@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

When the internet is down for a day because of @Rogers yesteday, I realized my phone is useless without internet. We experience 90’s all over again. It was fun actually. Thank you @Rogers , but dont do that again please.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Done with Rogers! time to switch to Telus; lost 500$ in business during this outage, how you are going to credit this?! This is the second time lost revenue for a total of 1000$ due to two outages with Rogers network. No more Rogers! No more monopoly of critical infrastructure !
