@Rogershelps how come a 20 year customer can't get a reasonable price but you give great deals to new customers? Try asking management over phone and even they hang up on me. Almost like it's on purpose 🤔 #unacceptable

@RogersHelps - I've been on the chat waiting for an agent for a while now. No response. It is like a ghost town. My internet service has been slow since the afternoon. I have a 300Mbps connection. On a wired - I get no more 15Mbps. Help? Restarted modem/router. No dice!
