@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

How many hours has this been now, @Rogers? I need a text confirmation for vaccine sign up or I can't continue the sign up process. Can't send or receive texts, though. #fail @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps You haven't actually provided a single update. Other than that you're "working on it". This is a major outage, some transparancy would be appreciated. What's causing this? You must know. Hacked?

Honestly, @Rogers network going totally dark is unacceptable. I'd say the Fed should look into it, but it's very clear the Canadian Government doesn't give a single **** about regulating any wireless provider in this country.

@RogersHelps @ahsanndc Seems like more than "some" wireless customers. Are you going to offer a deduction on everyone's bill for April?? How long until this is "resolved"? What has happened that has interrupted everyone's service? An explanation would go a long way.

@RogersHelps You apologize??? Really. How about you'll be compensated for this because we value our customers . You literally shut down businesses. Maybe you can show Doug how it's done.

@RogersHelps Why is your service not up and running yet?? Completely unacceptable from company such as yours. Maybe you should credit everyone for today's interruption since nobody has access to make business, personal or other important calls. Also, a heads up notice would have been nice!

@RogersHelps Why have you not proactively emailed customers to inform them their service is down?
