    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Ignite WiFi app speed test suspiciously always says my connection is strong, even when wifi’s lagging on basic things Which happens dozens of times daily, year-round Customer support has never been helpful My modem’s perfectly placed and your wifi still sucks

    Well @Rogers is officially the WORST customer service in the country! Just spent an hour and a half on hold only to be LIED TO by 4 DIFFERENT AGENTS about what department they are in! When I asked the 4th 1 to NOTE THAT IN THE ACCOUNT before transferring me YET AGAIN, he HUNG UP!
