@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

@RogersHelps Putting the onus on the customer to track and ensure they get the deal they were promised is infuriating. You made me an offer in writing, I said yes, and not a single thing has been right since then. Hours wasted trying to fix this and it’s only been 2 days!!

@RogersHelps Happy to help how? There is charging a fee for data over use yes I get that. There is also price gouging and taking advantage of a client base which is exactly what you are doing by charging 50$ for less than 2g of data. Robbery 🙃
