@RogersHelps fyi…when you are angry about a product you are paying for and not getting good quality product…trying to up sell the customer on more isn’t the way to go. Try helping to fix the problem for the customer that isn’t going to cost them more. We aren’t just $ signs

  • ZaSutherland Zack Sutherland (@ZaSutherland) reported

@geoffburnside @6thSens @rogers likes to thank me for being a loyal customer and proceed to try to offer me the same pricing as bell if I walked into their store off the street. So I guess we’re ****** either way. #gettingrogered

  • CoutureWriter Cecily Doyle (@CoutureWriter) reported

@RogersHelps Is Internet down? We’ve been out for the last half hour in Woodstock area.

  • RachelNatalie33 RachelNatalieArt (@RachelNatalie33) reported

@RogersHelps It has cut out in my area. I've already sent a DM.

  • SportingPhil Phil Boileau (Bwa-Lowe) (@SportingPhil) reported

@mbouf @RogersHelps I couldn't tell you how much I hate this. Having so many friends/family understanding support, those agents are made to speak to people on the phone WHILE chatting. This is why you never get real answers of feel heard. Multitasking is not real, customer first is a lie.

  • patrioticleaf Brad Axford (@patrioticleaf) reported

@RogersHelps @londondoghouse Cut out here on Exeter rd in London too @RogersHelps

  • MapleSteves Steven (@MapleSteves) reported

@RogersHelps there is an internet outage in the Warden and 16th area. We need assistance please

  • mbouf Melissa B | Sports Nutritionist (@mbouf) reported

@kyleroussel @RogersHelps There was a tiny notice DEEP into my billing that said my current promo was ending at end of last billing cycle. In a place I never look. No email reminder or anything. Tell me how they need $110 more per month for the same service I’ve had for 2 years. It’s criminal.

  • mbouf Melissa B | Sports Nutritionist (@mbouf) reported

@kyleroussel @RogersHelps And live chat basically told me to look in my account and if no offer is there she can’t help me. And it takes her 10 mins to reply to each message I send her.

  • kyleroussel Kyle Roussel (@kyleroussel) reported

@mbouf @RogersHelps No doubt working from home has caused a mess for customer service agents, resulting in delays. But that doesn't excuse their predatory and ***** practices of burying important info. Any agent can help....it just depends on what their script and procedures allow them to do.
