@BobWeeksTSN This is a disgrace @Rogers another customer lost.

@Rogers @ShawDirect you guys are a disgrace. Back to back years in the Open Championship you can’t put the golf on in Canada. Embarrassing. This is not what golf fans deserve after what they pay for. Please fix

  • DidomizioRocco
    RockDee (@DidomizioRocco) reported

@Rogers is the most incompetent and unprofessional service imaginable. Nobody returns calls, can’t get a live agent and they cut you off instead of offering a call back option. There’s the gratitude for being a loyal customer since 1974.

@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold with technical support for over an hour. How is this acceptable? For the last three days, we would call and the system would tell us that they were too busy and just hang up. Your billing should be based on responsiveness to issues.

    Gordon Swaters 🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@GESwaters) reported

@RogersHelps has the worst customer service experienced in a long time. Trying to sort out a simple clerical error. On the phone for over 70 mins. Agent ID# I2603935959 rude and unable to help. Transferred to another dept only to have them say they can't help. Chat useless.

@Rogers Waiting 2 hours and 25 minutes to reach an agent, only to have the call disconnected. That’s not customer service—it’s incredibly frustrating. Customers deserve better than wasting hours with no resolution. Please do better.

@RogersHelps Ok so now I have to also by a very expensive phone and then my child can finally have an age appropriate communication device? Please help me make sense of this.

@RogersHelps Checked to make sure it’s right and hung up as I’ve been on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. You guys need to sort that out. Can’t expect people to wait so long to get help

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)

  • JeffreyBrinson

@RogersHelps Get off X and answer the phone. But since you asked, what is Rogers doing to address long wait times. Given the amount we pay for telecommunications in Canada, we should be getting better service.
