@RogersHelps data is still down, your online “assistant” insists everything is working normally. Get your act together and stop lying to everyone that it’s fixed, it isn’t.

@RogersHelps We still have internet outage since Friday morning, this is the third day. Postal code L5M5E2. I work from home and I couldn’t work on Friday and if you don’t restore the service today we I will not able to work on Monday as well. That’s really a big problem. Please do something.

@Rogers how are you going to reimburse non-clients that were impacted and inconvienced due to your lack of service? As a non-rogers client I am enquiring. You can't reimburse us via contracts so what's your plan. Non-recognizition of this impact will not go unnoticed

@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@theirishking @vote4robgill @Rogers I’m a manager. My day was a living hell trying to reach people who couldn’t be contacted. I ended up backfilling for 2 other managers who were unreachable. I’ve never been angrier with Rogers. People are being forced to use vacation days to cover it.

@Rogers: I depend on my cellphone to help run my business. Please don't pretend the #rogersoutage is fixed. Internet and email still aren't working. Your customers deserve to know this.

@RogersHelps Too many outages for too long. Don’t see other networks having these problems. Too much money going to the board and not in service. Prices are outrageous. $420 for 2 cells and internet when I paid less for home phone, cell, cable and internet just 10 years ago.

@RogersHelps 2 days later and still have little to no connection, even when I do, it’s so slow it’s not usable. This is so ridiculous.

Sauga City Beisbol (@SaugaCityBesbol) reported
@RogersHelps Still no service as of today.

@vote4robgill @daphatves @Rogers What do you want? It was down for 2 days, you don't have to pay for those days. Your home internet/ phone has no guaranteed up time. Same with the small biz lines. If you want a guaranteed service up time you can get it but there is a lot more to it than 50$ a month will get you.
