    @rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

    7/ I have been a loyal @Rogers customer since the early 2000's, I have had multiple services with them over the years. Is the thousands of dollars I have paid into the company not enough? I just don't get how they can't even be a little flexible & help me out.

    6/ Seems morally incorrect, its not like I have the phone & refuse to give it back. I already had an expensive phone stolen from me & paid the monthly fees on it without issue for over a year, to now be charged another $340 ? Come on @Rogers you have to know that's not right.

    @RogersHelps your fibre-powered page clearly states that there will be TWO planned outages so why am I on planned outage THREE? I understand it’s necessary work but why do it during BUSINESS hours when the majority of people are WFH? @Bell_Support what can you offer me?

    8/ I am not asking for a free upgrade or a free phone or even for the early upgrade fee to be waived, all i am asking is to not be charged an additional $340 fee to keep a device that was stolen from my wife because of some stupid "Policy" Come on @Rogers make it right.
