    @RogersHelps now as of right now i am not paying unless my tv issues are fixed. Namely youtube jumping off for no reason. Number 2 my wife is not able to keep watching movies off her pvr without it shutting down half way through. This is poor customer service.

    Is @Rogers management unaware of how unbelievably terrible their customer service is, or is that the corporate culture that they are trying to develop. Exhaust, obfuscate, and frustrate their clients into submission. Truly awful.

    @Rogers Wanted to change my plan for 4 lines and purchase 4 new phones. Have been overpaying the lines for years $300/month +tax with shared 65GB, and was I told I could not benefit from promotions because I am not a new customer.

    @Rogers Team, hello team, i lost my sim & wallet including my ids, debit-credit cards. Pls do needful to block my sim on priority. a scammer will try to re-issue my number with the help of their networks inside roger’s shop. Im not in canada now & i wont come back to canada.

    @RogersHelps Service came back roughly 5:30 AM. Another four hour outage. Starting to feel intentional as if you’re throttling us on purpose trying to limit our usage for deliberate periods of time.
