@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@RogersHelps Many colleagues who had calls with patients today could not reach them. Many who require text msg verification could not access electronic health records. Ppl could not contact emergency services during a pandemic!!! U think this is acceptable with ur outrageous fees?

@RogersHelps This is completely unacceptable as we as Canadians pay the MOST IN THE WORLD for cellular service/data. 13 hours to restore service is a slap in the face to your customers and highway robbery.

@RogersHelps why have I still not been notified about the outage by you? I could not make calls, access & send emails/texts for over 10 hours while driving 7 hours for a medical appt. A day full of unnecessary stress due to lack communication ability & feeling unsafe. Explain pls
