vhmillsy (@vhmillsy) reported from Lacombe County, Alberta@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

GetYourBigIdeaFunded (@FundYourBigIdea) reported@NubiaAndYou @Rogers @Rogers used to have the best customer service. Now, all they do is hang up.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

Jon Doe (@damier247) reported@RogersHelps I am livid and hate Rogers but it’s who bought Shaw communications and that’s what I have to deal with even after leaving them for Shaw, Can I get some support that’s not coming from your call center in India?
-
Tyler Higgs 🇨🇦🌻 (@UberJumper) reportedDid you know that your calls get cut with @Rogers support when they go over 5 hours long? Going on 9 hours with @Rogers support over the last 2 days.

PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported@RogersHelps Your new AI virtual assistant is absolutely terrible. It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad. What are we doing here

Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reported@RogersHelps @rogers… your team is impossible to reach on the phone. Impossible after three days of trying. #help

bobsuruncle (@bobisuruncle3) reported@Sportsnet @FAN590 Hey @Rogers go **** yourself

FK (@dagdakiayaz) reportedHey @Rogers, I requested to move my internet service last month. A technician came out and told me that the Telus cable currently in use is provided by my landlord, while the Rogers cable is buried behind the drywall. Apparently, I now need to hire a third party to demolish the drywall and access the Rogers cable just to get my internet installed. Is Rogers going to help resolve this, or should I just switch to @TELUS?

Gun Gnome (@GunGnome) reported@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

Phil Mason (@Philo1000) reported@MacDoug1 @Rogers I had a similar issue with that scumbag company #Paypal but at least I finally got through to the Toronto office!
