    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @ParthDabhi27k @Fishin_Finatics @Rogers Take it up with the crtc who have blocked major competitors from entering the market and building new infrastructure. This is a government propped oligopoly, and it sucks.

    @RogersHelps we are in an area with no internet since 5am. Making school impossible and affecting our income today. Need data used today to be added back in lieu of zero service. I do not want to sit on hold for hours to ask…

    @Rogers hi i switched over from @Bell because you swore you service was better. I've had your service 2 months many issues and today there is no internet today. I'll be considering canceling thanks for the memories.

    @Rogers Rogers made my life Hell. I am working from home professional. They canceled my internet service accidentally and now its been a 6 days and they haven’t fixed the issue yet. Worst customer service ever. Departments are not working in coordination. You are the worst at CS.
