@Rogers I spoke you your retention representative, I said I had a bad financial crisis and she didn’t offer me anything and said you can look for other provider. Coz of 8th July I had missed 2 interviews, and I’ll accuse Rogers for this. Poor service, unskilled, unhelpful staff.

@CTVNews I am pretty sure there could be some seniors who just died that day simply because there was no access to 911 emergency service. @RogersHelps @Rogers need to be held accountable. Break these monopolies! Don't let tragedies & accidents like this happen again. ✊✊

@CBCAlerts @CBCNews 1/2: Undoubtedly it was due to human error during the planned activities. It may happened in any network, but clearly there was no proper fallback plan. Also, there was a significant architectural flaw that restrained @Rogers from protecting one of its traffics in that disaster.

@apmassaro3 There are some rumours going on that the @Rogers #nationwide #outage that happened in Canada last Friday was a #Sandworm style attack on router firmware. Rumours say that infected technician laptops corrupted firmware binary during the routers update procedure. 1/2

If nothing else, the @CRTCeng needs to do some actual governance of the sector. Demand post-mortems on incidents of this magnitude. Incident communications was terrible. Confidence in @RogersHelps (and @Bell) is apathetic levels, most laugh it off w/memes of terrible service.
