Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@RogersHelps yet another frustrating start to the day with internet down, this seems like a problem that will never get resolved, lost all hope

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps Dave, the company that sends you the bill for your service is responsible for your service. In this case it sounds like Teksavvy is the ‘throat to choke’. Yes, they are a reseller but it’s still their job to coordinate with Rogers on your behalf. You’re their customer.

So over a year ago @RogersHelps wrapped out cable around a tree to connect our internet. The tree had been scheduled to be removed by the city. We asked them to deal with it then but nothing happened. Today, the city cut the tree down giving us no internet, phone, or TV.

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps You chose to buy your services through a reseller so you have to live with the complications. If you want more accountability then subscribe directly with a network provider. They might still screw up the appt but at least they know who you are and will take your call.

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps I don’t work at Rogers, never have. But it’s fair to say I’m not a fan of resellers. They profit off the price difference between what you pay them and the wholesale price they pay to Rogers. They try to confuse good folks like you when things go wrong. Hold them to account.

@RogersHelps My issue isn't necessarily the lack of availability, it's the fact that the wires were out on a tree that was scheduled to be removed and we confirmed Rogers about that over a year ago and nothing came from it combined with not coming to fix it immediately

@JimJohannsson @RogersHelps I am holding both accountable. So Jim go back to work at Rogers and stop trying to defend their horrible tech who didn't show up to an agreed time. It cost me money so they are responsible too.

@RogersHelps I got a worst response from your customer service. Because of this outage I have to use my cellular data for work and you guys are going to compensate one day credit based on my home internet bill. I am planning to switch to Bell after being with you for 12 yrs.
