@iSlutsky @Bell Just cancel it. When I canceled my @Rogers home internet they were in disbelief. They still try to spam me but I ignore them. 30GB wireless data is enough for me.

@Rogers So I bit and reached out as requested. 5 hours later I start receiving auto-messages sending me back to square one. Again, I bit and called technical support. After waiting in the queue for 26 minutes the music stops and the call disconnects.

@gmbutts @Rogers Worst Company! They actively try and scam customers! The don’t even have service unless your in an urban area! Never deal with Rogers!

@RogersHelps $500 rogers bill, most of it activation fees rogers customer service promised to waive. 3 hour hold to talk to them. This feels intentional.

@J_oN_C @RogersHelps I purchased mine through the NHL APP (Google Play) and when I was able to login it kept prompting me to purchase it again. It's obviously something on their end, tired of hearing they'll help.

@RogersHelps Im with cannet which utilizes your network infrastructure. My modem is fine, it's on your network. Check the comments on the rogers page of the down detector site, I'm not the only one with constant connection issues.
