Greatly disappointed in the service and customer relations of @RogersHelps Particularly in the midst of a pandemic when internet services are pivotal. 😪 I’ve missed an entire day of lectures and additional days of significant interruptions during class time.

@Rogers can anyone advise when the Rogers outage in Etobicoke will be fixed? Trying to work from home here under emergency orders

@RogersHelps Why am I being charged a $30 tech fee for a move despite never being told about this? All I was told was that my appointment would be confirmed via email and that was all. Now I see an account change email with a $30 fee on there.

@RogersHelps These are nuisance calls, not ads or requesting information. Blank voicemails. That's not fraud. And, they are occurring on YOUR network with a discernible pattern (999 prefix). 9 calls now in 7 hours. I'll hit up my contacts at corporate, and suggest an eval of the SM team

@JustFjordThings @Rogers I was very polite when I called customer service. I don't blame the frontline folks for the choices made by the brass. But, still, got 'disconnected' just before they were going to give me a number to call and complain at.

@Joyhenderson78 @Rogers Even though a lot of tekksavvy calls end with "unfortunately we're waiting on Rogers" it's still totally worth it to avoid Rogers customer service

@Rogers Why would anybody even watch that ****. It's not even "sport". It's a blood spectacle. It's violence pornography. It has absolutely no redeeming social value what so ever and needs to be shut down. Shame on Rogers for perpetuating this abomination.

@JustinTrudeau people would download and use the covid app if their phones weren't too old, or incompatible, which they could fix if phones weren't leased like cars but worse, how do carriers get away with this stuff? @Bell @Rogers just let them go back to contracts or whatever
