@laurensalmon17 @Rogers To resolve this you have to CALL rogers support....yes you'll have to wait on hold a long time...so just be patient. 1 833-791-4357. This is apparently a known issue over the past few days. They will manually reset your password to a temp password.

@Cruntchie Yes! My email hasn’t worked since Friday. Many others with the same issue. @RogersHelps won’t assist me as I’m not the account holder.
