    @RogersHelps your ignite internet service is down again. Richmond Hill area. It's been down since 11am. This is the 2nd day that it's happening.... so unreliable.

    @RogersHelps internet down for an hour. Says can’t get signal. Tech support said they will open ticket and have to wait 24-48hrs - but also confirmed service down “in area” but your site says no outages. What’s going on? Another outage…
