@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps I have a premium device protection from Rogers, it’s likewise. Now when my screen got broken rogers asked me to go to Apple Store to get it fixed, where I find out the insurance for which I have been paying for 8 months is not even linked to my Apple device.

@RogersHelps No internet for a week, I've called in more than 7 times and gotten it escalated; I've even talked to a supervisor, do I have to get it kicked up to OOP to get some service ? I'm sure you guys will give me a real big credit of $5. what a farce.

@RogersBiz This movie was already written. Demolition man. They introduced technology to make things better yet we have more problems then ever. Cars, fridges and most appliances that don’t last very long anymore.
