    @RogersHelps I spent 3 hours on the phone with Rogers tech-support only for nothing to be solved. They told me I have to wait until Monday for a work order to expire off my account. Ridiculous!

    @RogersHelps outage with tv. System says restored. It’s not. Anna is dumb (bot) and on hold a half hour already with tech support. Unacceptable

    @RogersHelps nice! Huge outage middle of the 3rd place World Cup game, nothing on the website about it, and huge wait time when calling customer service. “Better together” my a**.

    If you ever switch from @Rogers to @Bell you’ll realize how amazing Roger’s is! Bell might be the worst reception ever. I’m not sure why I even pay for it. Unreal

    @Rogers your customer service is broken. I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone on a call to set up an internet move request but nothing — every call disconnected. Filled your callback form after a chat. Nothing. Do customers have to tweet at you to get help?

    @alancross @Rogers Not to mention Rogers had an unacknowledged service outage in the GTA. Lots of calls dropping or data simply not working. All on Monday afternoon... but "no outage in your area". BS.
