    @RogersHelps NOT ENOUGH. You're repeat offenders and do not have the customer interest top of mind. Canadians > shareholders.

  • BeatsTOR Sara (@BeatsTOR) reported

    @RogersHelps I still don’t have any cable service. #notahappycamper

  • EllieLynnbooks Ellie Lynn (@EllieLynnbooks) reported

    @LukaszukAB @Rogers I went to a store to get bread, milk, eggs... you know.... things we kinda need. No debit, ATM not working. Thankfully, had cash in my wallet. So yeah, Rogers has a LOT to answer for. As does the Fed govt for allowing ONE company to control our entire economy.

  • cooper71292666 cooper (@cooper71292666) reported

    @RogersHelps I am your customer, you never ask me

  • MistoRivera Misty Rivera 🎉2022🦠💣💥 (@MistoRivera) reported

    @RogersHelps No. It has to be a *meaningful* amount to each individual affected. The sum total of 5 days x your customer base is a meaningful amount only to Rogers' accountants. It works out to a pittance to the customer.

  • Zvashtii Zvashtii (@Zvashtii) reported

    @strubee @RogersHelps Toronto as well. Was told they have no ETA and to please be understanding lol. I feel bad for the customer service people working for rogers. They're probably getting **** on because the higher ups are morons.

  • tikisunrize tiffanie (@tikisunrize) reported

    @MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Both my boxes had the same problem. I restarted each at least four times, both by unplugging it and by using the menu. I even tried switching the box locations and I had the same issue. I had to leave both my boxes disconnected overnight before they stopped glitching.

  • BexTheLegend 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈🤬🖕Bex🖕🤬 🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦 (@BexTheLegend) reported

    @Rogers Can you please DM me, I'm still having trouble with my internet! It's now day five! I will be going to @Bell if this is not resolved!

  • Wazzy24 Jeff Wazny (@Wazzy24) reported

    @RogersHelps Let's start the conversation with a full billing month of credit. And tell us how this will be fixed to never happen again. That's 2 outages in 2 years.

  • hurricanejane26 Lauren McPherson (@hurricanejane26) reported

    @RogersHelps What about all the people who couldn’t call 911 in the event of an emergency? It’s not only about monetary loss or inconvenience. Your outage could have cost someone their life. $50 a household isn’t going to even begin to regain my trust in you.
