@kimwen28 @RogersHelps Same neighbourhood and same issue. No fix yet. Outage in larger area. I spoke to 2 different customer service reps on the phone. 2-24 hours to get it fixed!!! That’s the answer I received

Very first world problems but I pre ordered the new iPhone sept 17 and got sidetracked because my kids HAVE COVID and realized it hasn’t come yet- just checked with @Rogers and they just didn’t submit the order! Apparently it’s my fault for not following up. I hate today 🙃

@RogersHelps The issue wasn’t the stock, it was the misinformation on how I could get the phone, I’ve been waiting for info that was never coming. Based on your tweet, im guessing I will be waiting a long time. Can we discuss this via DM?
