    @rogers are you going to pay me for lost wages? I’m not sure you realize that we’re living in a pandemic and everyone’s working from home. Maybe lay your technicians some overtime and actually fix the problem instead of cookie cutter non answers

    After ordering @Rogers internet over a month ago, a technician can’t find my home even when everyone on my street has Rogers. Suddenly the next available appointment is 5 days later and there is “nothing” anyone in the condescending customer support center can do. (1/n)

    @RogersHelps #Rogers Few days ago I spent 2.5 hours on the phone w Rogers to migrate my Rogers email account to another Rogers account. I am now unable to access my e-mail. Called Rogers tech support, 2 hours ago-still waiting for a return call!
