Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

They are now telling me 5 days (from this past Monday) is when the department I’m looking for will call me. Originally on Monday I was told 24-48hrs. Yesterday I was told 72. And now this. I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

One told me they could only speak to the account holder, which I am. But they mispronounced my name and then thought I was a different person.
