    @Rogers I can say how thankful I am for you quick response. Made a terrible decision to try @Bell and it was the worst decision I could have made. 48 hrs with Bell and cancelled it! Rogers on site now to reconnect. In five years with Rogers not one call to support.

    @RogersHelps So I had no Rogers for two days at home and I’ve been getting freezing for six days and they’re going to give me five day credit hello someone else I’ll be your new customer soon

    @Pam_Palmater @Rogers I remember in the 70's and 80's when you needed a home phone and there was only 1. "What, you have a billing issue? Awe! Sucks to be you." Now I have something to talk to Bell about, if they really want to talk.

    @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 When is this credit supposed to be rolling out? I've seen nothing and both my work and personal phones were out and glitchy for days.. huge hassle for someone in healthcare who was unable to make urgent calls to my office or to clients. Huge safety issue also with high risk cts
