But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network?
