    @WhatsNextPorter @gmbutts @Rogers I hear so many complaints about Bell as well so I figure do I stay with the devil I know or move onto the devil I don’t? I have a problem with good service where I live so the smaller companies aren’t really an option for me.

    It's been fun @FreedomMobile But I'm moving to @chatrmobile now. I know they are owned by evil @Rogers but they just have a better network. (Rogers is overpriced that's why I'm paying them another way through chatr)

    @RogersHelps @gmbutts My favorite experience was trying to return my mother's cable box. She had just passed away & I'd shown her death certificate. They insisted they could only accept it from the customer. I told him if he knew how we could make that happen, I'd be grateful 🙏

    @RogersHelps I had two agents help me & even THEY were bewildered as to why this was happening to me. They said they never seen such a thing before, totally understood my frustration, anger, and took care of it. I’m not upset anymore. I just hope y’all fix your automated system to not happen
