@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

  • deeolworld Dee Olson (@deeolworld) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@ellybabesxo @matt0126matt @RogersHelps And they dont take up much of ur overall bandwidth. Just to be clear, the Rogers outages we are all speaking of have only affected cellular, I believe it's called Ignition, their new cell service name. Ignite is home.

  • livinginthe604 Dub J (@livinginthe604) reported

@otisbawa @RogersHelps If being down for 14 straight hours is their definition of intermittent I’d hate to see what a full outage looks like to them.

  • justgivverbud Anthony Bonacci (@justgivverbud) reported

@RogersHelps lol you guys are sure quick to remind people they kissed a payment but when your network is down you provide the crappiest details

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps yes but wireless IS residential and business connectivity for a great many of your customers now!! Not good. We will all get a credit for today’s non-service on our next bill I presume??!!

  • amandafulop Amanda Fulop (@amandafulop) reported

@RogersHelps Cell service has been out all day and we have yet to receive an update.... are we going to hear something soon???

  • bardowncanuck Bardowncanuck (@bardowncanuck) reported

@rogers Your network outage has cost your customers quite a lot of money today and continues to do so the longer this lasts. Many of us rely on our phones to conduct business and make money. What do you plan to do to repay or replace the money your business cost it’s customers?

  • Lori_Kneedash Lori_B (@Lori_Kneedash) reported

@RogersHelps It’s not wireless interruptions. I haven’t had any phone service with my business at all for 6 hours!

  • GerryTimbers Gerry Timbers (@GerryTimbers) reported

@CBCToronto @Rogers is so, so sorry but they’ll be ready to rudely harass me for money again starting in two weeks time and it will be as though this major inconvenience never happened.
