    @RogersHelps @suesmith85 I like the canned message. @Rogers is so full of **** the vast majority of who and where is working? Vague seems to be their go to! I will be looking for weeks of your credits as you have cost me 000's. Rogers has proven that the Shaw deal needs to be stopped!!

    @RogersHelps Markham 5:15pm July9/22 (land based internet) down 36hours! Ignite TV returned mid day with spotty service! TV sound cuts out every 15sec and picture is freezing up on 30sec intervals! So basically 2 days of full outage. Unusual service disruptions.

    @RogersHelps Yet a store only a block away from my house, which is Half a block from the rogers store had internet access because I asked them and they said "that's the only reason we're open" But would I guess CUSTOMER SERVICE at rogers was to busy watching TV to listen

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Do you need more money to resolve the issue that you created? I feel like thats where its going. I still don’t have internet after 40hours. 3hours waited for tech support and got dropped from the queue. Please atleast let me know if you need more money?
