On hold for hours, with CSR for hours, on hold 45 mind, xfer twice. The call dropped 3 times! He called me back twice and not the 3rd time. So 3.5 hours wasted. Again! Please help me!

Long time rogers customer and I’ve noticed a massive shift in the quality of customer service in the last two months (of course I had a number small things to deal with) lovely people on the other end of the call but they have no idea about the service at all.

If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy

I did say no to the phone at the moment because it sounded to go to be true. I asked for an email to confirm everything and was told I would get it with in
