    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

  • deeolworld Dee Olson (@deeolworld) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

    Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

    So is everyone going to get a rebate this month from @rogers? I paid for 30 days of service and got...not that

  • lissoderberg Lis Soderberg (@lissoderberg) reported

    @RogersHelps @WhydoesOwenLift 1/ So let’s get this straight. Due to problems at Rogers and through no fault of your paying customers, said customers were nonetheless deprived for an ENTIRE DAY of services they‘ve already paid for. For some, that means a full working day of income lost, at the least ...

    Yeah @Rogers outage suck. Any cybersecurity aware person knows not to use SMS for 2FA, if you are locked out and had an opportunity to setup an authenticator app, it's your fault. Outages happen, but the lack of transparency is what's worst in this situation

  • denislemire Denis Lemire (@denislemire) reported

    People say Canadian cellular is stagnant, have you seen?! @Rogers just launched “Cloud Based Airplane Mode as a Service!”

  • ashrafserag Ashraf Serageldin (@ashrafserag) reported

    @RogersHelps the outage has been reported more than 11 hrs ago. It shouldn't take Ericsson this long to get their crap together and fix the issue. We have important things to attend to and this is inexcusable

  • impraveen_92 PK (@impraveen_92) reported

    @Rogers No network? Please check

  • ValrusTiger Bringing Tea and Sugar and *** (@ValrusTiger) reported

    @RogersHelps Been at least 14 hours and zero service. This is not intermittent.

  • bgervin Barry Gervin (@bgervin) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers I feel bad for the mobile drivers, Uber, couriers, etc. who lost a full day of wages because of this, not to mention the businesses that rely on them. I'm not sure if refunding them a full month goes far enough to make it up to them but it would be a good start

  • d_waveyy D Waveyy (@d_waveyy) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Nah **** all that we need a month free ,y’all couldn’t even send out like an email or broadcast to your users ,that’s messed up .
