2/10 Back in July we upgraded our @rogers phones to unlimited data as my wife uses them for her businesses no problem to upgrade and no talk of us having to pay off what was owed on the phones

So, @rogershelps told me to go to the shop in Deerfoot Centre to be able to activate my Apple Watch and when I got here, they refused to help me and told me to phone tech support. I’m angry they had me go out for nothing. Y’all need to be on the same page, Rogers.

My @Bell wifi is down, and my @Rogers LTE is barely getting a signal. This is the telecom gov’t-mandated oligopoly in Canada: excessively expensive and terrible quality.

6/10 Got bumped up to @rogers manager and got the same story but they are willing to let us defer payments until July as a way to help us out
