    @Rogers Please Refrain from Hiring Customer Service employees who can't speak Proper English to us. I had a call from a young man I could barely understand. He didn't know his job and what the supposed offer was either. He called his supervisor who let the call Drop. before explaining Do better!!!! Disgusted with your Brown service.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    @RogersHelps I don’t mean to be rude but you are asking many questions for what? If you read my posts I did not get any resolution and clearly no one is sending a modem given three transfers and not one of the staff knows who handles it. Tech put me to Customer Care they put me to legacy

    Shame on @Rogers @Sportsnet for shutting down CKNW and Sportsnet Radio in Vancouver. Not many radio stations left and these were two of the last good ones on AM.
