Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@Rogers how long is this outage? Not helpful when one is seeking employment during a pandemic. I assume my bill will be comped this month? This is embarrassing

@RogersHelps First of all this is a BS tweet, it’s no apology nor an update. Second of all, explain to me why are we not able to access Rogers Extended Network during this time? This is a service provided when we are “outside the Rogers network”. How does this not apply?

@RogersHelps any update on what the issue is and when you expect service to be restored? It is very difficult to find information about this outage from your website or twitter.

Hey @Rogers I hope you realize that many people working from home only have cell phones. This outage is not helpful.

@RogersHelps This is honestly ludacris. It's not the fact that we don't have service that's frustrating, it's the lack of updates past "we are fixing it as fast as possible" your hardworking employees (twitter team included) are hard working. The customers just want to know a cause...

@RogersHelps hey everyone remember when we didn’t have internet or cell phones? Things go down sometimes just deal with it. It’s only one day! I love the morons who keep asking for a one day credit. Like come on! The people are working hard to fix it. #stopbeingkarens
