    @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Rogers never followed up on this issue even though there was no snow until late Dec. Their ticket was I1569180362 but they seem reluctant to fix the cables.

    @FibeBell We have been with Bell for many years. While we've had occasional issues with the picture freezing on the bedroom tv, lately it happens every night forcing us to reboot our homehub. Think we'll be switching to @Rogers.

    @RogersHelps why am I being charged bill from Jan 26th to March 26th? It says Required payment date March 22nd for a diff $ than whats billed? Whats the point of autopay if it doesn't work? I hope @TekSavvyBuzz covers my next address becuz I want to go back. So tired of Rogers.
