  @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

  @RogersHelps We can’t connect cause the account is connected to a condo corp so we are in never never land. Queue just hit 62 minutes. We can’t put in the account number and since our phones aren’t with Rogers (thankfully) it doesn’t recognize number.

  @RogersHelps I've been trying to do this since May 14. Instead my plan automatically changed and my new bill is over 100$ more. Its not working and when I try and contact someone to make the change the chat ends or drops just as they are about to change it. Funny coincidence

  @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam
