    @RogersHelps I was told my issue cannot be fixed because Customer Care cannot reach the Back Office. You need to rework your internal processes and procedures to enhance internal communication between departments. Your service delivery is suffering because of this.

    Just when I clean up 1 mess (CIBC), I check my voicemail &get told my password is incorrect, put it in again & listen to the 1st msg where I can barely hear it due to scratchy sounds @RogersHelps are we going to have problems again? When is enough enough for you people, really?!
