@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@Rogers home monitoring sucks. No integration into other smart service products like Google, and a 2 year contract on equipment charges for subpar products. Weak.

@chrissythenewf @RogersHelps Our internet was off and on yesterday for a few hours and again this afternoon. First time I've had a problem with @RogersHelps after spending the majority of the past year working from home. Seems to be working now with a full restart of our modem & router.

24 hours out of internet. By the time the technician comes in at 4:00pm it will be over 30 hours. Come on @RogersHelps , this is not acceptable. Fix my damn internet, whether you have to work with Bell I don’t care. This is no way to treat a customer.
