@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@Akramalboji @Rogers It’s not just you. I had a panic attack, and while I was on hold for support, I had the bright idea to check my boyfriends phone, that also wasn’t working. Rogers clarified it’s an outage! Rest easy!

@RogersHelps no Rogers doesnt. It has been a week of trying to connect Internet and no one can figure it out. Spent over 8 hours on phone with people who are as clueless as me and with no solution in sight. I have had bad experiences but talk about customer service nightmares!!!

@RogersHelps Mobile Internet internet issues have been replaced by internet issues. Booted from lectures, can't stream, and Chromecast devices can't connect to network.
