    @RogersHelps @Rogers My cable is out again! This happened Friday and I was chasing for hours til 1AM. It got fixed on Saturday due to someone in my area having the same issue, a technician came to her rescue, thus mine as well. It is not something I can fix in my home! Help pls!

    @RogersHelps Is there an issue with mobile internet in the Calgary area today? I'm unable to connect. Restarting my phone didn't help.

    @RogersHelps Not entirely clear on the new “Pay more, get less” plans that you have on offer. And Customer Retention doesn’t empower reps or care to keep clients with 5 services???Moving over to @bell I guess….

    Rogers called US to notify of the problem. Told us everything was good. We patched the hole, and @Rogers said they wiped the bill. Except, they didn't. While I was flying out to Vancouver... They shut down our entire system and demanded $1000 to restore it. 2/3

    @RogersHelps As usual, when it's below -5C, the equipment at the street does not work correctly. Internet/Digital TV is spotty. Thermal issues.

    So, on top of shutting down our business account with zero warning in the middle of a humanitarian operation, they couldn't even be bothered to turn it back on right away. Paid em their money. @Rogers this conversation isn't over. This hit our credit rating and our revenue. 3/3
