@ResnickChuck @RogersBiz is the BIGGEST bully in our marketplace…. Our restaurant in Sportsworld plaza in Kitchener is constantly (!!) loosing connection usually on the weekends and all they got to say is “ sorry…our technicians are working on it” they suggest cellular network backup for $35

@RogersHelps Thanks, but been there done that; got escalated to another level who also haven’t done anything to fix it. Clearly I should have stayed put; never crossed my mind that #Rogers wouldn’t bother about making sure my voicemail worked. Kind of assumed y’all knew what you were doing!
