@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

OMFG! @Rogers @RogersHelps I reported this morning re. network connection issues & you replied nothing was wrong and it was my phone. I spent 4 hrs checking my phone settings&looking online for answers. ONLY 2 hrs ago you acknowledge outages you knew about 18+ hours ago. WTF?!

@Rogers Still no mobile service in Edmonton. As a customer, why no updates or emails to indicate the problem and when it will be fixed. My only phone is my cell phone-need the network to be working!!
