I would highly advise anyone I know to avoid Bell products if you actually care about support when there are issues...the "support" they provide is embarrassing to put it mildly... At this point I'd endorse @Rogers over them as difficult as that is to believe... @Bell_Support

@Rogers I wish #Rogers would stop phoning us every day at 9 pm !!! about the an issue that has already been resolved. Two days ago and yesterday we spoke with a CSR who confirmed it was fixed yet you keep harassing us. FFS.

@Rogers I've received multiple calls today from what I presume to be bots masked as legitimate phone numbers. I've also received calls from other Rogers customers who have received calls from my number when I never made a call. It's a bit ridiculous no?

@RogersHelps my home internet was down since yesterday and there was no update given at all. I’m very disappointed with your service and efficiency. It’s not like a few hours but it’s been a day, I’m teaching at home but so far I cannot do anything with my students

@Rogers Feel sorry for the abuse your customer service staff must receive thanks to obvious understaffing and poor business processes. Just spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to set up an account for my mother in-law who’s moving into a seniors facility and finally gave up.
