@MerileeToo @RogersHelps Heads up about missing emails: Though it seems like emails are working again, there are still many emails that were sent to me during yesterday's incident that were never delivered. I know because the people told me they emailed me but I still never received them.

Dear @Bell @Rogers @ShawDirect Why are you keeping your walk-in stores open and operational when you recently changed your services and customer care support centre to only contact via cell phone lines?

@GunGnome @Rogers Drop your phone back down to LTE. Better data frequency rates at a distance vs 5G.

@RogersHelps @MerileeToo I've just had a few emails come in but some are still missing, hopefully the problem is being restored and the rest will show up soon.

@Rogers @RogersHelps I've been on hold for over an hour to get some tech support...how much longer do I have to wait?! Calls have always been answered within 30 min... what's the deal?! #poorservice #customerservice #hold

@Lidsville @Rogers Who ******** is answering calls from unknown numbers in 2026? Absolutely ridiculous.

@RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?
