  @RogersHelps @shaw I called and there is no option to set up e-mail. Again the recording advised long waits because of call volume. I would like to to talk to someone who knows how to set up mail on an iphone. I do not want to talk to someone with a language barrier or someone who can not help

  @RogersHelps I was sent a notice from a collection agency. It says I owe $5021.59. I called them to dispute. They gave me the acct# and I called Rogers customer care (4:06pm). I was redirected to credit ops who agreed redirected me to collections?? and that person dropped the call. 1 of 3

  @RogersHelps it might if I actually had a person explain it and not have to be on hold for 90 minutes...as well I was given a call from a guy who offered to help w a phone upgrade but I was working and told him ty and I wd love to do it..so he said I'll call tomorrow..this was 2 weeks ago...no call..no upgrade

  @RogersHelps @Rogers I am so sick of your service interruptions. You did an upgrade in our area on February 4th and there have been outages EVERY SINGLE DAY since! Do better or I will be cancelling ALL my services as will all my neighbours.
