@Rogers Hey Rogers—how is it taking over 2 hours with your reps just to transfer a number from one Rogers plan to another Rogers plan? You should set the expectation with customers from the get go that they should cancel their plans for the day to get anything done with you.

@RogersHelps I'll dig into this further if I can but I can't imagine that it's not possible for technology companies, like Rogers, to address this issue. Perhaps the fines should be levied against the carriers as well?

@RogersHelps When is STIR/SHAKEN coming to the Rogers Network? Hopefully all unauthenticated calls will be automatically blocked. However, it would be nice if you allow your customers to outright block calls by country at the carrier level or offer ANI spoofing detection as a service.

@bj_your @Rogers @NDP I worked for Roger's before and after Ted Rogers died and the difference in how the company was managed and all processes changed immediately. Customers that we used to be encouraged to help were left without support. He seemed like a decent man.
