    @RogersHelps Your billing dispute system is just TERRIBLE! I have to submit dispute requests through an AI agent — and only one at a time — wait a couple of days to hear back from you and then submit the next request! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on you, Rogers!

    .@Rogers saga continues as I am now over 3 Hrs with @RogersHelps on the line. They have now left me to be on hold again while they locate a Manager. Funny, one thing #Rogers seems to have lots of is management, but my experience suggest is low on service delivery support.

    @RogersHelps .@Rogers now confirmed they won't fix my problem bcuz I am unable to produce a living relative in Ontario. What upsets me is your @RogersHelps Moncton Manager, said very unkindly, "I can't produce a family member for you." After I told her my relatives were dead. Shame on you!

    @RogersHelps Yes, I am still having issues as I am over hour 3 of this @Rogers nightmare. This really is ridiculous. Rogers merged with Yahoo and Shaw. Made a problem of your own making

    @RogersHelps well, now I am really ticked off and being passed on to a Manager in Moncton. You figured out the problem. It's because I moved across the country. And your system can't or won't link my email to my ISP provide, which is @Rogers

    @RogersHelps This is piss poor service. I waited for over 2.5 hours and now the live chat automatically ended my chat and it was almost my turn to be served. Very angry but not at all surprised.

    @RogersHelps If you think customer don't understand simple promotion email, can you explain how it works, this will not only help me but to the whole social media customers who got such emails.

    @RogersHelps I am now on hold over 45 minutes trying to explain to Tech at 1-888-Rogers1 that I find this unacceptable for someone who spends $300 monthly. Please help

    @RogersHelps sorry to give up on you so quickly, I went to the house and checked all the cables, unplugged everything, it came back on very briefly and then went off again. I called tech-support and was put on hold for 41 minutes, hung up. White light on front flashing.

    @RogersHelps Who do I contact about the status of a service outage that has been going on since at least 7am today? The outage map says we are fine now but I am still without service.
