@RogersHelps @Rogers So let me understand, you work it that we cant sync a universal remote to your cable box, and ONLY your remote will work. You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. @RogersHelps I demand that this unauthorized suspension be cancelled immediately and my original service agreement be maintained. Furthermore, I expect any 'suspension' or 'restoration' fees associated with this error to be waived or credited back to my account immediately.
