Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* ๐Ÿ‘

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I canโ€™t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I canโ€™t see how much Iโ€™m using to see if there are more issues.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. Itโ€™s headed the other way now.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Even Banks have customers services in other countries I guess itโ€™s cheaper for them ? not to discriminate but I am paying for a service in Canada I would like them to employ Canadians

  • BitterDan
    Dan Anderson (@BitterDan) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers Worked for Rogers for years. Their whole play is to charge as much as possible while making service extremely difficult or useless to reach.. means less costs for them. All 3 carriers are corrupt.

  • JustMeJamie64
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported

@Cdhd123 @Rogers She was finally able to assist me, but apparently not without her managers approval. Anyway, the issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

  • Parafok

@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers I have Starlink for more than 3 years now. No idea how their customer service is because I never had to call them.

Hey @Grok does @Rogers claim it's tech support is based in Canada ?

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers That impeccable English might have been the AI tool altering foreign accents, that the companies are now using for outsourced customer services.
