@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

@Rogers people need their phones. You say you’re working quickly but it’s been over 10 hours & you’ve only just bothered to address the issue. This is unacceptable as people still are paying full prices during this pandemic but now have no access to the service they’re paying for
