@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Twice you were to come to the home and ensure the new account was set up, twice you failed to call and advise of changes to that plan. @Rogers support of their Third Party vendor customers (and indirectly yours) is a joke.

@Rogers is literally so terrible that they would rather lose a customer than let them keep their monthly fee the same. They try and jack the price up every 12 months and now won’t honour your previous fees. Anyone know a good internet provider that is reasonably priced and
