@Rogers just apologized that half of Canada lost service and some people couldn't call 911. Not good enough. Your monopoly cost people lives and you haven't sufficiently invested in your own tech. Time to let American companies in and break the monopoly. #PierrePoilievre

@RogersHelps @khannasir28 I’m not sure crediting customers for two days does enough to clean the stain from Rogers reputation. Not having our phones nor access to 911 was the bigger issue than access to Netflix. A comprehensive detailed lessons learned would be much more appreciated explaining the why!

@Rogers Probably should credit more than a day's service to any subscriber. People could not work due to no problem of their own. Companies were crippled. You seriously can't expect people to use their PTO or vac time for lost wages. #rogersoutage #rogersfailure
