Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps I’m not defending them, but it’s a bad time to call. Lots are now home from work for the day and can’t call until then. Jams them the f up. 10 am-ish til 2-ish works good. Weekends after 1 as well.

@Rogers On holf for 1 hour on customer care helpline. How is it that you do not have enough customer care representatives.

  • Barbergs
    Barbergs (@Barbergs) reported

@RogersHelps where is everyone at Roger’s? Did everyone quit? I’ve spent 3 weeks on hold to advise of a move tmrw morning without getting a live person that I’m told I have to. Wtf rogers?

@RogersHelps Me telling your rep to their face to never ring my doorbell again should be enough for you to know I do not want to be solicited. Again, LOOK AT YOUR RECORDS and see the products your customers have and use common sense. Don’t. Waste. My. Time

    John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes. How is this acceptable? Why should I continue to pay my bill? I knew that switching from Bell was a mistake. 0 stars out of 5

  • Pratheep23
    Prath (@Pratheep23) reported

@Rogers your customer service is horrible, I can’t even get to a live representative and it automatically disconnects stating “we are busy at the moment please try again later” horrible service.

@RogersHelps What if you guys dont have coverage in the area? Is there anyone from Rogers that I can connect with? Its funny how I am still unable to get help from a company this big.

@RogersHelps HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as it is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

@Rogers - once Bell fibre becomes available in more places you’re going to have to up your customer service game or lose a ton of customers

  • stitchlady
    Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@Rogers have you noticed that the most number of posts directed to Rogers or Rogers helps are about poor Customer Service. Specifically about how long people sit on hold trying to speak to someone on the telephone. Have you not gotten the message?
