@RogersHelps tried calling 1-888-764-3771 to cancel, but I've been on hold for over an hour with no response. Is this the level of customer service customers should expect? I want to cancel all of the services immediately. Please contact me and process the cancellation

@RogersHelps Ya that is brilliant people are without internet and your solution is for them to go to the internet to see what is happening? Did everyone there stop brain development in kindergarten?

@RogersHelps Can you confirm if Roger's has a legit campaign going on, subcontracted to a third party? That would help me to know if this is a scam

@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Why? YOU should know when YOUR service is down. It should NOT be on the customer to notify YOU about YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! The level of laziness within this industry is embarrassing to the human race.

@RogersHelps One of the phones we received through Rogers certified pre-owned program is having issues with its microphone during calls and I need to know which department to contact to get it exchanged/fixed. The phone is about six months old.

@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Like seriously, why do you think its on the costumers you are scamming to notify you of when your service is down? This is a genuine question so answer it. This is social media after all, lets SOCIALIZE.

@RogersHelps I've called twice today to help set up move for my mom who's a senior and both times saying too busy that I call back later. Thats ridiculous- ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. FYI - I do have a life and having to call back & go thru the upteem prompts to only get hung up on..
