Hey @TD_Canada maybe today is the wake up call you needed. Currently locked out of my bank account because you force phone number 2fa. Unfortunately I'm locked out because of the @Rogers outage. Offer users real 2fa. @gfoster2010 You're not doing your job.

@shakolantern_ @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps Lmfao. A monopoly caused the problem? First there is more than 1 so if it upsets you that much go somewhere else’s. Second the “monopoly” had nothing to do with irresponsible millennials from having a back up phone in case of this situation. No one to blame but yourself.

@RogersHelps It’s not intermittent. I noticed it was down at 2am and it’s 2pm now. A full 12 hours or more.
