@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

@RogersHelps I never got a notification any discounts were expiring. I just got a new bill that went from $60 to $153. Unacceptable Why can’t I speak to a person about this? I’ve waited on the phone for 5 hours last 3 days. I don’t have time to waste my entire day to fix your error

Part 4 of 4 - At this point, I’m regretting choosing Rogers. Is this the level of service customers should expect, or have I just been extremely unlucky? Can someone from @Rogers please help resolve this?

@RogersHelps Here’s the lowdown. Again. June 15. Called Rogers to sign up for a new 24 month bundle. Have an email with start date of bundle June 15. A new modem was sent. I called tech support, they said the new modem was not necessary and to send it back. Done.
