    @rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

    @RogersHelps No DM necessary, just hire humans to answer calls, who can direct those calls to the appropriate dept, instead of the 18 choices online, the crappy chat bot. Also, enable your store fronts to do more than sell sell sell. Worst customer service hurdles in Canada.

    @RogersHelps Called Rogers again and Jason is looking into YOUR sound problem with Global TV. Still have to go to Canada Post to return the adapter that wasn't a problem, then call again to enure I was only charged for 1 since I had to get mine turned back on after you unexpectedly cut it.

    @RogersHelps A $19 reimbursement is not enough for a 2 days service interruption and 2 hours on the phone getting passed around! Rogers has left a really bad taste in my mouth. bell is looking better and better!

    @Rogers after waiting a week and a half for my internet to be set up (all I need is for someone to activate my line) and after countless transfers and 5 hours on the phone, when I ask for my service appointment to be moved to a different time I get dropped mid-chat #fuckrogers

    @RogersBiz why? Why do I have crappy service? I’m on 5G and 3 bars and my service stinks! What happened to being committed to giving us the best service? I can’t load a page on safari, can’t download an image that was messaged to me, can’t load Instagram or Twitter videos!!!! Ugh

    @RogersHelps Services have not been restored. I've been without internet since 5am today. I've tried every possible fix with nothing working. I woke to two Tech's and had someone else I know within Rogers escalate and was told the issue is ongoing. No tech til Wed. What should I do?
