Cadence Grace (@cadencegrace) reported@Rogers well you’re 0/2 this month. For the second time in 6 months my experience dealing with Someone at your Courtice location was so unpleasant and unproductive I’m switching a $1000/month corporate account to Bell… your customer service is LITERALLY NON EXISTENT

Stuart Blakely (@blakelysports) reported@RodMakeKidsBald @Rogers Blue Jays suck (never was a fan anyway), Leafs suck since ‘67 (still can’t win a third round), Raptors suck, Argos suck.
-
Chris (@Islander2026) reported@Rogers your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I'm not sure the person I spoke with today had a functioning brain. Do better.

🇨🇦🌻🤔🌈 (@MgtmMoisan) reported@wyattd09 @TELUS @Rogers Good luck. Since having Optuc installed, I've had nothing but trouble. Getting support takes days out of your life.

Cam (@Gam3rc4m) reported@JD_Aust4005 @SatiarShah @Rogers I was listening live to news1130 on my way to a work site yesterday and then they randomly changed to a "talk show" mentioning it was Free For All Friday. On a Tuesday. I had no idea until after my work day that they shut everything down right at that time. Travesty!

Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reportedMy internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

𐕣𝕯𝖆𝖗𝖐𝕮𝖗𝖚𝖘𝖆𝖉𝖊6𐕣 (@DarkCrusade6) reportedThe amount of times I keep calling @Rogers just to downgrade is ridiculous… @RogersHelps either answer the call, or I’m canceling my service
-
Chad Rubel (@canadian_xing) reportedI lost the tweet where I would respond. Not an original idea. Let @Rogers or @BellMediaPR or whatever major company that poorly ran a radio station. Sell the signal to the @CRTCeng for $1. Even as community run radio stations. #Canadians need outlets.

Canucks Fan (@CanucksTalk1) reportedsoooooooooooooooo wtf do i listen to today… @Rogers @RogersMediaPR

Deb (@Deblet1) reported@RogersHelps I don’t mean to be rude but you are asking many questions for what? If you read my posts I did not get any resolution and clearly no one is sending a modem given three transfers and not one of the staff knows who handles it. Tech put me to Customer Care they put me to legacy
