@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

Right about now, @Rogers Ignite TV is behaving more like Failure TV. Audio fails. Video fails. Video fails. Everything fails. @RogersHelps - don’t @ me. Just fix it!

  • mattskala Matthew Skala (@mattskala) reported

@markblei @andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Having an allowance for bad debts is good accounting, but attempting to collect each debt is good business. It's reasonable to do both.

  • Manitouland Manitouland (@Manitouland) reported

@RogersHelps TV audio snd picture still stalls in Northeast Barrie. This is not acceptable. The credit for Friday’s outage on my bill is now at 4 days, not 1!

  • GarryBorgacci GMB (@GarryBorgacci) reported

@RogersHelps Seriously we are still having issue with serviced tv ignite intermittent and no sound or video

  • rexbron Andrew Hunter (@rexbron) reported

The idea that @Rogers customers should have taken their SIM cards out to access 911 during an outage is ludicrous. Taking out a SIM card with a modern phone isn’t popping the back cover off and removing a battery to access. It requires a special tool.

  • j2simpso James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

@Telstra @mcquillanator Thanks for your concern Telstra (the same can’t be said for @RogersHelps who hasn’t answered my tweet from earlier today). My service is working quite well in Canada which sadly can’t be said for my Rogers domestic service.

  • Speedytokrazy Abir wali (@Speedytokrazy) reported

@thego2guru @RogersHelps Are u still having the same issue cause it seems to be happening for me aswell

  • Jessa_McLean Jessa 🌹 (@Jessa_McLean) reported

  • kenden_noyon Kenden Noyon (@kenden_noyon) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Why don't you stop lying to your customer's about what the cause is you would think you'd at least attempt to keep your story straight
