@RogersHelps I just spoke to a telephone agent. We had a power outage after a hydro poll was snapped a couple of KM away. Prior to this the cable was fine.

Being on hold with @rogers for an eff up on their end that they didn’t have the courtesy to tell you about, for TWO HOURS is the worst form of punishment. What the actual EFF
