    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @RogersHelps People sometimes like to complain (especially about Rogers), & somex's justifiable. I called yday re an internet issue. Zorra in tech support, friendly, courteous, professional. 'We'll send a tech, here are 3 x options" (i took 4-6 today). Tech called 3:25 1 of 2

    @fionapettit71 @Rogers The Rogers part is the service provider, you can actually get the address of the sender if you put the post code into your maps, it's a Canadian IP address, you can contact the office of Rogers cable and report the email,
