rogers doesn't care about ANY of their customers, ...we're down in Markham Ontario as well. They only care about playing Monopoly with our enormous monthly subscription fees (see Shaw acquisition) instead of investing some of those fees to stabilize their infrastructure.
