Goes from 45% battery to less than 6% in 10 mins... Is it me or my dad doing something wrong or is it ur network??? I'm switching carriers in May if u don't up ur game. #bellmobility 1/2

My last complaint to the CCTS got dragged on for more than a year before they finally tossed me to the curb, despite the fact that I was clearly getting ripped off. They're an absolute joke.

They gave me a price lower than yours, I called back and told CS this and they said they would "send it to Customer Services". I have not heard back from Rogers at all.
