With the amount of money paid monthly for phone service from Rogers, it's unacceptable that I cannot get an ounce of service in #ottawa 2 days after the storm, while other service providers using the same towers have no issues. Make it make sense @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I found out that debt collector charged me 317 dollars for rogers cable on January 1st… which doesnt make sense as I was quarantining back then and I was not even using Rogers. Please help me fix this problem… this took a toll on my credit report

All I know is if these people make me run out my data I’m not PAYING ****. No reason why a damn connection cannot be fixed in two days. Hire more tech or electricians. Y’all have billons. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps so like are you just pretending that there hasn’t been an outage here for 80 hours despite other people nearby having internet?

@daynabreezy @RogersHelps It fundamentally makes no sense. I'm with @koodo and never had any issues with loss of coverage.

@rogers...it's funny how rogers "all Canadian workers" all have a heavy accent ..and for some reason none of their phone calls are recorded and on record like they say. So if you have problems they cover them up and don't send the survey they normally send after every call. Scams
