    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @RogersHelps TBD is insufficient for an outage that has lasted for most of the workday for customers who are trying to determine what to do about tomorrow.

    Internet (@RogersHelps) just went down. Seeing posts about other places in TO having lost internet earlier in the day. Not a great sign if the outage is spreading or they broke something in the process of trying to fix it. Just in time to miss the Raptors game!

    @Rogers 1 hr + to get a call back, then no more than 2 min on call...back on hold without warning 45 min and counting. Wonderful service I pay for.

    My internet is garbage so I can't stream properly again tonight. I can't even go to a competitor because there's only 1 fast internet option here. My "50 Mbps" UL speed is chugging along at a solid 0.5 Mbps even after the tech came to "fix it" today. Fix your product @rogers

    @sterzo2424 @RogersHelps A technician came yesterday, he added some kind of extender to the back of the modem (nor sure if that's the correct term). I haven't had any further issues...yet. Fingers crossed this actually works

    @heckyessica You must have @RogersHelps. Only solution they seem to have. Once you hang up, they pray that when you call back someone else picks up the call.

    @RogersHelps hello, so I just got Ignite installed today. I’m trying to activate Disney+ and look at my flex channels and I can’t do either one! Some of my fave channels are gone! My Rogers is only showing me the old information. Help please??
