@RogersHelps I'm now on hold on chat for 2 hrs to get a SIM card activated. It's a biz account. I don't have the old sim and the self service won't work without the old sim. This after 3 to 4 calls just to get a phone shipped to our new hire.

@RogersHelps We are looking at Bell or Starlink. We have had enough of your unreliable service.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I've been trying to reach Rogers support for 3 weeks now. I've waited over 1 hour and 30 min the first 3 times and then cut off. Now this week the que is not accepting calls at all. Can someone reach out to me. I'm having network problems with mobile.

@RogersHelps 1) The app (android specific) crashes when pressing "Billing", I have tried it while many other tabs were successfully navigated to over the last few months. I do believe its a recent'ish (April?) issue.

@tim_whitey @JohnnyGiunta_ @Rogers So sorry about your tiny peen loser. I don't have that problem, but I imagine it ***** with your head. The weird thing is, women don't really care if you are a good guy. That's why you can't get ****** Incel. You give off this weird hum. Madison was fine. It's you, not her.

@RogersHelps I just changed my package for a 2 year term roughly a month ago. There is an error. As a customer I should be able to speak with a human to explain the error?

@RogersHelps I've been on hold for 1hr 35min trying to get my wife's sim card working after it just stopped working. If you want to keep customers, answering the phone might be a good move. Tried self service - can get a text, tried the store, people sat everywhere waiting....

@rodmickleburgh @Rogers the government allowed them to "diversify". and this is the predictable outcome. instead of saying no and insisting that they provide quality service at reasonable price, like anywhere else in the world, they were allowed to use their monopoly advantage to buy tv rights and teams
