@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Good morning @Rogers I'm sure you are still crazy busy after the hurricane and tornado but do we have an eta for when service will resume in Cornell Rouge/ Donald Cousens area? I believe they've already removed the fallen trees. Please advise. Thanks in advance.Happy Victoria Day

Who at @rogers is responsible for sending out alerts that people are nearing data limits and can buy more? Because it seems like bad policy to do this when people are using this data because your other services have been down for days and customers have no other option…

For the record, @RogersHelps has not yet fixed internet and TV issues. They blame the weather. At first I was understanding. But now I need an explanation why the other providers don’t appear to be affected to the same degree?
