  @RogersHelps the batteries in my remote were down to 56% so I put new batteries in but it still says 56%. I used brand new batteries. I’ve had this happen before with remotes. I even restarted my TV box. Why doesn’t it show the batteries at 100%?

  Something is going on with @Rogers cellular connection in ottawa. Like why do I have zero reception and in most of the city. It’s not only me either. They need to fix their towers or something.

  @Rogers I have been trying to call customer service all day. Get same message we are to busy call again later. I would expect better from a company like yours.

  @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I did not. I've been paying from my bank account for almost 10 years. If you guys have been charging my credit card that long then we have another serious problem. I tried calling you guys but as usual it said you guys were busy and hung up. Customer service 👍🏻

  @Rogers just severely nerfed its rewards program. If you were a loyal customer and accumulated $1,500 in rewards, they are now worth $1,000. This must be some kind of a record. Is @Rogers going to make it right with its most loyal customers?

  @RogersHelps There are multiple ppl in my family and all of house work in different areas and are experience issues. Doesn’t matter if it’s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We can’t all be having device issues.
