Rogers internet outage again in Richmond Hill today. It's always on a weekend when people need to get things done and/or relax. This keeps happening. For what they charge it's inexcusable. Sort it out Rogers! @Rogers #internetdown

@Rogers I don't want to be stuck on a a) contract b) pay an insane monthly rate c) deal with your horrible service since the 90s and even better d) learning how easy it was to take down your network because e) your "profits" weren't put back into building a resilient network.

Hey @Rogers $10.73 credit is less than one day of roam at home fee. That one day I had no coverage happened to be the day I needed to be able to contact emergency services and couldn't. Thanks for not much of anything.

@Rogers as a service provider you really need to do better. I’m over you guys and your “service outages” every 3 seconds.

@RogersHelps I've been transferred 5 times already trying to cancel my service with you. It's taken 3 times as long to cancel as it took for @beanfield to install my new wifi. Ridiculous.

Companies should help their customers in their time of need, especially during these times but @rogers @RogersHelps don’t care if you’ve been a loyal customer, I’ve been having money problems lately as are A LOT of Canadians & have been behind on my bills.

@RogersHelps how do you get attention to cellular issues in an area. Been to @BonnecherePP many times in the past and have had excellent service. This year it seems non functional on LTE and a crawl on 3G. Three bars on signal strength. Anybody else having issues?
