So back in July @RogersHelps as part of the nationwide outage promised billions of investment in better structure. My internet has gone down while working from home Friday, Monday, AND today. We need more accountability and competition in Canadian telecommunications.

@Rogers why is it when you ship a new PVR to a customer you cut off their current one so they are without cable & lose their shows while waiting 2-4 days for the new one? And why do you not warn your customers that the box will be deauthorized while waiting? 👎🏻 #rogers

@RogersHelps Hi, we’ve spent many hours on hold with @Rogers & talking to reps. You need a dedicated service for the elderly, if you are going to persuade them to change to #Ignite by saying nothing will change except the cost. No instructions. The Videos don’t cut it. /1

@RogersHelps 1/2 why can’t I get to speak to anyone from Rogers? I called Billing and they were the only ones who answer almost immediately.But they can’t deal with the fact that Rogers has billed me for services I no longer have. You seem to have no problem staffing this area.
