    @RogersBiz @rogershelp We have a corporate acct and have been trying to to upgrade our phones. Once I got disconnected the second time I spent 3 hours and thought I finally updated my acct. I'm still waiting for my phones. Your customer service is lacking.

    @RogersHelps Called an agent to activate international calling ad on, the agent did not activate it and now @Rogers have charged me $260 in long distance charges since December. Feel like an idiot sitting here making long distance calls thinking I have $0.2 per minute on long distance calls.

    @RogersHelps I am getting real sick of these service interruptions! This is the third time I've had to contact you guys for help on this same issue within 2 months of being a customer with you. I am seriously considering changing providers if this unreliable service continues
