    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @Rogers thanks for troubleshooting my home internet its not fix yet due to a local node issue. I am surprised it took a customer to bring awareness, in this day and age IoT where is the monitoring? These should be self healing systems. Not customer frustration flashpoints.

    @RogersHelps first you do network maintenance on my friends ignite network so he had to come over to my house to get school work done and today it’s me no tv or home phone or internet. It’s spotty in Scarborough/Pickering border. People are trying to work like my mom rn.

    Any Rogers Ignite TV users in the Fredericton area having issues with channels loading slowly and freezing? We have since last night and multiple restarts haven’t solved the issue. Internet and home phone work fine. @RogersHelps
