    @RogersHelps All the same questions as the tech support person and it is very difficult to deal with a company who is unwilling to acknowledge their system is not working and blaming the customer device instead. Down detector is showing multiple issues but nil from Roger's website

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @RogersHelps We can’t connect cause the account is connected to a condo corp so we are in never never land. Queue just hit 62 minutes. We can’t put in the account number and since our phones aren’t with Rogers (thankfully) it doesn’t recognize number.

    @RogersHelps Even the regular CX service reps deal in a much better way than this call from OOP Never thought in my wildest dream such a poor service from OOP Terrible !!
