@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

@RogersHelps @Rogers So let me understand, you work it that we cant sync a universal remote to your cable box, and ONLY your remote will work. You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. @Rogers network is really broken in Vancouver or all of MetroVAN As soon as I go to US with Canadian Rogers network everything just gets much better. It's really sad to see it can't be improved for Canadians 1st. BTW this is same for Bell so that's not better either
