@rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

@ynwa2050 @570NEWS @Rogers I’m usually against large companies like this but this really was a bad software patch that bricked the 3G / wireless systems - nothing they could do.

Given the economic impact of yesterday's @Rogers outage, I don't understand how they figure a simple "oops, we're sorry, it was Ericsson's fault. Anyways..." is going to suffice (I understand they have no legal obligation to compensate customers).

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions due to the outage a whole business fay was lost with very little communication explaining timelines. 1am until 8pm EST doesn't leave room for recovering that day. @RogersHelps how will you help your customers who run small businesses and lost more time?
