But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Ms. Mo (@MsMo0881) reported@sterzo2424 @RogersHelps A technician came yesterday, he added some kind of extender to the back of the modem (nor sure if that's the correct term). I haven't had any further issues...yet. Fingers crossed this actually works
