    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    I have been on the phone with a Rogers rep for two hours!! They can't resolve a VERY simple problem. Referred to manager Shama. She claimed she would phone back by 5 pm. Time to change to another carrier.#unhappycustomer #Rogersincompetence @Rogers

    @Rogers the video is 15 seconds ahead of the sound. Absolutely disgaceful, @tsn doesn't seem to have any problems with their app, nor Netflix, Prime or any other apps I use just rogers. I've already switched over my cellphone from you thieves and cut my bill in half...

    @Rogers I’ve been with Rogers since 2003. I’ve had issues, most have been resolved,switching to another provider doesn’t necessarily give you long term satisfaction. IMO .. as a customer you need to address your concerns immediately.
