@RogersHelps Just answer this: are your employees supposed to refuse to cancel service until we raise our voices? Cause that’s what it took. We made it clear we did not need services and your employee refused to listen until we wanted a supervisor. Only then did she finally transfer to cancel

@Rogers It would be great customer service if you could text customers when there's a local outage, and tell them what's happened. Saying it'll be fixed soon doesn't fly after 12 hours. Being open and honest works wonders.

@RogersHelps My sent MMS are being received from random numbers and I can't receive any myself. Calls weren't connecting this morning. Tried with 2 recipient networks and 2 phones with my SIM so all signs point to Rogers. L7M. Please help!

@RogersHelps had pathetic customer care service. They didn’t resolved wrong billing issues even after multiple complaints & making spam calls everyday for the wrong bill. Pity that their team can’t even see the bill & asks customer to pay the bill. #RogersCheating

careful ordering smart home monitoring outside of the city ( collingwood ) no support, no tech, no cust. service and they just dont care. wasted 9 hrs and $500.00 waiting ,total incompetence and they just can't support what they sell @RogersBiz disgusted!unresolved! @Rogers
