vhmillsy (@vhmillsy) reported from Lacombe County, Alberta@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Ann (@Yvrscribe) reported@RogersHelps my elderly mother's landline doesn't work nor does her TV. Her phone is literally her lifeline. We called and said a technician would come by Tuesday. This is not acceptable. Please help us.

shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@RogersHelps i know you want to make it frustrating/difficult to remove a channel because you’ll lose my $3 a month or whatever it costs, but if i can add a channel with two clicks of a button, it should be JUST as easy to remove it. cancel channel. confirm. done. how can i do it myself??

R𓃟byn (@Hunny_diva) reported@Rogers @pozpiggy86 @Rogers outsourced support is so bad they literally gave me the 4-digit PIN I forgot. Nothing like compromising customer security in a time when hacking is everywhere. I was happy and angry at the same time.

Merhawi Yohannes (@Merhawi200) reported@RogersHelps I’ve spent over 130 minutes on calls across 3 days and spoke to 6 different agents about a $460 charge I never used. No resolution, just getting transferred and hung up on. Can someone actually fix this?

Mariam J. Karim (@MariamJKarim) reported from York, Ontario@Rogers waited for 1 hour to cancel my home internet and the person disconnected. Wth?
-
GotALight? (@OldePunque) reported@RogersHelps I have been in the queue for Rogers mobility technical support for just over 2 hours now. Is there any point in continuing? Will anyone answer at some point?

Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@RogersHelps We *did* give the number listed on the account, and the message said "no such number." At worst we just need a way to immediately reach a human (even the chatbot refuses to provide a way), but we really just ask to have all the false charges cancelled without wastihng our time

Jordan McIntosh 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@bobpoh4) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, I can see the outage in the area, but doesn't seem to show an estimated time.

Rachel Miller (@RachelMiller84) reported@RogersHelps Hey! It's an apple 14 pro max. I've tried restarting it, switching to airplane mode and back on as well as switching to LTE. All my screen shows is the bars for service and my battery life. The celular internet has been very slow the last few days.
